I just installed the new Wicked Ridge string dampening system on my wife and my crossbows, it was very easy and well thought out design. I have not shot my crossbow yet but the way the dampener installed I'm sure it will work like it's supposed to so if you want a string dampening system for your Wicked Ridge Invader X4 this is a very well made product that should help with string noise.

The grooved dampeners were a bad idea. I installed them just as instructed, very easy to install but I don't understand why they even went with the grooved dampener heads because these did not last thru 50 or so shots! I’m very disappointed because it is Friday night as I was getting in a few more practice shots I noticed the louder thud of my string hitting the rods behind the split dampeners! Now I won’t be hunting this weekend because our local sporting goods do not carry any of these!

The grooved dampeners were a terrible idea. I installed them correctly and I'm telling you they only lasted 40 shots before wearing through and the string started slapping the rod they rested on. I sanded down the rods so they would fit the flat headed sdr dampeners and it worked perfectly. I don't understand why they even went with the grooved dampener heads but they are absolutely trash! Tenpoint could do a much better job at the design and hope they do in the future. I still love tenpoint but these dampeners are absolute trash for the money. Stick with flat headed dampeners folks.

Excellent addition to the bow. Its a game changer. Really quiets it down.

Very happy with the String Dampeners but they were a little difficult to tighten with the allen wrench that is sent with them for installation, I would suggest to anyone that gets this style dampener to use a full size Hex star screwdriver if available

Simply does not fit rampage 360 it mounts to the crossbow but rods are too long and push bow string back. They would need to be filed down to get the correct barely touching contact. Have read reviews on other sites of people having the same issue with other model crossbows as well. Why can't you just make rods a bit shorter for certain models? No one should have to pay the price these are and have to modify them out of the package when descriptions state certain models it is supposed to work correctly with.

These dampeners helped to quieten an already pretty quiet bow.

The string dampening definitely reduced the vibration and noise noticeably. Ought to be standard on the X-bow. Now if you could reduce the snap of the trigger pull that would be perfect.

These reduce the vibration after a shot. I was skeptical until I put them on and wow what a difference. Would highly recommend. Wicked Ridge Ultra lite bow

Makes the initial launch of the bolt much quieter than without it.

Reduced noise a little but the string doesn't line up with the groves on the rubber dampening rod ends after the shot. Still making adjustments.

This did the trick to take some of the vibration and noise out when shooting the Invader X4!!

Installed easy enough On My Rampage 360. Works as is should. Bow has less vibration and is less noisy. I would recommend.

Ordered for my new Titan De-Cock as this was listed as the SDS that fits that bow. It does not.

The installation was easy except for the fact the rods were too long and they pushed against the string and made a significant bow in it. It took about one hour to carefully file down the end of each rod and make them as equal in length as possible.
There is less vibration at the shot; perhaps a little less noise.

Easy and quick to install. Makes bow string twang much quieter. Previous crossbow came with dampers installed and loved how they cut noise and vibration after firing the bolt.
