    Things I liked:

The accuracy with open sights is great. I hit the soda can at 20 feet on a downward angle from the deck on the first 2 shots in single shot mode, then opened it up with 6 shot burst mode. The accessory rails allow many options. The blow back action and chatter makes it a lot of fun on burst mode. Gets quite a few shots per co2.

    Things I would have changed:

When out of ammo in the 30 round magazine the gun will still fire blanks. Any way of locking action open to signal for reload? Second, add option for sling.

    What others should know:

stock up on co2 and ammo.

    Things I liked:

I liked the 6 shot burst, the shots per CO2, the trigger pull, the tactical railing, and the option to get a bulk fill adapter.

    Things I would have changed:

I would have liked it to have a metal body and a shoulder stock, but for the price its a great deal.

    What others should know:

Buy LOTS of CO2. You will need it. This gun is so addictive you wont be able to put it down. On average, I get about 300 shots for two CO2 cylinders. The sights are not the best so you will want to get a laser or a dot sight. Also get Pellgun Oil, it makes your CO2 guns work so much better. All in all, this is an awesome gun, if you buy it, you will NOT be disappointed by any means whatsoever. Thanx for reading my review, Z.Q.

    Things I liked:

Very cool, a real rush to shoot in burst mode. Also decently accurate within 10 - 15 yards.

    Things I would have changed:

Some sort of latch to hold the front sight/BB port cover in place. If you bump it wrong, it will slide back and let BB's spill out.

    What others should know:

I submitted one quick review and just want to elaborate. I installed a red dot sight on my gun, but the lower limit of vertical adjustment was still too high (gun still shot way low). I installed a laser on the lower Weaver mount and find that the laser and the gun are a match made in Heaven. One tip - when you hang a laser under the barrel of a gun, the zeroing adjustments are reversed from what the instructions say. The instructions assume that you are mounting the laser above the barrel - hanging it below the barrel means that reverse the direction you turn the adjusting screws to move the POI to where you want it. Another reviewer remarked that when the charge in his gun gets low, it will go full auto in single shot mode. Mine does that too - it is a result of there not being enough pressure to cause the sear to engage properly. If yours does this, you probably need to change cartridges. The power is definitely there for a BB pistol. At 10 yards, the gun will shred a tin can. I'm not talking about an aluminum soft drink can, I'm talking the steel cans they put fruit and veggies in. I highly recommend eye protection when you shoot this gun. Overall, if you're on a limited budget and want some full auto fun, you can't do better than the Steel Storm.

    Things I liked:

Fun!, Fun!, Fun! This thing is a blast to shoot. Quiet enough to use in a suburban environment without provoking the neighbors or local police agency

    Things I would have changed:

Perhaps make the hole from the BB reservoir to the magazine slightly larger. It can be difficult getting the BB's to load in the magazine.

    What others should know:

My son-in-law, grandsons, and nephews have all loved this thing. The first burst of full-auto always brings a smile. The built-in rails top and bottom are a nice feature. I mounted an inexpensive laser scope and vertical fore end grip. Buy lots of BB's and cartridges. You're gonna need 'em.

    Things I liked:

Construction, heft, performance, velocity, general Umarex quality. Excellent value for the money.

    Things I would have changed:

Adjustable sights, shoulder stock, produce it in a carbine version.

    What others should know:

This pistol is just about the most fun you can have with your clothes on. Although the body is plastic, it is well made and very cool. The burst feature is a ball - rogue soft drink cans and cardboard boxes don't stand a chance. Be advised - you WILL go through a lot of BB's and CO2 carts. And unless you're shooting at a distance or have an earthen backstop or pellet trap, you better wear goggles just in case of ricochets. Umarex needs to produce a carbine along the lines of the Beretta CX-4 using this same fire control group - it would be awesome. You'll probably want to put a dot sight or laser on the weapon, since the stock sights are fixed and aren't that great anyway. But being as the gun has rails top and bottom, you're good to go if you want add-ons. It's plain ole fun - get one if you can!

    Things I liked:

This looks, and feels, like the real thing. It appears well made, and MEAN! The Customer Service Rep., Stacey, was knowledgeable, and she actually uses most guns. Easy to reach to get the right equipment.

    Things I would have changed:

This is a pretty hefty weight, and I believe some accessories (or changed to accept accessories) is in order. Although I have the MRS Multi-dot sight, and a UTG Red Laser, Walther Xenon Tactical intensity flash, a UTG foldable pistol grip. However, you must get a 45 Degree angle offset "Y" shaped Dual Side with see-thru picatinny rail". To hold the flash and red laser ABOVE, and to the Left and Right side of the barrel. If Pyramyd doesn't carry this mount, they should.

    What others should know:

There is one significant accessory option that really needs to be made available, a "foldable" or "removable" shoulder stock. It is a real strain to hold the option-loaded gun steady on target, so you can aim straight and not wobble the gun. PLEASE consider making such an item, as others do, for this marvelous air gun.

