    Things I liked:

Accuracy is effortless, except for pumping! Shoots Crosman Premier Ultra Magnums every bit as well as the cardboard box Premiers. The package deal is the way to go scope bipod case pump and pellets nothing else to buy. 10 round clip has functioned perfectly over 500 shots and the bolt is extremely smooth and fast reminds me of my Lithgow SMLE No.1 mark III. .22 caliber power! The bipod that comes in the package is nice!

    Things I would have changed:

The attachment of the shroud, I think this is the only weak point of the gun as the shroud is held by a separate collar that is against the breech and held tight by a single grub screw. My 4 year old knocked it over while I was filling it{she likes to watch the gun's gauge and tell me when it's on 3000} and my point of impact moved to the right 6" at 50 yards. I checked my scope mounts, scope and all was well, then I noticed a gap where the shroud met the breech, easy fix, but a little disconcerting. Would have been better/more stable to machine threads into the breech itself.

    What others should know:

I like to shoot at 50 yards, and at 2500 psi I just got a steady drop in POI so I filled to 3000 and got 50 shots at this distance with no drop! Pyramyd says the guns come with a 2500 psi tune but I think mine was set for 3000 because I double my number of shots with no drop. I have made no adjustments to the gun other than filling to 3000 psi, and the gun has no valvelock. Very quiet very accurate and built nicely , get this gun! My RWS350 magnum is now collecting dust.

THE SPEED OF RELOADING. I GOT .22 AND IT SHOT GREAT GROUPS (1") AT APRX 25 YARDS AND I WAS NOT EVEN TRYING. I HAVE NOT HIT ANYTHANG YET. I DID SHOOT AT A SQURREL WHILE I WAS DIALING IN MY SCOPE BUT MISSED THE SQURREL IN A TREE AT APRX 60 YRS

    Things I would have changed:

THE BRASS SET SCREWS FOR ADJUSTING THE POWER (FPS) BECAUSE THY STRIPPED OUT BEFORE I COUDE GET THEM OUT

    Things I liked:

This .22 air rifle is incredibly accurate and very powerful. I ordered the third pre-packaged deal and the Leapers 4-16x50 scope combo with the gun would put pellets exactly where they were aimed at 30-50 yards. The gun gets a very good number of shots per fill on the power level at which the gun was sent to me. After a while of using the gun on this power level, i adjusted the hammer spring tension and the amount of air which the valve uses per fill. The gun is now shooting at around 30-35 foot pounds of energy. It shoots Crosman premier domes (14.3 grain) at over 950 fps. With crosman SSP pellets, which are not lead and are very light at 9.5 grains, the gun easily breaks the speed of sound. This gun is great for small game hunting at animals such as rabbits, squirrels, ground hogs, and other similar animals. The real great thing about this gun, however, is its accuracy. It shoots 5 pellets in the same hole at 20 yards and 5 shot groups much smaller than a quarter at 50 yards with .22 crosman premier domes and .22 H&N Barracuda Match pellets. This gun also has no recoil whatsoever. I can get around 40-50 shots per fill on high power, at which the gun will drop from 3000 psi to 1200 or so. The gun is also very quiet, so quiet in fact that it is difficult to hear down range. When shooting offhand at a rabbit at 30 yards, it did not hear the first shot, so I quickly shot another pellet and had rabbit for dinner :).

    Things I would have changed:

Not much... except it is important that the bolt is pulled all the way back. If you do not completely pull back the bolt, it will chamber a pellet but the gun will not be ready to fire. If you pull back the bolt again the gun will fire 2 pellets. One way to fix this is to recock the gun, take the magazine out, fire the gun, and then put the magazine back in. The gun is also very adjustable in its power, but one thing i would change is to make the power easier to adjust. This is a very minor issue but it would be nice to be able to turn a dial instead of requiring allen keys and screwdrivers. The last issue is that it can be difficult to attach the hand pump to the valve on the gun.

