Cold Steel Dragon Walking Stick

This is an awesome walking stick and defense combo. Only downside to it is if it gets too cold too long you can and will break the front teeth. Also you need a non slip pad on slippery surfaces…

I work at a large haunted attraction, this cane is part of my costume. I'm 270lbs, I wail the ever-living hell out of porta-potties and fences. I put all of myself behind my swings, I lean into those hits hard. I have broken several porta-pottie doors, I have been doing this for the last 7 years, for 8 weeks at a time. All that has happened to my stick is I broke one tooth off the dragon handle. The cane still looks and functions, this has been a great prop to just wail on things without damaging it.

I bought this six months agoe .I'm a big guy 6,3 300lb and it hold me up fine it an amazing stick with anough wait to mean business And I can't tell you how many complements I get on this thing I love it

When this came in the mail. When i opened it i was surprised it was better than i thought. I use it every day because of balance problems and it holds my wait . It is a substantial cain. It also gets looks . I get coments every day with this cain it is part of my EDC. I love it.

An exceptional cane to have. Cut down to my size. Then installed a rubber tip. Then placed a lazer engraved dog tag with name ,city,state and phone number with pop rivets. Black tag on black cane. Really nice customization done to it.

They should make the head with the same grip as the master tanto and offer a cold steel rubber foot. no big deal other than it's the best cane in the universe great for stretching looks intricate af and once Im better ill probably still carry it around. This cane goes unnoticed. Very sturdy and solid. The detail is amazing and I'm constantly getting compliments on the look and friends that have held it are amazed at how sturdy it feels. I'm tall so the length was one thing that really helped sell me on it, I've run into some decorative and sword canes that are too short so kinda pointless. There are a few things that bug me but pretty minor annoyances - had to find a tip for it, handle is so detailed that there are some sharp edges that you need to find your most comfortable grip and the teeth are especially sharp and can easily scratch you and it really needs a lanyard. The front fangs are the only weak spot and my dragon has lost them both from multiple drops (the lanyard would have helped here to hang on back of chair or on a hook at the bar or when trying to use 2 hands and no place to prop it up) other than that I absolutely love it and will be adding some of the other similar products or immediately buy another if lost or somehow destroyed, most likely lost.

I've been using mine (and the blackthorn model) for just over 3 years and couldn't be more pleased with them. I'm glad to see them returning to the Cold Steel family. Length may be an issue if you're under 6' tall, but the base is easily cut for a custom length, your local pharmacy will have "walker feet" that fit. A definite conversation piece, you will get compliments. The front 2 teeth are vulnerable to breakage of dropped (you WILL drop it), but can be easily glued back together with the correct glue, "Krazy" type glues don't work on polyethylene. I fixed mine and painted that tooth gold.

I purchased one for myself. I do not have any knee problems. they are fine. I purchased it because some areas of my city do not allow guns. Thus, I figured that a cane would not attract the boys in blue. it is sturdy, fancy, and rugged. I do plan to learn cane defense moves. I am 58. I am not dead yet. Thus, I am still able to use. I would recommend it for any one just wanting a good solid cane.

Lovely, very heavy walking stick with a good grip. Is three inches too long for my height, but I have found ways to compensate. Added a rubber cap on the end for indoor use on tile/vynal floors.
