    Things I liked:

Great quality and bang for the buck. Like the fact you can customize like a Colt 1911 or Ruger 10-22'

    Things I would have changed:

    For this price nothing.

    What others should know:

Hits pretty hard for about 40 shots.

    Things I liked:

I like the bolt action and the adjustable rear sight.Feels good in the hand.At 30 Yards the pellet drops about 8-10"s Which was expected at those ranges. It really is not as loud as I expected for a co2 Pretty accurate,Going to purchase the rifle stock for it to improve on the accuracy.

    Things I would have changed:

    None

    What others should know:

Make sure that you use a drop or 2 of air gun oil on the co2 before shooting your first shots. The first 2 shots are more likely to be duds.I get about 35 shots before replacing the co2.

    Things I liked:

The accuracy of the Crosman 2240 was beyond my expectations. There are many upgrades for the 2240. The 2240 is a great starter for the beginner and advanced shooter that wants to further hand gun target shooting.

    Things I would have changed:

I would "NOT" change anything about the Crosman 2240.

    What others should know:

With the Crossman 2240 being .22 caliber, the Crosman pellets are very affordable.

    Things I liked:

Feb. 22, 2018, I finally got a chance to try out my new Crosman 2240. It was exceptional. More than I had expected. If anyone wants to save money keeping their trigger finger and eye in "tune", I recommend the Crosman 2240.

    Things I would have changed:

An adjustable trigger and rear sight would make it more accurate. You can adjust the rear sight, but I want something that is more precision.

    What others should know:

REMEMBER: always wear eye and ear protection when firing any firearm. Just because you are not firing a high caliber firearm, does not mean that you won't be injured

    What others should know:

A Great beginner air gun. Very accurate shot.

    Things I liked:

That would be most everything about this pistol. It has acceptable accuracy, power and ergonomics. Quality is acceptable as well with a few things that would improve upon it but they are probably outside of the price.

    Things I would have changed:

I am not a fan of plastic and a little less on this gun would be a nice upgrade but the main item I would change would be the barrel band, if it held the barrel better (tighter) I think this gun would shoot even better than it does. And if instead of one contact screw at 6 o'clock anchoring the barrel band to the gas tube there were two screws at 4 and 8 o'clock positions it would probably be much stiffer an assembly to hold the barrel.

    What others should know:

Some reviews have advised issues with sights not aligned correctly, this is extremely easy to adjust by loosening the allen screw on top of barrel band and then just rotating the barrel with your fingers.

    Nothing at all.

    What others should know:

The trigger is fine I anjusted the triger now I have a hair triger I don't know why people are complaneing about it.yes out of the box it's stiff but after you ajust it it's nice.

    Things I liked:

Power, handling, and accuracy. Easy to load. The heft and weight is about right for a pistol this size.

    Things I would have changed:

I would like to see this pistol come with sight/scope rails to eliminate the need to buy an inter-mount.

    What others should know:

This pistol is a lot of fun and value for the price. Pretty similar to my SSP-250 but without the plastic flip open loading port and that's a good thing.

    Things I liked:

What a nice little gun. Accurate, light, quiet with LDC installed, inexpensive. Gun is easy to load and a pleasure to shoot. I got tired of pumping up my 1322 real fast and bought this. I swapped out the steel breech, rear sight, and walnut grips from my 1322 and it made a big difference in the way this gun looks. This just became my favorite air pistol.

    Things I would have changed:

I would change the grips to plain checkered plastic instead of trying to simulate wood grain.

    What others should know:

The trigger is a bit heavy as received. I removed the trigger spring and compressed it some with my fingers which lightened up the trigger pull noticeably. Don't do too far compressing the spring or the gun will not cock or create a dangerous hair trigger. I had to use a screw driver in order to pierce the CO2 cartridge on the last half turn of the end cap. No big deal. This gun produced an average of 425 fps using Crosman Premier 14.3 gr pellets on a 30 degree day. I expect higher velocities on warmer days.

    Things I liked:

I received my pistol on 12-9-2017 with the steel breech replacement and the 10 for 10 check. The pistol shoots great more accurate then my NPSS rifle. Very easy to use, and have shot three different types of pellets crosman premier, RWS superpoint extra, and Ruger superpoint 16.9gr. They all shoot accurately. I shot 50 pellets at thirty feet, at the diameter of a quarter all within the center. This accuracy was of course from a red dot sight that I have purchase some time ago.

    Things I would have changed:

    Nothing.

    What others should know:

The trigger is fine. It was made that way for your safety.

    Things I liked:

A great low-cost alternative for 10 m target shooting. Nice features, quality build and performance, shoots consistent groups.

    Things I would have changed:

Check out Crosman Custom Shop first and see if some of the options are for you and if you want to pay the extra cost.

    What others should know:

If you order from Pyramyd pay for the 10 for 10 option, it's worth it.

    Things I liked:

I Like using 22 cal has plenty of power but declines as you shoot. Nice feel very comfortable to shoot, Fund Times! Not as accurate as i would like due to plastic front sight that can move on the steel barrel..

    Things I would have changed:

Would like to have a repeater option or feed tube. The front sights are plastic and move on the steel barrel. This changes accuracy. It would be nice if you had a fixed front sight with some adjustment that did not move around, steel on steel. Rear sights are adjustable that is nice.

    What others should know:

The cartridge must be removed while the CO2 has gas in in. I let it run down to see how long it would work on the cartridge and the gas was exhausted. You can't get the Co2 cartridge out. I had to drill a hole in the end of the CO2 and remove it with a hook tool.

    Things I liked:

My new 2240 arrived on Monday Oct.2nd from Pyramyd Air. I bought ,and had Pyramyd Air install a steel breech. I put a co2 in and fired about 40 rounds using a cheap Gamo green dot sight. Not sighting in, just checking for leaks. Good job P A there none. As for sights, still thinking about what I want to put on this fine pistol. Open, or scope? I already own a 1377, a 1300 KT in 22 cal, and a 2400 KT in 22 cal. All are fine shooters. Even with the cheap Gamo green dot I had a fair group at ten yards. This pistol is all I expected and more. with some fine tuning and a good set of sights I will have another tack driver. Out of the package she is already an ace.

    Things I would have changed:

The great thing about this gun, you make any, and all the changes you want. I already had P A add a steel breech so I could mount a better open sight, or scope. Put a lot of money in it,or keep it basic. You can't go wrong with this gun.

    What others should know:

If you buy one Crosman in 1377,1322, 2240, 2300 S, or 2300 T. YOU WILL WANT MORE. I can't stop myself from buying them.

    Things I liked:

Extremely easy to work on and modify. I bought two. Both were fairly accurate right out of the box up to about 25 yards with Crosman Premier .22 domed, 14.3 grain pellets. I was getting about 42-45 useful shots per CO2 cartridge at the time. However, it didn't take long for me to start the mod process and finish up with nothing left of the original guns except the frames and tubes. They look awesome and are now accurate out to 40 yards with the same 14.3 grain domed pellets using 10 inch barrels and red dot scopes. I have the power adjusted on the guns to allow for approximately 27-30 useful shots per CO2 cartridge with an average of 520 fps, depending on temperature, humidity, my horoscope, and the price of tea on any given day.

    Things I would have changed:

Not much more I can ask for from a $60 stock gun in .22 caliber. I personally think the stock guns are worth the price. But I just couldn't resist personalizing them - even at the much higher cost I ultimately put into them (approx $450 each).

    What others should know:

I can honestly say that the Crosman 2240 is the world's most expensive $60 pellet gun.