    What others should know:

I am 140lbs and I can easily pump the gun to 3000 psi with the proper technique, although my friend who is closer to 120 has trouble going past 2400. Also, before I researched this gun i did not know that it had adjustable power, although I found out it did and that it is highly customizable for shots per fill and fps of the pellet. The wood stock looks very nice and the gun is as quiet if not quieter than people say it is. The only thing you will hear is a "ping" of the hammer spring which sounds like a tuning fork. The hand pump is very good and I can pump the gun from 2000-3000 psi in around 2-3 minutes. This is a very good value PCP, if not the best value, and i would recommend it to anyone.

    Things I liked:

So I have owned a 0.22 M-rod for a month. Before I pulled the trigger I have read every single review on PA and other online forums. The conclusion? I am not disappointed. 1) It is a gun of very good quality, it not only looks good, it shoots very well too! Yes it took me almost three weeks to learn how to shoot it more accurately and find the good pellets for it. H&N FTT 5.53mm head, JSB extra heavy, CP in a box routinely give me 1/4" hole at 13 yard (in my basement), Kodiak extra heavy, H&N Barracuda 5.52mm head are good too. Benjamin Discovery has 1 flyer out of 10 pellets, surprisingly H&N FTT 5.54mm head, predator do not shoot well at all. 2) It is much quiet than my Crosman 1377, I agree with other reviewers that the sound of pellet hits target is louder than the gun. 3) Velocity tuning is nice, I tuned down velocity to get 40 shots out of 1000 psi (from 2800 to 1800 psi, below that pellets start dropping), which means a 14gr pellet has 860 fps muzzle velocity based on my reading online.

    Things I would have changed:

    1) The gun is heavy, with a scope it is way too heavy for me to hold it only with my hands. I’m not particularly strong but fairly fit, but I have to use a bipod or other support. 2) Velocity-tuning is nice, but I have to find two allen wrenches to detach the stock and guard screw to adjust velocity. Why can’t Benjamin build a velocity dial as found on Air arm S410? I really don’t mind spend an extra $50 for the convenience. 3) While the build quality is good, I already have two pieces of paint scratched, bummer! 4) In manual it says use a “moly graphite EP grease” for the sliding bolt. What is that? Crosman does not make it, PA does not have it and Google cannot find it. I ended up use Air Ventrui Moly paste, seems good so far.

    What others should know:

    2) I would rate PA’s customer service 4.5+ out of 5. I called PA three times and every call was good experience. In my last call the lady (very honestly) told me they have technical difficulties and cannot ship my order, but promised to call me once it’s resolve, and she did as promised on the same day. My only gripe with PA would be that the order status website doesn’t look very professional, and its’ beta-site lost the review that I’m typing :(

    Things I liked:

    accurate; quiet; tweakable; dual fuel

    Things I would have changed:

the weight; it is heavy for my liking; mine (a 0.177) weighed in at 8.77 pounds out of the box (no sights/scopes/magazine/gas); this is significantly heavier than the spec.; it's over 10 pounds ready to shoot with scope

    What others should know:

I bought this airgun for CO2 use; my 0.177 can produce 10 ft-lbf with 8.2 grain pellets (Meisterklugens or R10s, I can't remember). The hammer adjustments don't seem to affect the power output with CO2 (just the noise and vibration); but the valve does. Mine is set to minimum hammer travel and minimum spring tension for minimum vibration; and half-open valve (2 turns) for indoor use (giving 7.3 to 7.5 ft-lbf); I can get 50 to 100 good shots out of each fill; the variability in the number of shots is from the variability in the amount (mass) of CO2 loaded in each fill--the weight of the gun after loading with CO2 varies as much as 11 grams and there are about 4 good shots (at my settings) per gram loaded; the maximum amount of CO2 I'm able to load is 68 grams (above empty); velocity starts to drop off at about 38-40 grams above empty; my tests were done in slow-fire mode (single-load; no magazine)

    Things I liked:

