    Things I liked:

Absolutely Great. The Accuracy and the Power is just awesome out of the box. This gun will not fail you. It is definitely worth all the money. Also make sure you get a good scope. I have the .22 Cal. Also the pump is not as bad as everyone says it is. I'm strong and I can do it from 1900 psi to 2700 in like 5 minutes. No big deal. Get a bipod. It is mildly heavy, but that is nothing to worry about because it is not so heavy that you cant carry it around. The .22 cal is perfect for small game like rabbits and doves, which I hunt pretty often. I finally found something absolutely great and this is it.

    Things I would have changed:

    Nothing

    What others should know:

If you have a good shot you will be taking down targets with ease.

THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NOTHING BAD YOU CAN SAY ABOUT THIS GUN. I HAVE A 25 CAL. IT SHOOTS STRAIGHT,LONG AND HARD.I AM WONDERING WHEN PYRAMYD AIR IS GOING TO STOCK THE MARAUDER WITH THE ALL WEATHER STOCK. CROSMAN HAS THEM. SEVERAL POUNDS LIGHTER THAN THE WOOD STOCK.

    Things I would have changed:

    NOTHING

    What others should know:

LOOK FOR THE ALL WEATHER STOCK.

    Things I liked:

The quality is amazing for the price. Easy to fill, and easy to load.

    Things I would have changed:

The gun is heavy, I would like it to be lightened by reducing the stock weight.

    What others should know:

This was my first PCP air rifle. I've had it two weeks, and I've shot a bunch of pellets through it. I purchased the CrossPoint Optics 4-16x40 scope for the rifle. I could not be happier, I can't wait to shot this gun every chance I get. It took a lot of time to get the rifle shooting a consistent group. I started shooting Gamo Hunter .22 pellets to zero the scope, with no consistency. I changed pellets to the Crossman Premier hollow points and it dialed right in. At first I was cussing the rifle, I thought it was the barrel, or I had a lemon gun. Because this is my first experience with air rifles, I had no idea the pellet made such an extreme difference. It does! The Barracuda Match pellet or the Crossman Premier hollow point combined with this rifle and scope combo makes this a lethal and very accurate weapon. I have a 30 yard range in my basement, and I can place a pellet any where I please, what a thrill to shoot. I just ordered the Marauder Pistol, I hope it is the little brother of the Marauder rifle.

    Things I liked:

Fit, finish are superb; "Green Mountain" rifled 8 grooves thin barrel posts quiet shooting, extreme accuracy; action is amazingly smooth for a .25-Cal air gun, ie trigger, bolt and chamber loads are easy, with a nice "click" before you lock the bolt down for the shot; little recoil...even less noise, it's like platform shooting all day long; looks fantastic decked out with a nice red/green Leapers/UTG mil-dot 1-4X-16X--x40 scope, mounted on the 11mm dovetail using UTG cam key scope rings; everything is "matched" perfectly in terms of parts and pieces of this air rifle, ie trigger pull of 1.5 lbs. syncs just right with the 2-stage trigger action...best feeling trigger assembly available, price no option, simply the best that exists in today's PCP marketplace.

    Things I would have changed:

nothing of import really, this Crosman/Benjamin work of art is good all over

    What others should know:

Although the 25-Cal air gun is unique in many ways vs the smaller sized barrels, it is easy as pie-ala-mode to practice technique and delivery, and the 25-Cal model is much, much more powerful in shot execution and ft.pounds of torque yield than the .177 or the 22-Cal versions. Although people say this air gun "favors" certain pellets over others in a big way, ie the Benjamin 25-Cal domed and pointed 200-packs are simply unbelievable in accuracy, consistency, shot duplication...I found that my particular Marauder likes a LOT of esoteric-variety pellets just as well, if not better than those two. For instance, there are three (3) relatively new pellets that rip a target up substantially, and yield much more damage in the hunting application than the Benjamin's do: the H&N Sport (Germany) 25-Cal pellet, (flat bottomed hollow point)drills tack holes into Gamo regulation 8" 50-yard rifle targets even at 60-70-yards distance; Ultrashock Hollow Point 25's (Skenco's from Hungary) are freaky deadly in close quarters, up to 40-50 yards or more, and being an ultra "long" design skirted pellet it simply rips huge holes in whatever it hits, from telephone books, targeting, and small game shots too; the 3rd preferred such pellet is the BIG BOY Senior long-skirt 25-Cal domed job, yielding the accuracy+ of the Benjamins and @ 31-grains it is just devastating for small game, pests, any legitimate living target. Marauder 25 is heavy-duty, big bore madness with all the right stuff!

    Things I liked:

i love my new .25 cal marauder it has lived up to its reputation for accuracy and power.

