    Things I liked:

For the price this is a very good buy. I have had mine for about a year and got it to get rid of the tree rats. (squirrels) Up to about 50 yards so far I am staying ahead. This year out of 7 pecan trees I got about 2 dozed nuts. I hope this next year I will get to harvest some pecans.

    Things I would have changed:

I would add a second stock strap stud. One for the strap and the second to mount a bipod.

    What others should know:

Buy several different types of pellets. Find the one you like for what you like to hunt. I would get a good quality bipod. What good is a tight grouping pellet rifle if you can't hold it steady. A good scope with mill dot is another is another good thing to get.

i love the trigger on the marauder and the stock.

    Things I would have changed:

accuracy, looks like Benjamin did not solved the issue....

    What others should know:

It's a hit or miss with the 22 my was the one that did not work on the accuracy department , i have a .177 marauder and that is 1/2 inch all day at 40 yards, and again thank you PA EXPECIALLY Greg W it's a pleasure to deal with the PA sale associates.

    Things I liked:

Very accurate for an air rifle - less than 1" 5 shot group at 52 yards, and some of the pellets are in the same hole with usually a single flier to cause the group to be that large. It seems quieter than my Crosman 760 BB rifle

    Things I would have changed:

It would be nice if it could be lighter, and even more quiet.

    What others should know:

The first several times cocking this PCP with a full air charge is unbelievably hard. I actually called Crosman customer service about it. I told the service rep I was pulling so hard I thought I'd bend something. I've never shot a PCP before, and was unaware of how the mechanism worked. I had only fired center fire bolt actions. He assured me they got multiple calls a week stating the same thing.

I just love this wonderful accurate, easy on air 177 cal Marauder. This is my first PCP after a big number of CO2 and springer guns. Just honestly love it!!

    Things I would have changed:

Accuracy at it's best, at this price, with an awesome trigger, I can't think of a thing I would change

    What others should know:

This in one air rifle I'll be shooting for a long time to come. Brian

I like my Benjamin Marauder PCP .177 pellet rifle. It shot a 10 shot group tonight that measures 0.87 inches at 48 yards using JSB 10.34 gr pellets.

    nothing

    Things I liked:

Accuracy, appearance, adjustable comb, trigger adjustable for pull weight as well as 1st and 2nd stage and position at rest, adjustable hammer spring and striker. Accurate with reduced power as well as full throttle. It is a pleasure to fiddle with it and see what it comes up with, but I guess the best part is knowing that that JSB 25.4 grain is gonna bust the heck out the dead center of whatever I aim at. I don't even put up targets anymore ... I just shoot the first round and then aim at the hole it made at 40 yards. They may not all go into the same hole, but they are all touching ... not stringing out vertically or horizontally ... but nice round shot groups. Haven't had a chance to hunt with it yet, but if it does half as well as my .22 synrod on crows, possums, squirrels, rabbits, moles and rats ... then I will have another keeper for the long haul.

    Things I would have changed:

There is nothing I would really change about this gun, it does what it is supposed to do with great style, class and charisma.

    What others should know:

Aside from what I have written above ... I was within a hairs breath of sending this gun back to PA. I could not get it to shoot with any pellet I tried ... Benjamins, JSBs, Kodiacs, H&Ns, light weights, heavy weights, in between weights, cheap pellets, expensive pellets, adjustments to the striker, hammer spring, metering valve, right eye closed, left eye closed, both eyes open, both eyes closed, cause I knew I couldn't do any worse with a blindfold on than what I was getting with my best efforts at aiming. Then, I remembered, I walked to the wall and banged my head on it about 10 times. If I had been taking my nitroglycerine tablets, I would have blown a hole in the wall. How could I have been so stupid. When I first got the gun it shot about 11 inches low at 35 yards. Then I turned the elevation turret all the way until it got to zero, but apparently I had maxed the scope out and that's a prescription for poor accuracy. So I put a shim on the rear mount, and now EVERYTHING is GOOD!