    Things I liked:

The 6 round burst makes this gun fun to shoot. I like that fact that it is fast and easy to reload the built in clip so you can spend more time shooting.

    Things I would have changed:

It would be nice if the sites were adjustable. The shell is all plastic and looks cheap compared to some of the other air guns I own. But for the price you pay, I think it is a good value.

    What others should know:

I don't know if it's just my airgun, but when I get down to the last 20-30 shots, if you switch from 6 shot burst to 1 shot it still shoots in 6 shot mode. I only experience this in the last 20-30 shots and suspect it is the low air pressure.

Fun to shoot. Accurate at very short range (-8 ft)

    Things I would have changed:

Needs longer barrel to increase range and velocity.

    What others should know:

You will need a large supply ot CO2 cartriges. It uses them up fast.

    What others should know:

Bulk tank system is the way to go. Also, your going to need some sights....The BSA red-dot is awesome.

    Rating 5.05.0 5.0

    Things I liked:

Almost everything! This is without a doubt the most fun you can buy anywhere near this price range. The full-auto 6 round capability has to be experienced to believe. It even sounds similar to a suppressed machine pistol. The accuracy is pretty good, I mounted a dot site on mine. In semi-auto it's as good as most other bb pistols. Full auto is also quite good, but the fun factor is off the charts for this.

    Things I would have changed:

A little more metal and some type of retractable stock would be nice. Still, for this price you get so much shooting fun I can't complain.

    What others should know:

Don't think, just buy it. You will not be disappointed when the first time you pull the trigger, it's addictive. If you've always wanted to experience a class 3 weapon but didn't have the opportunity, this gives you a pretty good idea what it's like for an incredible price. Kudos to Umarex for this one, they really filled a market need and I hope they do other full-auto replicas. I will buy every one of them!

    Things I liked:

The Steel Storm is a blast! Loads of fun ripping off six rounds at a squeeze with just the right souinds coming from it - enough to satisfy the Rambo in all of us. Accuracy is better than expected, particularly with the automatic setting where - as a nice surprise - it actaully seems happier. You may not put many dead center, but you can chew up the bullseye quickly. No jamming so far. Appearance is great, not easy with plastic.

    Things I would have changed:

The molded front and rear sights do not do much for you; a red dot sight is a must. Changing the sights would make it a better shooting experience. It would be an improvement if you could empty the magazine some way other than having to shoot the ammo out.

    What others should know:

The Steel Storm is somewhat on the fragile side. This is my second because the CO2 alves on the first just gave out after a few months. It was enough fun to get a new one but be VERY careful when pushing the CO2 module into place. And the overall impression is that it would not take a lot of rough handling.

    Things I liked:

Six round burst feature, internal bb hopper and 30 round magazine is convenient, although somewhat unrealistic.

    Things I would have changed:

Metal exterior for more heft and realistic feel. I equally like the Umarex EBOS, but it is more expensive, uses 88g CO2 cartridges which are pricey - though I heard an adapter to use 2 12g cartridges is now available. The EBOS has a few more features for 50% more money, so if you're on a budget, buy the Steel Storm.

    What others should know:

If you are looking for a bb repeater using 12g CO2 powerlets and with 6 round burst, this is the least expensive and the best buy for your money.

    Things I liked:

The Umarex Steel Storm CO2 Gun is for the money the most fun, accurate, & well made air gun! It is extremely accurate when using an appropriate optic (I chose the Walther MRS) and I added a front verticle grip for enhanced stability. The single action mode produces very nice crisp shots and the 6-shot burst mode will put a smile on anyone's face. With 2 fresh CO2 cartridges your first 30 rounds on burst mode will surprise you in two ways, 1) The sound of the gun is much louder than you would expect and 2) the mass of flying steel will destroy a tin can instantly. The ergonomics of the gun are great, the pistol grip is perfect, the rear cocking lever is totally cool, the fact that you can see your 30 shot magazine reduce with every pull of the trigger is also very cool. The shot selector is very positive as well as the safety lever...nice click! Pyramid air totally surpassed my expectations with this gun...When I ordered it, it was on backorder for at least 3 weeks and to my great surprise it shipped the next day. I only paid for UPS ground and got second day Fed Ex air without even asking or paying for it. I WILL NEVER BUY AN AIR GUN FROM ANYONE ELSE...PYRAMID AIR IS AWESOME!

    Things I would have changed:

Not much, maybe the option to buy another magazine because you will run out of CO2 pretty fast with this gun, and they do freeze up in colder weather. This is gun best suited for 60+ degerees (fahrenheit).

    What others should know:

Buy lots of CO2 and BB's from Pyramid air!!! Trust me you'll be amazed at how fast you will go through them with this gun. It's so much fun to shoot that it's very hard to stop. It's also very easy to shoot. My 65 year old mother even gave it a try and was very impressed!