    Things I would have changed:

i would like to see a synthetic thumbhole stock offered for the marauder. other than that wouldnt change a thing

    What others should know:

this airgun shoots really hard so be careful if you are shooting in urban area because you could really do some damage if u miss your target

    Things I liked:

Very nice piece of equipment, this not a toy, since ive had it ive tuned the rifle myself and am getting 62+ fpe with eun jin 43gr pellets, and accuracy is awesome, by the way i have the .25 caliber marauder. I hope to be putting a hunting review up soon.

    Things I would have changed:

hammer spring, other than that maybe a better stock but for know its more then enough, i will be installing the 10lb hammer spring soon.

    What others should know:

if you have the extra cash and are looking for a fun plinking or target shooter look no further you found it, if your looking for a very accurate yet powerful hunting air rifle then, well you know, look no further you found, i get about 8-16 shots per 3000 psi fill at max power, i refill at about 2000psi, within that psi the shots are about the same with a little loss of power after the tenth shot, buy one you wont regret it, i love this gun and it will be for mostly hunting rabbit, coyote, and some nice sized hog as soon as i get the new hammer spring and either a night vision scope or a laser designator, not sure which one yet, ill update as soon as i get it, and hopefully some pics and vids too. buy it, its is awesome, thanks pyramyd air for my new best hunting tool.

    Things I liked:

Very quiet, decent on the power and seriously accurate!

    Things I would have changed:

Magically have the gun re-fill itself. Pumping kinda sucks, a bottle would be nice.

    What others should know:

Bone stock (no tuning, except a Leapers 3-9X40). I ran 7 Mags through it on one charge (start 2800 Psi - 1000 Psi end) with Crosman Premier HP pellets. Accuracy started to suffer in the upper sixties but still not bad. High of 868 fps and low of 688 fps. Crony data showed that the factory tune has the hammer a little light as it took almost 3 mags to peak out on fps.

    Things I liked:

My first PCP rifle and what a great experience it has provided for me and my Grandkids. The .177 cal has performed flawlessly for us. We fill it to 2850 using the Shoebox Freedom 8 compressor and it only takes minutes to fill after a 50 shot string. Highly recommend the Marauder, it's a great value.

    Things I would have changed:

We had some issues with the foster fitting getting hung up on the fill adaptor. Crosman/Benjamin were great!!! Sent out a new fill adaptor to us, no charge!!! An outstanding company with exceptional customer service, IMO!! No problems since! OBTW..Pyramyd Air provides fantastic customer service as well. Buy from them!!

    What others should know:

Pellets..... Have tried over 6 kinds and for our gun the JSB Heavy Exacts are outstanding. Basically 2 hole- 5 shot groups at 10 yards bench rested are the norm. Waiting for warmer weather to take it outside and see how it performs at greater distances. We bore snake it every 500 shots using a couple of drops of Crosman silicone chamber oil.

    Things I liked:

Accuracy, shot after shot, no pellet handling or barrel-breaking. Easy to load pellets into magazine using tweezers.

    Things I would have changed:

I would love the open thumb-hole grip stock like the Benjamin Trail Nitro Piston - easier to carry and grip. maddogriflestocks.com has custom stocks for the Marauder for those interested - I will stick to the standard stock.

    What others should know:

This is a heavy air rifle. Have an extra magazine loaded and ready to go - makes life easier. Spend the extra money and get the superior Hill pump. Expect to get a work out pumping up your PCP. For the Benjamin Marauder to pump from 2100PSI to 2900PSI took some 60 slow pumps - not fast like a tire pump. For my weight of 140lbs the final 20 pumps require full body weight on the handles with my feet leaving the floor at the bottom of the down-stroke. The stroke is a rapid downward motion with full body weight on the handle for the last few inches of stroke. This gets the job done - remember to bleed off the pressure with the brass fitting before slipping back the sleeve on the Air Venturi Female Quick-Disconnect Adapter.

    Things I liked:

I like everything about this rifle! Details & finish are outstanding. Shoots like a dream. Trigger is perfect and adjustable to boot. Shoots straight right out of the box. Comes tuned well right out of the box. (But, still very customizable. Many settable function parameters: 2 - trigger, spring, slide, plus others... set this gun up your way! Feels solid and well built. .25 cal good for dispatching coyotes to smaller animals, but fun for plinking too. Lots of adjustments so lots of things to tweak (if you want). Great profile, designed to wear a scope, looks great! A single-shot pellet load shelf attachment is available (nice). Aftermarket mods business is growing quickly (like stock upgrades & more technical mods like adding a second pressure tank). This is an enthusiasts gun from shooter types to mod/builder types. Midrange cost with high-end characteristics, that is why they can't keep them on the shelves. Lifetime investment. High pride of ownership.

    Things I would have changed:

The stock wood can be a bit bland, but the finish is nice looking. A bit heavy, some women might not like this (although some lighter aftermarket stocks are starting to come out now). Manual is terse and unclear in places. No way to tell if gun is cocked, easy to double-chamber pellets. (A "cocked indicator" would have been nice.) You need to keep your head in the game! (Easy to uncock, I suppose you can check that way but just not visually.)