American Made, quiet, accurate, bolt reversible, .25 cal - good for varmints & predators, Bi-pod can be attached to sling mount, excellent trigger.

    Things I would have changed:

Prefer a camo or Real-Tree stock

    Things I liked:

Now that I played gunsmith on this now fantastic air gun it is in the top of my colecttion. I posted earlier that when I received it the presure gauge reading was off and it was leaking. First was the gauge, I poped the plastic cover and repositioned the metal read out and pressed it back in place. Next the leak, I tracked it to the presure gauge threads. A slight tighten turn and the leak was gone.

    Things I would have changed:

    Better QC

    What others should know:

I owned the .177 cal but wanted the comparison of punch between the two. Oh ya, the .22 be the big boy.

    Things I liked:

I purchased this with hopes it would compliment  my .117. When I received the package I noticed that the stapes where removed and tape toke there place. I cleaned the barrel,  mounted the scope. After filling it to 2800 psi I shot 16 shots. I then checked the presure gauge and it was in the low red. Back to the pump for a fill, the pump said 2800 and the read 1000 psi. It now sitting in the corner leaking air. Such a shame for the bucks and my dedication to pymaridair.

    Things I liked:

Extremely accurate. More so than many rimfire or centerfire rifles I have shot. Good trigger. Easy to fill. 8 rounds magazine is nice instead of having to individually feed pellets. This rifle is powerful enough to easily hunt with.

    Things I would have changed:

It's pretty heavy. It is more expensive than many rimfire or centerfire rifles I have owned. Add the additional pump and/or air tank to fill it and the price is higher than most of my conventional long guns.

    What others should know:

The first one I received wouldn't hold air pressure. Pyramid shipped it back for free and replaced it with one they filled with air and checked out overnight.

    Things I liked:

Price. Most of the PCP's I researched were over $1000. I needed an air rifle to replace the spring Gammo that I have been using for years. The Gammo just did not have the accuracy I needed. This rifle will be used to control ground squirrels around my house. They have done over $1000 in damage to my cars and I want it to stop. This PCP will allow me longer shots and greater success with my project.

    Things I would have changed:

So far the only complaint is the bolt. It is sometimes sort of "gritty" in operation. I am hoping that it will smooth out in time.

    What others should know:

My first 10 shot group could be covered with a dime. I shot this group indoors at 30 feet. I do not consider myself an air riffle enthusiast, but this rifle may change my mind. I would not hesitate to recommend this rifle to anyone that is thinking of purchasing their first PCP. This rifle, in my opinion is a very good deal.

    Things I liked:

I have been waiting for a while to purchase this gun. Wished I wouldn't have held out for so long this gun is absolutely awesome to shoot. Put a nice Nikon Scope on it and this thing drives tacks. Had it dialed in with less than a full clip of pellets. Then was off to do some hunting Rats with it. Performed flawlessly, hot around 16-18 shots before I jade to refill chamber which is what I was expecting from reading other threads about this gun.

    Things I would have changed:

    Stock is a little bulky

accurate. Super smooth trigger! It's extremely quite! Fun to shoot.

    Things I would have changed:

It's a little heavy. Not a big deal if you're hunting over a feeder or target shooting from a bench. Stock wiggles a little. I used to lightly shaking my springer to check my scope & barrel screw tightness.

    What others should know:

My wife loves to shoot this air rifle. She's giving me quite the workout, using the pump to recharge. I used a shotgun bore sighter to get my crosshairs on paper. 2 mags later it was zeroed in. I bought the biggest bundle in .22 from pyramid air. I will get a bipod soon. Gun is to heavy to steady while standing. @ 40 yards I can shoot accurately with under 1500 psi. That's 40-50 shots from 2600 psi. I love it! Thanks PA!

