Description
The Barrage is Hatsan's answer to airgunners who want semi-automatic PCP airguns that combine fast shots, with high maneuverability and penetrating power.
Ideal for small game hunters and target shooters, the Barrage is capable of firing as fast as you can pull the trigger. This semi-automatic's speed is due to the gun's unique gas operated action (as opposed to electrical) which adds greater reliability and longevity than other repeating PCPs on the market. With a fully shrouded barrel, the Barrage keeps shots quiet for backyard target shooters and small game hunters.
This PCP comes with a lot of extras, including three auto-indexing magazines, so you can shoot more and reload less. The Barrage begs to be customized! The Barrage features an 11mm Dovetail / Weaver scope rail, as well as a Weaver accessory rail in front of the foregrip for adding lasers or flashlights. If you prefer open sights, Hatsan has included removable Tru-Glo fiber-optic front and rear sights in the box.
The stock features a textured pistol grip and foregrip that contains the built-in pressure gauge and extra space to store your extra magazines. The comb easily adjusts for elevation, and the buttpad adjusts for elevation and fit angle for a secure hold.
Above the foregrip is the 500cc tank which includes a quick fill probe to make refills to 250 BAR (3,625 psi) that much easier. When not in use, you can put your Barrage into the included hard case to keep your airgun secured.
With its combination of power and features, the Barrage is a welcome addition to Hatsan's tradition of crafting competitively priced PCPs that give airgunners what they want.

Things I Would Have ChangedTerrible customer service and terrible product. Purchased a Barrage .25 caliber air rifle from Hatsan. The air cylinder wouldn't hold pressure despite changing o rings, etc. Contacted Hatsan, and couldn't have been more disappointed with their customer service. They didn't seem to care about helping me solve the issue. The bolt is jammed as well and I have requested my money back. I have not heard a word. Would never buy another air rifle from Hatsan, ever.
What Others Should KnowWould not purchase from Hatsan. Buyer beware
Semi-Auto mechanism is nice. Great shot count, Built in Mag holder, etc.
Things I Would Have ChangedPlastic Picatinny under mount flexes and doesn't seem useful (especially for a bipod). Accuracy (for me) hasn't been good, but I've been running 18gr or less pellets. Seems most folks are having good results with the heavy pellets.
What Others Should KnowHeavy, but managable. Very heavy trigger pull but consistent. I have not had a jam yet. They key for jams is properly loading the magazines. FYI - You are supposed to load the entire mag skirt first from the front side, but I've found I can fully rotate the face of the mag, load the 'last' pellet in skirt first (this will hold the spring rotating mechanism), then load all the other pellets dome first rotating the face plate once each time. A lot faster than loading all skirt first.
Value, accuracy, fun to shoot!
Things I Would Have ChangedNuttin!
Accuracy this rifle is very accurate with jsb 25.39s. Mine has be free of any cycling issues as some have stated. Mags were i little tight out of box but small adjustment on tension and theyre fine. I would buy another if i needed one. Very nice hunting rifle
Things I Would Have ChangedUse some loctite on some of the screws during manufacting process. Minor issue but needs to be done. Trigger pull needs to be reduced. I use for hunting but too heavy for bench shooting.
What Others Should KnowIt is heavy. But its relative to what youre accustomed to. The trigger is stiff and heavy it does loosen up some with use but not adjustable. However it is usable.
The overall feeling The tight pellet shooting group The solid build
Things I Would Have Changed1. Not really saying to change it, but I will be glad to see if Hatsan can make the stock adjustable..it is a bit long to me....have to adjust myself to fit the gun..not to adjust the gun to fit me.... 2. Hope the magazine hold can be changed to some kind of easy & fast release type design. No single product promotion/review videos mentioned the users need to use a flat head screw driver in order to take the magazine off the stock..... if it was not due to the rain and evening time, I would have gone out to the range without knowing I need a screw driver in order to take down the extra magazines. 3. I would like to see the air pressure gauge be placed in a much better place...... The designer placed the gauge meter inside the body of the gun...making it hard to see when pumping (I do not have air tank, only the Hatsan brand high pressure pump).... why not just design it like on other models, easier to read?
What Others Should KnowThis air rifle is an "out of box fun." I ma not sure the original sight parts were adjusted by Hatsan or by Pyramyd Air employee, it was precisely adjusted!! The fist time I shot this rifle was in the range and it was immediately right on the spot I aimed at. And after I adjusted the laser dot to be in good position, turned out, where the laser red dot located was the same position where the orange sight aimed at. RIGHT ONT!!!
The magazine loading is a bit not easy for the first time. You will need to align it properly and give it a push so the magazine will be in the right position. After 2~3 time of use, it will be easy.
I made a product review video as a buyer/owner and posted it on Youtube, This video was made right after I came back from the shooting range. If you prefer to watch video comment, go check it out and hope you will get a better idea about this product.