    What others should know:

Has a floating shroud & barrel. (The "barrel band" is for protection and does not touch the shroud/barrel assemble.) This is a long gun, that with the high rise w/ scope (most use high-profile scope mounts makes finding a good case challenging but not impossible. Once you get the rifle you will want the Marauder pistol too! :^)

    Things I liked:

Nice Gun.I picked up the .22 version. Its accurate, powerfull and quiet. I have found that Crossman Domed 14.3 gr pellets shoot the the best for me.I also picked up the Hill Pump MK3, and Air Venturi Female Quick-Disconnect Adapter, 1/8" BSPP Male Threads and I also had the service offered by Pyramyd Air where they open the box and test fire the gun. Shipping and customer service at Pyramyd Air excellent!!

    Things I would have changed:

The gun is a little heavy to carry around but I use it for target shooting on a bench rest with a bi-pod so the weight is not realy an issue.I pump the gun up to 2800 lbs. I get 20 shots and the pressure drops to 1800 lbs, then pump it back up again. The hand pump works great up to about 2000 lbs, then I have to use all of my 150 lbs to get to 2800.

    What others should know:

I have gone through about 300 rounds over the last month or so and the gun performed flawless. Then I noticed the gun would leak air slowly dropping 1000 lbs in a few days. Did some checking and found there is a drilled hole in the back of the pressure gauge that the aid is leaking out of. Has anyone had this trouble. The hole is there for a reason but I'm sure not to release the air pressure

    Everything is great except reliability.

    Things I would have changed:

I got one that was defective in two ways, one minor and one major (bolt jams, even with no clip or pellets). The product had to be return for a new one. They are also (now) on backorder that makes the experience worse. I will give more stars if the next one is not defective.

    What others should know:

They can't make these fast enough, my guess (only a guess but based on experience, two problems) initial quality is suffering.

    Things I would have changed:

Weaver mount instead of 3/8 rail mount, a more compact style stock.

    What others should know:

I believe the gun to be VERY nice It is as quite as I could hope for. I had a problem with the quick disconnect. I called and talk to someone they sent me a new one. Can't beat that.

    Things I would have changed:

I would like to see a metal mag. instead of plastic. Also iron sights should be something you could add on.

    What others should know:

I am just starting to look at high end guns. As I see it Pyramyd Air has the others beat with price.

    Things I liked:

Let me start by saying this is my first PCP ever, that said I am impressed by the PCP air rifle because of the Marauders accuracy, sheer power (goes through 1/2 plywood reinforced with sheet metal at factory setting, and finally stealth: my 2240 .22 CO2 air pistol makes way more noise.

    Things I would have changed:

On the actual rifle not much, however make the pump easier and faster to fill the rifle to 3000 psi which is optimum level. Maybe include the pump with the rifle like the Discovery.

    What others should know:

PCP air rifles are very powerful and accurate, Make sure to buy a air tank when you buy a PCP, I didn't but will in the near future as I love to shoot the Marauder but do not want a work out every time I fill it! If you can afford a Marauder get one.

    Things I liked:

The gun is very quite and very accurate. Gives 24 powerfull shots if filled to 3000 psi and has the same impact. With jsb domed pellets this gun had 1/2 groups at 70 yards. This gun in .25 downed rabbits at 60 plus yards and still got a clean pass throught.

    Things I would have changed:

Gun needs to go on a diet this thing is a pig but its accuracy makes up for it.

    What others should know:

After 24 shots this gun is at 1900 psi in .25 cal from a 3000 psi fill. I use the hand pump and it takes 89 slow strokes to get it back 3000 and if you are not strong or heavy an air tank might be the best way to fill for a day of shooting. Due to the power of this gun and danger of high pressure air i would not buy this for a kid that is not responsible.

    Things I liked:

Accuracy, Accuracy, Accuracy, Accuracy, Accuracy, good building, it worths every penny, nice bluing, very good power, nice stock also, price, you know( you will have same accuracy with FX and Daystate) I think you don't suppose to spend $2000 or more while you have Marauder, unless the huge shots of them is only the difference i think) maybe i am wrong!!! 10rd clip is very good choice, the shroud barrel is great, this gun is really quit, you can make it quieter with installing an HDD & Vinyl.

    Things I would have changed:

Shot capacity, you will have 30 shots with factory setting.

    What others should know:

I have had this gun for more than 1 year, this is my 2nd review, i am satisfied specially after installing an HDD, I had almost 30 powerful shot from 3000psi down to 2000psi before installing an HDD, but now i have more than 50 powerful shot from 3000psi before reaching 2000psi, you should use Molly Grease for Bolt assy and Silicone grease for o-rings, or interior modification, Crosman Silicone Chamber Oil for lubing the barrel o-ring, Ballistol Lube, Aerosol Spray for barrel cleaning & outside care, also Air Venturi MP-5 Oil, Metalophilic is very great for barrel cleaning, with small patches.
