    Things I liked:

The rifle has a really smooth lever action and trigger, the trigger is also crisp. It’s very quiet when out in the field all you hear is the click from the hammer spring (which isn’t loud) and the impact(which is a loud pop). Under trees and canopy the rifle can be a little loud. It’s a very straightforward rifle, there’s nothing that overly complicates it’s function. The stock reminds me of a 10/22. It doesn’t seem to be xtremely pellet picky

    Things I would have changed:

Maybe a harder stock and a barrel that doesn’t get dinged up that easy which isn’t a big deal. Wish it from factory tuned a little faster. I would like to see a longer air cylinder and barrel eventually

    What others should know:

It’s a great rifle. Consistent predictable shots. Makes me wish I started Pcps a long time ago.

    Things I liked:

Congratulations to all at JTS in Katy, Texas. Always great to see another new business in Texas and I wish you folks many years of success. At this price point, I really like: Informative User Manual with clear language and Illustrations, Laser Checked Wood Stock, Included Spare O’Rings and Seals, TWO metal 10-shot mags, Optics Rail, Power Wheel, Foster fill with metal cap, Rubber Buttpad with partial ribbing to prevent slipping on shoulder or while storing in an upright position, Smooth and Quiet Cocking Mechanism, Adjustable 2-Stage Trigger, Selectable Saftey. If this air rifle were made in the USA, I’d willingly pay $800+ for it with just a few minor improvements.

    Things I would have changed:

(#1) The wood stain is a very dark brown and has no protective coating. If the rifle holds true on the range, I’ll add a Matte protective coating. (#2) Include the Air Cylinder Volume in the Specifications not just “Up to 40 shots per fill” (#3) The finish on the barrel shroud is flat black and the air cylinder is a gloss black (#4) Offer the 1/2x20 UNF moderator as an accessory. (#5) Off this type of traditional stock with a regulator - I don't like most pistol grip stocks. .

    What others should know:

Even though my .25cal Airacuda has a shrouded barrel, I would not consider this “backyard friendly” – it does have a little bark. While the muzzle is threaded and has a nice metal cap, it is NOT 1/2x20 UNF. Jump on over Donny and you’ll find the “Evanix Rainstorm / JTS Airguns 1/2 x 20 Adapter A29” for $50 plus S/H/T. I wish PyramidAir would carry and offer this accessory to save time and money. As for accuracy, I just received my Airacuda, filled it up and testing for leaks. I’ll update my review about accuracy once I get some range time.

    Things I liked:

Its a pretty decent looking rifle, shoots fairly good.

    Things I would have changed:

Finish on barrel is really thin anodizing, found two spots where the finish was missing, easily scratched. A lot better job is needed on barrel finish. I adjusted the trigger about as far I feel it was safe and its still pretty stiff. Over all its not bad for the money.

    Things I liked:

Good looking rifle with nice dark walnut stained stock. Well balanced. Extremely accurate

    Things I would have changed:

    nothing

    What others should know:

Bought this on a whim because of the price. This is now my favorite hunting rifle. Mounted a scope and sighted in at 25 yards, an hour later I was taking game at 40+yards with authority. Magazines are simple and solid, trigger is light and predictable, safety is easy to manipulate and it's not too loud. I have several rifles in the $1000.00+ range and this easily shoots as well or better. Get one of these before someone realizes they can sell for more money.

    Things I liked:

Magazine and loading, trigger is nice, well balanced, love the multiple power levels, built in receiver mount is nice, could get my 40mm objective scope a few millimeters from the barrel with medium high Vortex rings. I use low power for basement target shooting and high power for hunting. I get one hole accuracy at my 7 yard basement range, I need to test to distance before rating its accuracy any higher, it might end up as 5 stars yet.

    Things I would have changed:

Stock came with a small saw cut blemish, foster connection is very finnicky to attach to my Benjamin air pump, if any sideways pressure is on the connection it will blow air out the connector.

    What others should know:

I'm a pretty experienced air gunner who has a good sense of what makes a gun a quality item; this gun checks a lot of boxes for me so far. I still need to do more accuracy and chronograph testing but using JSB 18.1 grain pellets I've discovered that the Max power setting delivers 32FPE, one click down is 28FPE, two clicks 20FPE, three 10FPE, forth click will leave pellet stuck in the barrel. Also the top of the power band is around 2300psi for this gun as currently tuned. More hammer strike may boost the power of the Min power a bit and allow it to be usable. Seems to be pretty efficient on air.
