    Things I liked:

Quiet, multiple shot ability, and easy conversion to a reticle sight.

    Things I would have changed:

Picatinny rails on the receiver and an open sight.

    What others should know:

I don't have enough experience with this, but the options available to adjust power and tuning seem limitless.

    Things I liked:

Amazingly accurate, extremely quiet, plenty of power, included sling studs.

    Things I would have changed:

I wish there was ar style tactical stock available for it.

    What others should know:

This Marauder is unbelievably accurate. At exactly 50 yards I can put two magazines, 16 shots, in the size of a quarter every time. It's so quiet my neighbors never know that I'm shooting. The .25 caliber pellets make more noise hitting the target or game than the gun does firing them. The knockdown power this thing has on small game is incredible. My wife purchased it for me in a package deal pyramid air used have, it came with a 4-16 Centerpoint scope. (that's right my wife bought it for me, she's amazing!!) That scope and this gun make an amazing combo. Now if only I could find a cheap tactical style stock like the Teryx, or maybe a discounted used one, this thing would be perfect.

Quiet, accurate, priced right. My .22 is good for targets and squirrels.

    Things I would have changed:

    Nothing

    What others should know:

PA recommended the JBS 18.1 gr. pellets, and they are perfect. This is my first air rifle, and made me a sniping expert without knowing anything. All my buddies, after coming over and trying it out, are also now expert snipers, and want their own. Great fun.

    Things I liked:

Accurate, very well made, decent trigger (very good really).

    Things I would have changed:

Trigger break is not like all the other 2-stage triggers I've used (which is a lot). The break weight is consistent, but there is no "stop" before the break; the trigger continues to move rearward until it breaks, there is not a clear stop when you are against the sear. Not like any other small bore or centerfile match triggers that I use.

    What others should know:

This is NOT a toy! With the 10.5gr pellets and only 2250psi in the gun, the pellets easily shot through 5/8" plywood. You would NOT want to get hit by one of those pellets. Accuracy is about 1 - 1.5 MOA out to 50 yds., and I have not "optimized" the gun for this pellet at all... that's right out of the box.

    Things I liked:

Super acurate, butter smooth, quite, and powerfull. 5 shot groups come in at 25 yards 1 ragged hole,50 is about 3/4",100 about 2" useing JSB 25's and calm wind.I used my crony to tune the gun to shoot 16 shots at max power for 100 yard plinking. Very constant F.P.S. numbers, a high of 910 and a low of 890 over the 16 shot string useing The jsb exact in 25 cal. That's 45Ftlb's at the muzzel and 23 at 100 yards, witch is plenty to punch 1/2" plywood at that range. I'm gonna try larger game soon, coyotes at 75 yards should be cake. I feel very confident I can hit em between the eye and ear, lights out!!!

    Things I would have changed:

Not much really, its a huge step up from springer pellet guns.I did the lawer spring mod in the trigger group and now its better than the RWS's T06 trigger.

    What others should know:

I moved into a neighborhood with a bad squirrel problem, To many bird feeders around. They where eveywhere, and where damageing my home and property. So I went and got a benjamin trial np to protect my home. I could hit them every time but not in the kill zone, 25-30% kill ratio,i cant have wounded pests limping over the fence to be seen by the many anamal lovers that live around me. So I got a RWS460 in 22, my kill ratio went up to about 80%,still not good enuff for me. I bought this gun about 6 months ago and could not be happyer. 100% humane kills(head shots only) and no more trashed atic spaces. I(a athletic 210 pounds) hand pump my gun and have no problems with this method of refiling the gun. Stoping evey 16 shots, refilling from 2000 to 3000 psi in 33 pumps useing a boosted hill pump. Google "Boosting a hand pump for pcp air guns" to learn about this neat trick that saves lots of time on the refiling process. I pump and shoot daily for about 6 months now, no ill effects so far.

    Things I liked:

    Very accurate, lighter than anticipated.

    Things I would have changed:

I've never owned a synthetic stock gun, so maybe it's normal, but it feels cheap and 'plastic' because, well, it's plastic.

    What others should know:

Good gun for the money. Pumping it up gets old quickly though.

    Things I liked:

Man, I don't know if I'm just easy to please but this gun is amazing for the value. Right out the box this gun loves JSB and the Benjamin pellets, shooting quarter size groups at 30 yards. I'm coming from the Gamo/BSA Dynamax (which is super loud) so this gun makes that seem like 270 Remington blast. My daughter hated when I did target practice from the porch but dosent even notice with this gun. When I look at the price of other. 25 calibers in the same category, my mind is blown by the value of this gun. Looking to do mods next!

