Very warm great for late season sits in the stand or blind up in maine. Only reason I don't give it a 5 is it's a little bulky . But great warm product for goung after cold weather whitetails
My initial thoughts is this jacket crinkles like a paper bag if you move your arms. Seems warm and functional otherwise. Bow hunting in still conditions would be tough. Considering returning it but I haven't heard back from muddy.
Been waiting for this to come in stock for awhile! Purchased the Sherpa coat and bibs and love them both. Sat all day in the rain for two days straight, and was impressed with how dry and warm I was in the tree stand. Highly recommend!
I bought this jacket and bibs just to see what they were like. Bottomland is my favorite pattern and for some reason the market doesn’t have a set up with Bottomland for extreme cold and wind that’s also quiet. This Jacket and bibs are legit. They are warm, actually windproof, and I’d say waterproof as well. The outside is quiet and not shiny. They are extremely warm and comfortable as well. Paired with a good base layer I’d see no problem sitting in the low teens with wind in this system. I’m actually blown away. The sleeves aren’t baggy so you can shoot your bow comfortably in it. Im 5”7 and 175 lbs and the medium jacket and bibs fit great! I’m extremely impressed. And the price for the jacket and bibs is cheaper than the cost of a mid weight jacket from some more expensive hunting brands. Great job Muddy. I’m very impressed.

Jacket is very comfortable and warm and fits like it should according to their size chart. The only thing wrong is that the jacket is a little loud when claimed to be noise proof. I believe it is the waterproof liner made inside of the jacket.
