SOG Trident AT - Partially Serrated Black Red, Ambidextrous, Spring Assisted, Black/Red

This is a nice strong sturdy knife. I carry it with me all the time. My only problem I have with it. It did not come sharp. I had to sharpen it. Now its almost razor sharp

Since 2008, I have owned several SOG knives similar to this particular model as well as a few other knives of various popular brands. The quality, styling, and most importantly the ease of handling & usage far exceeds any every day carry knife I’ve ever owned. I personally attempted to destroy this knife inadvertently by hunting, fishing, bartending, cooking, camping, and defending myself & my egregious housewife behavior over the years. I have also used this knife for things it was completely not meant to be used for. Not once has it failed me on any level. If anyone could destroy this knife it would be me. I break everything I touch. My husband says so. The only time I’ve had to replace a SOG is bc it’s been stolen or unfortunately lost by me. I currently own 5. This one is my most favorite & I make sure it’s with me more so than my other half. The assist works wonderfully with either hand & truly a beautiful addition to both my Carhart overalls & my Gucci bag. Perfect for all missions. Promise. I’ve opened locked doors,cut ratchet straps, gutted deer & even filleted walleye & I heard it also flattens truck tires (not personally tested, my friend says so), cuts limes & lemons beautifully & is great for use at the stable, just to name a couple tasks offhand. Buy it. You’ll see.

This is the second one I’ve had I lost my first one took me three weeks to find this one so glad I did.

SOG Trident knives have always been great from my time in the military to now.

Great knife, this is my second knife I broke the tip of my other one chucking oyster's. I like the closed blade lock and how quick the blade opens. Very happy with my choice.

I would buy this knife in a second if it wasn't for the handle cutout. In no way shape or form do I want that. Aside from the handle cutout and the red colors this knife is exactly what I'm looking for.

This is a great knife. I've used it to cut crime scene tape and summer sausage. It's "darn" near perfect. Please give me the same knife without the handle cut out. I've tried it on seatbelts and pants. It doesn't work. The safety is also a problem. One extra switch that if it's flipped the wrong way, the knife won't work. Despite all that, I love the knife. The steel, shape, and window punch are awesome for a police back up knife. I'd love to see a version without the safety and handle cut out.