    Things I would have changed:

The floating barrel was a concern of mine but after firing over 400 rounds through it plus at $462 bucks I can live with that.

    What others should know:

I've found that if you use an hand pump, refill every 16 shots to keep from killing Yourself refilling the thing.

    Things I liked:

Power accurate i bought 3 total. Two .22 and this .25. They are all great guns.

    Things I would have changed:

Bullpup design would be great and durable and mobility. I don't mind payiny a little more for a nice bullpup design. As long as it's not pricey like other European airguns.

    What others should know:

Becareful when cooking the bolt. Aways point the gun down or at level to cock. If gun is pointed up and you cock the bolt you will jam the gun or double load.

    Things I liked:

the gun is great.. although my .25 cal is allitle picky on pellets I have already had a few amazing groups at 30, 50 and 75 yards, my gun loves hallow points witch is great at 50 yards I had a an 8 shot group clover in a dime and that's sweet for a beginner pcp shooter, also after some ez tuning with he gun at 50 yards im able to shot around 4-5 clips so I get about 40 shots consistent witch is 1 reason I went for the marauder a few twits and im plinking with a lot of shots the next a few twists and I can hunt coyote where some of the other pcp in this value range are unable to do that

    Things I would have changed:

id prefer the fill port to be on the side of he gun or bottom over pointing right out towards the barrel end

    What others should know:

this is a great gun it keeps good groups but you have to try out pellets some will shoot horribly and that doesn't mean your barrel is horrible it just means that the pellet design or cast doesn't agree with he barrel so it might take a little money to find what works perfect for you also you can always buy another caliber specific barrel witch if 1 barrel doesn't like the other Probly will lol

    Things I liked:

With the .22 @2900psi I get aprox 36 shots before it dips below 2000psi. Chronographed strait from factory and averaging about 845fps/aprox 15fps max spread and average about 4fps spread with Crossman premier pellets. Getting dime groups @30 yards. Very quiet gun. Cant believe I waited this long but guess im glad got the gen2 with synethetic and improvements. Ive owned it for aprox a week and already shot over 500 rounds and love it.

    Things I would have changed:

I worked around it but would like increased magazine capacity and for it not to protrude so much above the receiver. The barrel is high so you would have to use high rings either way for the scope bell to clear. Pumping is definitely not for the out of shape. It takes around 300 pumps to go from 500 to 2900 psi. This is a bit more difficult to pump than a bicycle pump. I run it down to 1900psi for storage and it takes around 110 pumps to get it back up to 2900psi.

    What others should know:

Its a little less accurate than my rws 48 on a sand bag with similar power. Thing is the Marauder is so much easier to shoot and much easier to be accurate while carrying and quieter. It is quieter than my Nitro Piston rifles and more accurate too.

    Things I liked:

Very accurate; more accurate that my abilities to aim (Best pellets: JSB Exact Express 7.87 grain, JSB Exact 8.44 grain. Ability to tune to a wide variety of settings - Have mine tuned to shoot JSB Exact Express at 750 fps, with about 90 very accurate shots per fill. Extremely quiet, especially when tuned to lower velocities. The synthetic stock is durable.

    Things I would have changed:

Make it a bit lighter. Also, create bundles with higher end scopes (e.g., Hawke scopes).

    What others should know:

The .177 Marauder is much easier to cock, as compared to the .22 caliber. Also, if my airgun is typical, you will need to tune yours, as mine was tuned for max power, with shots being on the end of the power curve (i.e., velocity decreases with each subsequent shot). With a chronograph and accepting a minimal decrease in velocity, one can easily get 40-50 shots on a fill with +/- 2% variation in velocity.

    Things I liked:

Very accurate not picky on pellets.Has quickly became favorite gun.Very quiet for its power is backyard friendly.

    Things I would have changed:

Did become very hard to cock.Took apart bolt and hammer and cleaned and applied spray on graphite and let dry.Took special note to make sure hammer and bolt allens shoulder bolts are tight as 1 of mine had loosened 1/4 of a turn an applied pressure on hammer when trying to fully cock. After i lubed and tightend bolts and put together it now cocks quickly and is smooth.

    What others should know:

    Very good gun for money.

Nothing!!!!! I love this rifle. With the proper scope this thing is dead on at great distances (25 to 100 Yards) every time.

    What others should know:

If you purchase this rifle and ever have a problem with it the service is second to none. I sent my rifle in for repairs on a Tuesday, they received it on Thursday and I had it back by the following Thursday. Absolutely outstanding service and professionalism. Friendly, courteous, and prompt.