This is my very first air rifle and I eventually pulled the trigger after reading every single review on Pyramydair (PA). I had the gun since early July, and would like to share my good experience (and some not-so-great exp) with you. 1) Out-of-box quality is top-notch, looks so much better than those ~$100 air guns. 2) Shoots very well, very accurate--especially that my gun is .22 caliber--this caliber is somehow notorious for being hit-or-miss! Yes it did take me about a month to test about 9 different pellets and learn the skill of shooting. My gun did not shoot very well in the beginning, it is mostly due to my poor shooting skill (this is my first air rifle!) Find the perfect pellet (in my case, Crosman Premier domed in box, H&N field target 5.53, JSB extra heavy) takes time, but I was rewarded with great accuracy. 3) Fine-tuning as described in manual is very useful. I decreased the pellet velocity to get more shots. Starting @2800 psi, ending @1800 psi, I can get ~40 shots (averaging 25 psi/shot). Below that pressure the pellets start going down. I do not have a chronograph but based on my reading a 14gr pellet would have ~850 fps muzzle velocity. 4) It is indeed quite, much quieter than my Crosman 1377. I would agree that when shooting in basement, the sound of pellet hitting target is louder than the sound of gun.

    Things I would have changed:

    1) As well built as Marauder it is, I already have several small patches of paint off the stock, bummer... :( 2) The gun is heavy! I am not particularly strong but not weak either, and I have not found a way to shoot the gun with just my two hands... 3) Can Crosman build the velocity fine-tuning to a dial as the one in Air arm S410 power adjustment wheel? I had to use two allen wrenches to open the stock, take out the jam set screw and then finally adjust velocity. I don't mind to pay 50 bucks to have the ability to adjust velocity in a better and easier way. 4) In the manual it says "use moly graphite EP grease to the sliding bolt mechanism". Fine, but what the heck is that "moly graphite EP grease"? Crosman does not make it, PA does not sell it and in my hand Google could not find useful hits! I end up using the Air Venturi Moly paste from PA, seems good so far. 5) While the gun is quiet, it could be better. There are mods available on internet to "deping" Marauder with cheap material, Crosman should have done that. Again I don't mind to pay 10 bucks more for such a simple upgrade in factory.

    What others should know:

    1) Many folks complained about the hand pump. I am can't say I am strong but the pump worked OK for me. Took me 1-2 days to figure out how to pump effectively by using my own weight (<170 lbs), then things got much easier, every pump = ~ 10 psi so in my case going from 1800 psi to 2900 psi will take ~90-100 pump. It's no easy, it's a very good workout but it's doable. 2) Finding good pellets for the gun takes some time. Benjamin Discovery pellets came with the package gave me 1 flyer out of every ten shots, and H&N field target trophy (5.54mm head) goes like shot gun pellet, some folks love predator 16 gr but those pellets do not fit in 0.22 clip and they didn't group with my gun. 3) I have to rate PA's customer service at least 4.5 (out of 5). I placed a big order, then decided to call and upgrade my order of scope. There was some confusion but eventually things worked out well after two calls. On the day my order was supposed to ship, I called and asked for an update, Erika (very honestly) told me PA has some technical glitch and could not process my order but she promised to call me once my order was shipped, and she did call me on the same day and then everything arrived in well-packed box. That being said, PA should really upgrade its website and make it more professional-like, the my whole account web page interface is just confusing!

    Things I liked:

Repeater, Cheap for a Pre-charged Pneumatic. Comes with swivel studs built in. Great accuracy. After tweaking the valve settings, it hits the 10 ring every time at 17 yards. Of course I can't shoot that well, but the pellets go exactly where I point it. I like the adjustability of the gun, whether I'm maximizing power or shots per tank.

    Things I would have changed:

Weight is a bit of an issue. Olympic-class target rifles have the same weight, but that includes their sights. This gun requires a scope to do any sighting. Had trouble getting the accuracy that people rave about, but it turned out to be a matter of finding the right settings on the valves and through-port, so it's picky in that regard. There are a few tiny blemishes on the stock, and the Benjamin logos are gigantic. Capable of loading multiple pellets into the barrel without realizing it. Moved the bolt around to clear the magazine but was actually just loading more pellets. Rather embarrassingly took it to the gun shop to remove the magazine it was so jammed. Shop owner asked what kind of pellets she liked and I admitted that I hadn't even fired it yet.

