This is an outstanding air rifle! Comes with everything you need and it's safe for children by it being a semi auto rifle. Has to be loaded per each pellet.

My 7-year-old saw a picture of this online and used his own money he wanted it so bad... I was afraid he'd be disappointed because for the price I was sure it wouldn't meet his expectations. After a day or so of shooting and using the rifle, I asked him what he thought and he said, "it loads fast, shoots accurate, it's easy to handle, and looks cool!" This is his third BB/pellet gun, the others haven't lasted or can be a bit heavy or difficult to pump or only shoot BB's. This one seems to be easy for him to handle, load, and shoot, without much struggle. This may also be one of the quietest air rifles we've owned.
Purchased one for my 10 year old newphew for this past Christmas and couldn't be happier! Wanted to get him a present that would actually get him outside and away from the video games. Had an amazing time teaching him about gun safety and on how to aim.
