Description
- Remove the screw in front of triggerguard to remove rear part of the stock
- Remove the pins or screws that hold the retention cap at the rear of the receiver
- Remove the guide pin, spring & hammer to reveal the compression tube
- If the compression tube appears to be brass & is one piece with a pin protruding from it, you'll need the other kit (CR/RepairKitC9) instead of this one
- If your gun has a rounded square hole with a valve stem sticking up through it, then the kit shown on this page will fit your gun. The included valve tool (pictured on this page) is needed to remove the parts from the soldered valve body (directions included with kit).
This kit includes parts that are still available from Crosman and may require slight modification. If your gun is very old and has been treated with any petroleum distillates and/or solvents that damage rubber seals, the removal of the old parts can be challenging. The obsolete gasket that seals the valve guide to the compression tube can normally be reused. If you used petroleum products, it may be irreparably damaged and will need to be replaced by a thin o-ring.

Parts were what I needed
Things I Would Have ChangedPossibly clearer images of the parts breakdown.
What Others Should KnowThe removal tool works great. You really have to put the gun in a vise, and tighten more than you would think , to get the valve to seat enough to keep air from escaping. My 70s silver streak is as good as new.
Arrived pretty quickly considering I live in Canada. All parts were packaged very well. Pyramid is one of the only places to order this part and I really appreciate them. I also order most of my pellets from them as well. You get free tins of pellets if you order enough and the free pellets more than make up for the cost of shipping to Canada! Thanks guys!
You get directions, parts list and exploded view of the gun. Very helpful, because when the air chamber finally pulled loose I flung parts across the back porch, and wasn't sure what went where.
Things I Would Have ChangedThe copy of the parts list is a little blurry, the directions state to replace part number 30 so that the rubber is facing muzzle. Part number 30 is not a brass and rubber part. It's been replaced with a Teflon cork looking piece tapered on one end. Not sure how it was supposed to go. Took three reassembly attempts to get it right; well at least it pumps up so I assume it's right. There is an extra "O" ring and not sure where that was supposed to go. Why not all the pieces for the pressure chamber?
What Others Should KnowI was leery of trying to remove the very small screw that holds the bolt in place, I didn't have the right tool, and spent a lot of time maneuvering the small O ring around with some flat dental floss.
I figure if I can do it anybody should be able to.
Kit parts was able to take apart and replace the seals. The front teflon seal got rotated and was very difficult to get straight again. However I was able to rotate it back into position by pressing with bamboo skewer and later with steel rod. However to put everything together was very difficult. Finally , tried to put the end cap without the mainspring and mark the depth and position of end cap when the first thread engages on the tool and then try it again with all the parts installed and finally got it back together. In the end I was victorious and my 1993 Benjamin .177 lives again. P.S. pyramid air also has impeccable customer service and send me replacement parts since my bolt seal..that super tiny o ring, the new one got crushes in the bolt. I was to use the original seal until the new seal gets here.
Things I Would Have ChangedAdd the part to reassemble with better instructions, like "before reassemble everything, use only the pressure chamber end cap with the disassembly tool, rotate it backwarss until it clicks, mark this location on outside trigger housing barrel and the stem of the dissassembly tool with a pencil. This will aid in the reassembly to know how far to compress the spring and when the thread will engage. Now, reassemble everything and using the marks on the stem of the dissassembly tool and the outside of the trigger housing barrel..align everything and push hard down on the disassembly tool until the marks are aligned and level with each other. Then begin to screw the pressure chamber endcap tight. Reassemble everything else on the gun same way you took them off.
What Others Should KnowAll in all, this job to rebuilt own gun is possible but definitely not for the faint of heart.

Tool is exactly what I needed to rebuild the benjamin franklin model 137 pistol. Some of the included Sheridan rifle rebuild kit parts fit this pistol, but the exhaust valve and spring did not.Overall, the kit was a bonus I did not expect, so a good deal!