    Things I liked:

Accuracy...unbelievable improvement over my sub-$100 springers...as expected, but even better. That's only after 16 shots. I can only imagine what groups I'll get after the barrel is seasoned. I've only had the rifle for 3 1/2 hours and I'm in love with it already. Wife is upset that I splurged a little, but I'm sure her tune will change when I bring her the squirrels that keep digging up the yard. I'll be leaving another review after I get some more time under my belt with it. But I absolutely love it, coming from the cheapo guns in nothing but .177. Caliber...holy CRAP these .25 pellets are huge! I knew they were substantially bigger than the .177'sn but now I really understand why everything drops when it gets tagged with one. Weight...It's a little heavier than I expected, but it's balanced enough for it not to matter. Did I mention accuracy?

    Things I would have changed:

I don't know if it's because its new or because I'm new, but I have to put a significant amount of force on the bolt to pull it ALL the way back...as in to release or insert the magazine. I'll give it some time to wear and break in to see if it becomes less strenuous or if it's just how it is or a defect. While I do agree is slightly expensive, I have to consider all that I got...my first PCP (and it's accurate as hell...just saying), a $180 pump, a $100 scope (really nice and clear), scope mounts/rings that fit the rifle, and 200 quality pellets, and an extra magazine. I can't complain.

    What others should know:

If you are like me, and had never heard of PCP rifles until a year ago, AND you're used to/frustrated with the loose groups of sub-$100 springers, you will be amazed with this rifle. Make sure you pick up extra pellets (and I mean at least the or more tins), because I gotta feeling in gonna blow right through these first 200. The Benjamins perform well for me, but as you probably know, the JSB's are the rave. I'll be getting those next to see for myself, but at 20-30 yards, I don't think I'll see that big of a difference. It's so easy to love this rifle.

    Things I liked:

Simply Amazing! I slapped a scope on it right out of the box, had it sighted in after 5 shots at 30 yards, and now it hits home every time! The sound of the pellets smacking the paper are louder than this thing! Real solid feeling and looks good! I highly recommend this gun. Can't wait to take it squirrel hunting!

    Things I would have changed:

I would rather have a regular push button safety over the second trigger style....but that's just my preference.

    What others should know:

You won't be disappointed if you buy one.

    Things I would have changed:

Would be nice if the stock had some checkering on the forearm so it would grip into your hand, other than this nothing.

    What others should know:

I received the Marauder well packed and no damage. I immediately charged it to max pressure and mounted the Hawk 4x16x50/high rings. Next day I set the scope with only a vertical adjust. least than five shots I was hitting less than inch groups at forty yards. I hope to better my shot groups as soon as the weather warms up.

Accuracy, lighter than the wood stock Marauder and loves those JSB 25.39,33.95 and the Benjamin 27.80 domes. Haven't had a chance to try others yet. My chipmunks hate me now all the way at 40 yards.

    Things I would have changed:

    Things I liked:

Accuracy!!! Right out of the box with factory tune shot 1/16 inch CTC 10 shot groups @ 10 yards! Not bad for a $500 rifle. The Trigger is great, crisp and clean. Ergonomics of the stock and raised comb are nice. Fit and finish is good but not great. Over all a very useable air rifle worth every penny. Can't wait to see how accurate it can be @ 50 yards.

    Things I would have changed:

My only gripe about the rifle, is the manometer in the stock. It serves as a general indicator of pressure but is nowhere near correct. My pumps guage read @ 2600PSI when the guage on the gun reads 3000psi. Also, I do understand that @ the price point i should not expect a high quality feel from the stock... after all, it's plastic. But i do feel that Crossman could have made an effot to make it feel less flimsy. It feels cheap and reminds you why the rifle is so inexpensive .

    What others should know:

My marauder is .177 with synthetic stock. I use a UTG 6-24 x56 SWAT scope mounted with BKL double strap rings. From 2600PSI to 1100PSI i got 40 useable shots. This rifle is very quiet... but still a big bang for your buck!!!!!!
