I bought the my Cycle Glide in May 2021. It was ordered with an add-on kit. I added a second kit in July I have eight bikes seven road and one mountain. I read the instructions carefully, studied the locations of ceiling beams with a stud finder and the installation went seamlessly. The construction and operation of the Cycle Glide and Kits is beyond my expectation. It works flawlessly and I can't be happier.
This is one of those rare products that is clearly thoughtfully engineered and manufactured. Everything fits perfectly and works as intended. Easily fit 6 bikes over one car. Might be hard for some to lift bike overhead. Wish they made a rack for car.
Product works great. It's the second I have had as I installed the same set up in a prior house. Only problem is the locking piece which has to be attached to the bolt holding the wheel assembly. It is nearly impossible to install, definitely requires two people, and the illustrated instructions do not show how to accomplish this task. Everything else is great.
When you have a fleet of bikes, finding a place to efficiently store all of them without consuming the entire garage is a challenge. This bike rack has provided me a way to store six bikes in the space of a dozen. All the bikes are up off the floor, hanging from the ceiling. They nest together and consolidate into a small clump of bikes. Then are easily accessible by sliding the racks apart, getting your bike, and sliding them all back together.

Great add on to a great rack. Overall I wish all the components were a bit more heavy duty. Great for our road bikes, a little nervous with two full suspension mtb's. Though each rack is rated at 50 lbs....Love the system and space savings it provides.
I recently added the 2 bike add on to my cycle glide storage rack. This is just about a perfect solution. Bikes are up out of the way and still easy to get to. I might have to add another one on the other side of the garage.
This is a great rack for storing lots of bikes in a tight space. The best feature is being able to slide them around for access and tight packing. I use mine with a full 6 gliders. It's like storing your bikes at the dry cleaners!
I have owned two CycleGlydes for some time now and find them to be an indispensable tool for my bike storage needs. When I put up my CycleGlydes, I got 6 bikes in less space than I used to store 3 in. I've got 6 recumbents hanging from one , and 6 wedgies hanging from the other. By sliding the bikes apart, I can have easy access to the bikes in the middle of the pack and can remove any bike without damage to others. This is a well designed and easy to use product in which I am well satisfied.

Add-on kit is outstanding. The rack now holds six bikes, keeping them all both accessible and out of the way. Everything fit together properly, worked right and was easy to add to my existing rack. Fine product.
