This model of the air rifle comes with a composite carbon barrel with a revised barrel lock system that allows for easy indexing if desired and features indexing numbers on the barrel. This system makes it simple for precision shooters because it only requires unlocking the two barrel securement locks, adjusting the barrel, and locking it back down, and needs no adjustment for standard shooters.

This air rifle includes an integrated moderator for quieter shots than expected and it also features dual externally-adjustable regulators that allow it to be tuned for different shooting types and ammo, and the pressure of the 580cc removable carbon fiber bottle can be adjusted without needing to be degassed.

The Skout EVO allows the shooter to make multiple adjustments to the air rifle with the aid of the new user interface, including valve dwell, guidance cues, safety parameters, cycling modes, and more. The electronic two-stage match trigger has been upgraded for improved adjustment range and trigger feel to deliver a sharper break by modifying the pivot point and micro-switch position, while remaining highly adjustable, with settings that include pre-travel and post-travel, the trigger shoe angle and height, and more.

This air rifle can accommodate a wide range of scopes and optics on its long Picatinny optics rail, and it has M-LOK accessory rails surrounding the forearm allow to enable attaching items such as lasers, lights, and a bipod.
