SIG Sauer ASP20 Gas-Piston Air Rifle/Whiskey3 Scope Combo

Best break action pellet gun ever. Sorry they are being discontinued. Very accurate and great trigger. Very high quality.

I bought this a month ago because the description said it takes about half the force to load. I was hoping it would be easier for my wife to load. It is extremely heavy and hard to load. Don't get me wrong, it's a great gun, it's just a beast for a smaller framed person. I tried to return it for something different (didn't ever fire it) but they said they don't take back air rifles (read the fine print before purchasing). That part was very disappointing. No more on line purchases for me.

I just wanted a new air rifle so I could give my old one to my nephew. Had no idea Sig made air guns so I bought one and thought worst case I keep the old one and he gets the new one. Well he is out of luck, five shot group the size of dime at 30 yards and five shot group the size of nickel had at 50 yards. I gave it a 5 rating, but it's little hard to cock and it's really front end heavy gun. I will have to play with this about a year and try some different ammo

I bought the .177 Sig asp20 synthetic with the whiskey3 scope, it was really well packed the scope was mounted and pre sighted I haven't had to make any adjustments other than recheck the torque on the scope mounts and rings. The build quality of this gun is truly impressive, its ambidextrous, easy to cock, not overly loud, and sooo accurate I could not be happier.

The only downsides are the lack of scope covers and sling attachments.The gun is extremely accurate with super domes.The rifle is very heavy and sling attachments would help.Also this is a magnum airgun and is difficult to cock although it seems to be improving.the only reason I don't rate it five stars is for the price it should include scope covers.Accuracy is great at 50 feet my 5 shot groups are dime sized when I do my part.I have to include the fact that I am not as young as I used to be and some things I find difficult may not be true for a younger man.All in all it is a fantastic product

I purchased the ASP20 two months ago and have put approximately 1200 pellets through it before writing this review. This is my first air rifle, although I've been an active shooter for over 45 years, and I did a lot of research prior to making the purchase and I'm so glad that I selected the ASP20 with the Whiskey 3 scope. The cocking is easy and I can shoot for a couple of hours with no problem. There is little recoil and the gun isn't hold sensitive; I've used the artillery hold, regular hold, as well as shooting sticks and it doesn't seem to matter. The gun is accurate and hard hitting and I look forward to some small game hunting with it this fall.

I'll keep it short and sweet. I've spent a small bundle on air rifles over the years. There's nothing out there that is better than this one in any respect. It's worth every penny.

Love this pellet rifle. It's very well made and shot great out of the box. Nice scope. Love that it is made in New Hampshire!

I purchased the ASP20 about a month ago and really like it. The looks are amazing and is super accurate. The glass is of excellent quality. Cocking is smooth but requires a bit of upper strength. Very effective with well placed shots and a heavier pellet (10g+) out to 30 yds. Flat trajectory. You get what you pay for.

Very well made. Excellent fit and finish. Seems very accurate and consistent - although I have only put 100 rounds through it.