Everything except one thing. Very accurate with the right pellet ,fun to shoot all day long, lots of shots from fill same accuracy first to last shot from the air tank, the gun shoots better than I will be able to do, I have been air guning for 45 years, I absolutely love this gun.
Things I Would Have ChangedBut pad on stock, after 2000 pellets not very comfortable.
What Others Should KnowWorth the money yes all day long ,by extra mags never seem to have enough, fun to shot all day long I am geting 1 inch groups at 75 yards with very little effort.i love this gun worth every penny I paid.
The rifle is very accurate and can easily adjusted for proper fit.
Things I Would Have ChangedVery heavy rifle some weight could have been shaved off and its over priced compared to the value of others in that class. Fill port needs to be covered and should come with a sling for that asking price. Fill gauge needs to be located where it can be read while its being filled. Customer service needs to more responsive to customers concerns when contacted when a customer pays this price for a air rifle they expect excellent customer service.
What Others Should KnowI bought this rifle and really enjoy it occasionally it doesnt feed which causes me to manually load using bolt action. I choose to use fixed sights it more challenging and at 70 yards it has been very accurate. I purchased my rifle from air gun depot and they were excellent through out this entire process. I had a issue with a bad air gauge and they stayed in contact with me while I dealt with Hatsan until the issue was resolved.
It's very accurate.
Things I Would Have ChangedIt's very heavy at 10 lbs. Considering the FX Wildcat MkII is only 6 lbs, it should have been pretty easy to build this thing at 7 or 8 lbs. The trigger pull is pretty heavy. They claim it's due to the design, but I'm not so sure about that. Mine is leaking like a sieve. It's dropping from 3000 psi down to 2000 psi in under 12 hrs. I contacted HatsanUSA for warranty repair, but it's been 2 days and no reply. I'll give them a few more days and then contact them again.
What Others Should KnowIf your Hatsan ever needs repair under warranty, do not attempt to fix it yourself. According to them, it will void your warranty. I've contacted them for repair, but haven't heard back yet. If this takes too long and/or they expect me to pay for shipping, then warranty repair isn't really worth much IMHO. If it turns out to be something simple like tightening a fitting, I can do that easily and save the cost and hassle of shipping the thing across the country. For $900, I expected it to be thoroughly tested in a stringent QC protocol prior to shipping.
Easy to fill easy to shoot lots of fun I'm sure you got plenty of pallets a big tank to top off from hours of fun 75 yard shot no effort hundred yard shots drop amazing small groups even if it's five or ten crosswinds recommended the semi auto works just like it says just like you scene for the good scope on it and you will get what you want
Things I Would Have ChangedMore readable air gauge and filler port cover
What Others Should KnowA big cubic foot tank is needed should always go with new carbon fiber the only way

Gun is accurate using the right pellets. Good shot count and good power. Haven't had any problems with this gun so far, no jams or anything. Had it for at least 3 yrs. Not very pellet picky, will shoot 21-23 grains slugs decent.
Things I Would Have ChangedWould love it if you could adjust the power, I'm only getting 910 fps using a 16 grain pellet and around 885 using 18 grains. make the gun lighter and maybe go with a carbon fiber tank. Bigger mags to hold more pellets would be a plus !!!
What Others Should KnowDon't let this gun fool you. This gun will drop a deer in 22 cal @ 40-45 yrds. About 2 yrs ago was trying to keep the deer out of my garden and just wanted to shoot them in the rear end to sting them and scare them away. had a deer run out from behind a bush and ran right into my line of fire. Pellet hit him and he ran about 25-30 yrds and dropped. Wasn't trying to kill them but this deer ran right into my line of fire. Heart/Lug shot with a 22 cal H&N Terminator 16 grain pellet. Have had this gun for 3 yrs and no problems so far. (Knock on wood) !!! Would recommend to other air gunners, but you will shoot up a lot of pellets. Gun is a lot of fun
