I was very happy with how easy it was to operate, including the cranking and de-cranking, and sighting in process. It shoots very consistently. A bit heavy but the weight handles and carries well.

You have to make sure the cocking slide double clicks if not it can be cocked but can’t fire and won’t release from the string either !!!! It can be a bad situation

Possiedo ten point da 20 anni, ho avuto praticamente tutti i modelli di élite di ten point, ma stavolta sono rimasto deluso dalla nitro 505
Credo che ten point dovrebbe fare un passo indietro e puntare più alla precisione e ai dettagli. Dopo circa 20 tiri ho riscontrato un problema nel sistema di caricamento, ma il problema più grande sta nella previsione! Completamente incoerente anche a 30 metri, non riuscivo a centrare con coerenza un bersaglio con di 6 pollici!
(Con le mie vecchie balestre non avevo problemi a centrarlo a 100 metri)
Ora ho rispedito la balestra al venditore che la rimanderà a ten point.

The cocking device broke at the beginning of bow season. By the time I sent it in to be fixed then waited to get it back most of the season was over

Purchased two nitro 505’s and both had issues out of the box, I honestly don’t recommend this product. Rope can get stuck on gears if there is too much slack and ruin it, it’s not covered under warranty also. I personally don’t like the clutch design and what cocks the bow, I think it should be mettle rods and not rope/string.

The concept is really advanced. The practical not so much. The accuslide failed after about 20 shots. Tried to get response from Ten Point customer service. 30-40 minutes and no answer. Not acceptable. I hunt 7 hrs away and could not trust it would not fail. Ridiculous that I need a backup for a 3200 dollar bow. I also have the vapor which needed a brake disc.Totally disappointed with quality . Won’t buy again , unless they can figure out the issues.

Like the speed a little heavy have take back to shop after season crank is making noise and left go several inches one time the Garmin scope that came with it could have had a few more features

I tried out one at a show I did at kygunco grand opening, had to get one of my own. Ive got many Tenpoints, this is my favorite model.

I've been pleased with a little on the heavy side but it's an awesome bow

Love this Crossbow, it’s quiet and very fast, was not able to use it for archery season this year due to a problem with the cocking gear inside the stock, it broke inside, luckily I have another Tenpoint crossbow I bought several years ago. My 505 has been repaired, looking forward to next season!

It's the best crossbow that I've owned to date. It's accurate, super fast, and well balanced.

I took delivery of my nitro 505 about a month ago and I have not hunted with it yet, but I will in the late Wisconsin archery season. The bow is really fast but one thing could be improved. I have noticed that the crank when fitted into the butt stock can be easily dislodged and lost so I have taken to just carrying the crank in my pocket rather than trust it on the bow. I also found the quiver that came with the bow was very difficult to store arrows in. The hard plastic or rubber material is not at all flexible and not sure how to carry arrows in it. Lastly, the owners manual, while very helpful, would be more helpful if the instructions were dummied down a little bit for those unfamiliar with crossbows.

Bow is good , accuracy is a problem ( arrows ) purchased the Oracle X scope and think the "instructions " need review

This bow is wicked fast and super accurate!! The De-cocking is awesome as well, no need to carry around a block in the back of my truck anymore.

This is a great crossbow. Compact and powerful. I like that the string and cables are not exposed when cocked. The cocking system is awesome.

fastest crossbow ever ! Love it so far very accurate ,light ,draw system the best I have ever used and I have been crossbow bow hunting for 23 years ! my first ten point I bought 22 years ago (turbo extreme) and was still using it until today ! no comparison to anything I have ever shot ! About the only negative thing I can say is scope instruction's lack info on dial calibrations ,don't have info for inch's per click have to guess how many clicks it takes to get your zero . should come with allen wrench's to zero dials !,precession equipment needs precession information ! That being said I love this bow !

Great bow. Just sighted in and getting 6in groups at 100yrs. Might need to looking into custom arrows. But really love all the features on this bow.
