Wow, what a beast! This rifle hits hard and with amazing, repeatable accuracy. The bolt action works well, fast or slow. The "report" is not too loud for judicious suburban use. The stock feels nice in my hands. The magazines work great and are easy to load. They snap in and don't need any separate fastener to hold them in place, like some other guns do. This air arm is also easy to work on, maintain and mod. The sling mounts are a nice touch!

Offer more styles, such as thumbhole stock, all camo, tactical, ect.

I paid for the "10 for 10" option. It gave me peace of mind when ordering my Marauder .25 (hey, it's fairly expensive), knowing that they would test my rifle before sending it. The hammer de-bounce gadget (HDD) sold elsewhere is worth the price and the time to install. It actually does increase velocity and you get a lot more shots between fills. If you want to shoot metal targets with this gun, I recommend using ones heavy enough for a rimfire. This thing can tear up standard airgun targets and traps! (unless you de-power it, but where's the fun in that?)

This rifle was accurate right out of the box. It's very quiet, well balanced & came from Pyramyd Air as a combo pack with a bi-pod, case, scope & hand pump.

This rifle has an adjustable trigger, transfer port & hammer spring tension & throw.

My .25cal has been shipped and is on its way to me, due by Friday. I already have the .22cal and figured I couldn't go wrong ordering the .25cal especially considering the long range kills I'm getting with my .22 (80+yds) and have even gotten a ground squirrel in the head at 102yds (instant lights out) Love dealing with PA, they are my go to store for air guns and supplies.

Very nice gun. Have not done any long range shots but the 25 cal. is dead on at 30 yards with the jsb diabolo exact king pellets.

It would be nice if it were lighter and came with choice of single or double resivors.

For accuracy and a hunting rifle, the 25 cal. does the job for me. And priced reasonable for a gun of this quality compared to others. I might add, Pyramid Air is a great company to do business with.

got it almost a month ago. It holds 1/2 inch groups at fifty yards normally. It is quiet handles well and has an excellant trigger. Mine is in .25 cal and has become one of my favorite guns. get one you wont regret it.

It's great to shoot an American airgun! The Marauder is simple, modular and is great for Field Target with appropriate modifications. It is amazingly cheap yet well-made. The vast adjustability of the gun is wonderful permitting it to be used in a wide variety of situations. I have enjoyed mine for almost two years. It is splendidly accurate with Crosman Premier Pellets in .177.

Crosman should consider marketing a "drop-in" pressure regulator for ultimate consistency during a long string of shots. If they're concerned with customers' sloppy dissembly, legal ramifications, voiding warranties, etc., they might instead opt to sell factory-regulated models at a higher cost. These could be tailored for Field Target or other precision shooting venues where a long consistent string of shots is desired. There are great inexpesive regs available for these guns if you know where to look. Warning- You will make any and all modifications solely at your own risk and will void your warranty! If you don't know what you're getting into, don't even try unless you've taken the time to do all appropriate research.

You get what you pay for. However, this is a great value. Use clean dry air only. I purchased my gun through Pyramid as a package deal with a Benjamin hand Pump. Moisture accumulating in my old Benjamin pump turned my Marauder into a squirt gun. I learned my lesson and purchased a Hill Pump with a real moisture trap from Pyramid. Purchase a good tank and decent air if pumping isn't for you.

This is a great rifle for the money, trigger and adjustability are most impressive along with the accuracy.

A little on the bulky size

remember that once you charge the air chamber the gun is effectively loaded all the time.....

Accuracy in .25 cal is amazing with JSB exact kings. Possible to shot 5 pellets in one hole at 30 yeards from bench. Power is incredible. Cannot wait to do chrony testing and tuning for maximum performance. Possible to shot 5 pellets in one hole at 30 yeards from bench

Nothing other than the bolt can flip up to easily when loaded if not carefull when out hunting

Accuracy with .25 predator pellets is quite good along with .25 benjamin domes. Have .25 cal baracudas on order to test for accuracy. Order a Hill Pump with this gun, it is more money, but it takes less pumps and less effort with the Hill than any other. I can pump from 2,000 to 3,000 psi in 3 minutes. Simply do not hesitate when buying this gun, I bought several other air rifles before this which I havent even picked up since owning the .25 marauder.

Almost everything

It would be nice if it was not as heavy. It would also be nice if it were priced a little less.

It is my first PCP air gun and it is the 25 cal. model and I can't imagine a gun more accurate right out of the box.

Very nice and well made rifle, accuracy is excellent with both compress air and CO2.

The rifle should come with Weaver type bases fitted, that would improve accuracy and provide a much greater choice of options for scope mounting. Also I realize that a floating provide the best accuracy possible, but I get a weird feeling every time that I have to rest the rifle against a wall and I see the flex in the barrel. I know that accuracy may suffer slightly but I would like to see a solid barrel ring in order to eliminate that flexing in the barrel. After all I think that most people who purchase this rifle want to hunt with it, not so much for competition shooting.

Average velocity using Crosman Premium HP pellets was 900 fps with compress air, 600 fps with CO2.