Watched every YouTube vid on this gun and was convinced it's worth the time and money. NOT sorry. Very adjustable for power and cheek pad..Lighter than the wooden stock unit. Not worried about scratching it! A real hunters gun.

    Things I would have changed:

air gauge inaccurate! off by 2000psi!

    What others should know:

This gun is quieter than my springer and gas ram BSA.. I don't mind pumping this tank up, but you may consider an air tank for refills. get some extra clips, they are much cheaper than other brands. For the money, you can beat it!! Was about to buy a $1300. gun but for this price I got lots of accessories, all for less than the other gun I wanted. And no regrets, very accurate.

    Things I liked:

2 Days into my 1st PCP, this thing is great. .25 Syn Marauder is much quieter than I expected!! and has power-O-plenty it seems. One squirrel down at 30 yards so far, twang-flop. It's light weight enough to hunt with and one ragged hole accurate with JSB and Polymags. Very pleased, no complaints so far.

    Things I would have changed:

The scuba tank adapter needs a longer hose. 24"-30" would be nice so I could fill it with both the rifle and tank standing up instead of laying them both on their side.

    What others should know:

.25 likes the air. You might consider buying two tanks if you don't have a shoebox compressor. I bought two used ones so as to have a back up when the scuba shop is closed. Used = 1/2 price of new.

The first thing, is how quite it is to be as powerful as it is. Just got my Crony and will scope it and start checking all my different pellets for groups. The snow has finally melted and suppose to be warmer next week.

    Things I liked:

It's light weight and its very quiet. Those are the only good things about it.

    Things I would have changed:

Just about everything else with it. It is very poorly built and not worth the money. The accuracy is poor and right out if the box (before tuning) you will be lucky to get 6 inch groups at 10 yards. The gun looks and feels cheap. The barrel and breach extend sideways down the air tube and stock, so getting the scope perfectly level was a nightmare. Then, It shot so far to the left, that I had my scope almost maxed out to the right, past the 4 line. Not good! I tried to turn the mounts around and nothing helped. They where good mounts too and worked perfectly on all my other guns. Well, I got is sighted in and tuned to 32 Fpe and it would get really good chrony numbers but I still had a bad accuracy problem with it. I tried everything and then I realized that the small difference in pellet head and skirt sizes, effected the accuracy up to 12 inches at 40 yards. About one in five pellets would just drop off. The same pellets shoot fine in my other guns, so the issue is this gun.

    What others should know:

I don't know where all of the hype for this gun is comming from. I went with the .22 cal. The first one I bought leaked air. Thank you pyramyd air for sending me a replacement quickly. However, the replacement had its issues listed above. There are more too, I just ran out of space. If you are thinking about getting into PCP airgunning, I wouldn't recommend this gun. I bought it 3 months ago and I really wanted to make it work, so I kept it, and I regret doing so. I just got a Hatsan AT44-10s QE in .25 cal the other day and what a huge difference! The AT44 is so much better built and it is not pellet fussy like the Synrod. Right out of the box it is super accurate and the power is phenomenal! It was only $30 more that the synrod .22 and so worth it. I think the Marauder feels like a toy compared to the AT44 QE, which feels like a machine. If you aren't sure which one to get, the Marauder, or the Hatsan AT44 QE, I would go with the Hatsan. I wrote a review on that gun as well.

everthing, havent shot this gun yet but am waiting for the new air venturi g6 hand pump.the gun was shipped perfect without a scratch, i set this gun up with a utg leapers 4x16x50 mill dot sling and bipod, this synthetic marauder in .25 cal looks really mean, just hope it shoots as well as it looks. hopefully after shootin this fine lookin rifle i can write a better review on the synrod and the g6 han pump.

    Things I would have changed:

    nothing rite now

    What others should know:

the marauders do come charged with at least 600 psi so if you dry fire it after un boxing point the muzzle in a safe direction.

    Things I liked:

Accuracy, balance, adjustable cheek piece and trigger. This rifle is a stone cold shooter. Using 25.39 grain JSB Exacts it is no problem maintaining .5 inch 50 yard groups from a bench rest. It is also the quietest air gun I have ever shot.

    Things I would have changed:

Maybe nitpicking here but I don't like the safety lever, it works fine but I just don't care for anything inside the trigger guard except the trigger.

    What others should know:

My rifle was set up well from the factory, extreme spread was only 35 FPS for a 16 shot string at 3000 psi fill with an average of 836 fps using the JSB Exacts. I don't have a reason to mess with it.
