Never been disappointed with Cold Steel products. Machete arrived very sharp,used it right away on some heavy vegetation. Great product,solid,useful. No complaints.

Aside from needing an edge clean up, this is a serious machete perfect for either brush clearing and self-defense! It has surprising balance for a mid-weight machete, and with either a cord wrap or stippling on the grip it won’t be coming out your hand easily.
Love the feel and balance of the blade. Also love the color! No complaints here!

Excellent product for excellent value. Heavy duty blade came sharp. Only criticism is its a little front heavy but not enough to be serious, solid construction overall a excellent tool for what ever you need it to do!

It's a great all around work blade wasn't sure how I was going to like the new steel (1065c) and the fact that it's made in china instead of South Africa but I've been usin mine for a month and have cleared some large trees and lots of brush and I must say theyve upped the quality control since they moved locations and swapped materials it holds an edge longer than the 1055 and is still relatively easy to sharpen but the handle does send a good bit of vibration into your arm not enough to not use it but enough to notice luckily its heavy so it absorbs most of the blow
I have been looking everywhere to find it, please ramp up production. It will sell out quick I promise!

I have been impressed with this handy little blade. It cuts like a machete, but handles like a cutlass. It clears mesquite like a champ, and barely slows down going through thick weeds. I will be trying other products, just based on the quality of this one.