The price; available in .25 caliber; the stock is very nice; finish of the gun superb. If you read the reviews I belive that says it all. This gun gets great reviews every forum due to it being a great value into the PCP world and being a very well made rifle point blank. You will not be upset with this purchase. The Benji delivers hard hitting results and with the JSB Kings as the all around favorite you will be hitting a one hole grouping with maybe some ragged edges!

Offer the gun with a true well made synthetic thumbhole stock!

I bought this gun with a Hill pump and I am here to tell you pumping is not bad with this gun. The initial load of air may take up to 200 pumps but I shoot about 24 shots then top off with 60-70 very deliberate easy pumps!

Power is fantastic, accuracy is perfect it isn't totally quiet but my neighbors think I am unseeing my finishing nail gun. finished well also.

Weight and the overall bulkiness.

Consistent 10 rounds under a dime at 70 feet thats all the way across my yard. Killed two nutria last summer at about 25 yards. 25 call benjamin pellet knocked them right out. Shot placement was right behind the ear. The first went down the second looked at the dead one then turned to swim off then it died too. Instantly! Laid it out like it was sun bathing. Barracuda 31.02 g, Exact King 25.4g and the Benjamin pellets all are indistinguishable in this gun. Crow Mag opens up a bit on the spread but it isn't anything to worry about. 8 out of ten holes are still touching. It likes heavy round pellets. Wish I could figure out how to post pictures I would show you how accurate this gun is. Pyramid is awesome as well! Get the 25 and get it here.Get it in 25 cal.go to and a scuba tank.

My Marauder looks great. First thing I did was install a Leaper 3x9 scope and zero at 25 yards. Accuracy is great between 1000 and 2000 psi. It takes appx 200 pumps from 0 to 2600 psi. After 40 shots the pressure was 1500 psi. The pressure setting are factory and have not been changed. However the pressure left in the tube bleds off over night down to 1000 psi. It will consistently put 3 out of 5 shots touching and 2 fliers to make a 1 inch group size at 40 yards. The trigger is still factory and so is the pressure spring. It is hard to believe this Marauder is so quiet. It was so quiet that I flinched due to the hammer drop noise. After getting used to the trigger and sound I have concluded the rifle is excellent. I have a Discovery rifle also but this Marauder is 100 times the rifle. Clips are easy to load and all 7 work flawlessly. Premier hollow point 15.4 grain pellets seem to group the best. I have not chronographed the Marauder yet but will in the near future.

Get One You will love it! Oh and a good deal on the new hand pump would help too. At 66 plus this pump wears me out!

I always thought of airguns as toys until a year ago when I bought a Benjamin NP Trail. I wanted to upgrade to a PCP rifle so I bought the Benjamin Marauder. This may be the most fun rifle I own. The power is definitely there - 829 fps with Crosman Premier HPs (14.3 grain) = over 21 foot pounds of energy. That's almost as powerful as the "magnum" springers. The accuracy is so much more than expected. Off a bench rest I can hit used Keurig K-cups (about 1.75 inches square) EVERY time at 50 yards. Usually the hits are dead center - the rifle is that good. The quietness is there. The NP Trail - even though quiet for a springer - always sounded loud to me. The first time I fired the Marauder I thought it had malfunctioned it was so quiet. You've gotta (not) hear it to believe it. The trigger is great. I've shot varmint rifles for years and really appreciate a good trigger. This is one of the best 2 stage triggers I've ever handled. Its fully adjustable too. I tweaked it just a bit to get the creep out of the 2nd stage. Just a great trigger. This is the perfect PCP rifle for plinking, hunting, and informal target shooting. I can't say enough good things about it.

WILL IT HOLD AIR? I have owned my Benjamin Marauder for almost a year. I have loved everything about this rifle. Accurate beyond belief. Quiet, you won't believe it. Hard hitting in .22 cal., squirrels, rabbits & crows dead on contact! I moved 7 months ago to a temporary place. Stored my Marauder until today. The most important question nobody had an answer for was, "How long would it hold air." I now have an answer. I stored it 7 months ago with 2,000psi. Today it had 2,000psi. Absolutely no loss in 7 months. You couldn't pry this rifle away from me now. Final answer, just buy it and forget all the barrel breaks to save money. I had 3 before I bought mine. They won't be near as accurate or quiet as this rifle. Don't waste your time and patience on them. Good luck.

Accuracy begins with the trigger. The trigger on this gun is awesome, right from the factory.

Deadly accurate - Factory settings are excellent for general purpose shooting, just put your scope on, zero in and go nuts. Quiet enough for indoor and outdoor close proximity shooting.

Nice if offered with a lighter synthetic stock.

Haven't chronied yet, but does hit pretty hard with the factory settings and H&N Crow mags. Real fun gun so get a GOOD supply of pellets!

The Marauder is an amazing rifle. It shoots very well straight out of the box and I am getting 30 well grouped shots with a 2700 psi fill. The finish on mine is very well done. Accuracy is amazing and it is very quiet. This is my first PCP and I am hooked!

If you are like me and love to shoot, make sure you get some way to fill it other than the pump. Pumping is not too difficult, but takes time away from the firing line.