    What others should know:

It's a big, heavy gun with a Leapers 4 - 16x50 scope attached, so don't plan on shooting while standing unless you've got some "guns" of your own. So I'd go with a red dot or a smaller scope if I expect to be doing standing shots. The gun is so adjustable it's easy to get "Partial valve lock" where your consistency suffers. I wish I had a chronometer to better tune this thing.

I bought this gun with a few concerns, I mean 400+ for an airgun was not something I had done before. After recieving it, I realized crosman gave me a .22 magazine for a .25 rifle, but they righted it quickly. The gun groups well at close range, it has ALOT of power behind it and I expect it will group well out at a distance like Ive read and seen videos of. Really a stellar weapon, I feel bad calling it a pellet gun to clarify when my buddies wanted to know "whadda ya mean an airgun?' because it is unlike any pellet gun I have ever owned.

    What others should know:

Its legit. Buy one. And if you wanna cheap out and get a hand pump like I did, it doesnt take as long as people seem to say so.

This is my first pcp rifle. I am a spring gun shooter. I bought this to see if pcp's are really up to the hype. YES THEY ARE. I bought mine in 17 cal. Only because I punch paper. At 25 yards, 5 shot groups under a quarter inch with out trying. This is no challenge. My TX200's and HW's will shoot much tighter but I really need to concentrate and focus. Big change for me, just rack the bolt and squeeze the trigger.

    Things I would have changed:

    Nothing,excellent value for the money.

    What others should know:

Couldn't wait to get it and when i did i was totaly blown away by it's beauty.22 cal gun, wasn't the most accurate at first. You must check to see how gun is adjusted from factory. After adjustment were made my accuracy improved dramaticly. My power level was 2 turns out 4.5 turns is where it is now.1/2 turn clock wise on the hammer spring and 1/2 turn on counter on the striker and all i can say is WOW!!It must have a good scope.I tried a couple of scopes from my other air guns but it would not get consistent so i put on my grandfathers old weaver 4 power scope i have and what a huge difference in accuracy. It will have a leupold on it soon. I must have shot it 5 hundred times so far in 2 day's it is so much fun.pumping ain't so bad either like i heard.Air force pump. This gun is awesome so far.Oh ya the trigger is graet also.

    Things I would have changed:

    What others should know:

Might be alittle heavy but that is build quality. Was told by P/A That the H&N baracuda match 21.14 Gr are the best for this gun.My JSB exact diablos are pretty darn good at 30 yards mostly a raged hole with the accasional flyer might be me i don't know. I've had this rifle for more than a year now. I have put more that 10,000 pellets thru it. It is very quite and very accurate with most pellets. You can get some stupid high velocities with super light pellets, but accuracy goes away as the pellets get light. I shoot field target with this gun and choose to use Crosman Premier Heavy .177 Cal, 10.5 Grains, Domed pellets most of the time. From a rest, I can put 5 shots inside a nickle at 50yd. And shoot 30 shot groups at 10yds that can be covered with an aspirin In fact aspirin are one of my favorite play targets! I have only had one problem with the gun and that is that after a while it started loosing pressure. My local paintball store replaced the fill nipple and all is perfect again.

    Things I would have changed:

The gun is just fantastic. Triggger is set just right from the factory for both target and hunting applications. The gun is quiet so backyard shooting is a go. I bought mine in .22 and I can attest that accuracy is great in the .22 version.

    Things I would have changed:

There is a noticeable ping from the air reservoir when firing. Depingers work but They could have spent ten cents more on the gun and did that at the factory. The gun is quite heavy.

    What others should know:

I got the .22 version and accuracy is great. Those experiencing accuracy issues are probqably using too light of a pellet at too high of a velocity. your standard premiers fly great at 850 fps. They open up at 1000 fps.
