The Goliath offers a wider top that provides more room to move around in and is also equipped with a larger, more comfortable seat. Built for maximum concealment, the Goliath features sound deadening (SD) technology to minimize noise in the treestand. Combing the SD technology, the Mossy Oak Break-Up Infinity cover for all the padding, and the Summitlokt system, the Goliath has Summit's premium engineered quality built through out it. This is the only tree stand I’ve ever had and it works great! I’ve been using it for the past 4 years and have had no complaints, super strong and lightweight. Very comfortable, and the model is the perfect size!

This is my second Goliath and I have had multiple Summits. I love them all.
I purchased my viper 20 years ago. Still hunt out of it today. I’ve replaced the seat a few times and the cables once. Summit is the best climber on market period.
Third time I used this stand I had the upper half slide six inches down the tree after sitting for about an hour. Wasn't a good feeling! The seat is too deep for a bow hunter making sitting shots almost impossible. The stand does a lot of damage to the tree which can be a fine on national forest land! Stand was made for the bigger person but the supplied harness is for a child. I would give it a lower score but I don't see any negative stars!
Over 30 years of tree stand hunting I have 5 climbing stands i collected over the years. The golith is big and comfortable and you really have a safe feeling when climbing and sitting. The seat is really plush and comfortable , 8 hours of sitting not a problem. My other stands are lighter then this but in this stand you feel really secure. Would I recommend it yes......
Ive had this stand since october of 2017 first year i used the stock backpack straps after that i added a molle pack frame shoulder straps and waist belt attached with lashing straps it dont move and is very secure i put on stabalizer straps and u tighten those once ur fully in the tree at height and the stand is rock solid this stand is very comfy is quiet to set up easy quick and have sat many dark to dark sits in this and have taken several hour or longer naps in this very comfy its easy for me to shoot a compound out of this and rifles and have got many deer out of this stand glad i got it when i did
I don’t understand why with a stand called the Goliath, the safety system is child size. I couldn’t put my arms down once I put them in it so I took it off and put it on my 9 year old and it got him perfectly. Im only 6’1 and the leg straps barely went down to my waist. The the stand is amazing. I can sit in it all day long, but not safely. I just ordered your Summit pro safety harness so HOPEFULLY our a little bigger than this one.
I've had this stand nearly 12 years. 6foot 3 298 the stand is amazing. I feel very confident while climbing. Not to mention it really bites the tree.
