I was happy with my knife 98%, my only trouble was the straight blade part wasn’t sharp out of the box, but the serrated part was sharp. If you’re going to buy this knife you’ll need to sharpen it before you go out into the woods.

I have a Seal Pup but decided I wanted another knife for my truck. The Seal Strike lives up to SOG's name. It's a little bigger than the Pup with and has a nicer grip. I paid for the upgraded sheath which is definitely worth it. Not only does it look great but the added functionality of a cord cutter and firestarter makes it a great survival knife.

Purchased it a couple months ago and can't wait for spring so I can use when outdoors. Very sharp. The handle is hard but it's shape makes it a comfortable handle. Wasn't to sure about getting the upgraded sheath was thinking it's probably not worth paying more for it. I decided to anyways and I'm glad I did. When I saw a sharpener was built into it I figured it would be a crappy one and it's main purpose is to get people to pay for the upgraded sheath. However I was wrong! I love the sheath and to my surprise the sharpener works exceedingly well and it only takes a couple passes through it and the knife is factory sharp again. The fire starter played a role in my decision, I make a lot of fires in the spring and summer. When I fish at night I usually make one. It works great overall I'm impressed with the knife and sheath and it's well worth the 100$ it costs amazing knife!
Purchased the knife as a retirement gift. Have not presented yet, but quality looks great and fantastic turn around time when I requested engraving.
This is one of the most well-made knives i have ever owned! Just holding it in your hand you can tell it will hold its razor sharp edge.

Excellent knife with a lot of utility. Blade keeps a good edge...I hate to say it but it will be replacing my USMC issues KBAR.
