    Things I liked:

Aside from being very well made and uniform, these pellet perform very well in the field. These are my favorite pellets for squirrel control. Unlike the Kodiak and H&N Barracuda (21.1 grain) pellets, the Polymags do not overpenetrate the squirrel (meaning all the energy from the pellet is transferred to the squirrel). The Kodiaks and Barracuda pellets tend pass on completely through the squirrel. Because of the hollow point expansion, the Polymags often produces a nice gaping tunnel through the squirrel. Usually I will find the pellet lodged in the superficial soft tissues on the other side of the entrance wound. Shots that are not optimally placed are still quite effective (if not still lethal) in taking down squirrels. One odd thing I have noticed is that many of the nutters, once blasted with the Polymag, tend to bounce and then quickly expire. Weird.

    Things I would have changed:

Lower the price and I will buy more. Make them heavier (about 21 grains). A heavier 22 Polymag would be ideal for taking out possums and raccoons. Currently, I favor the Kodiaks and Barracudas for taking out possums and raccoons (where pellet overpenetration is not an issue). Polymags still work for coons and possums, but more ft-pounds from the 21.1 grain Kodiak/Barracuda pellets is more forgiving for less than optimal shot placement.

    What others should know:

Using the Polymags with Marauder PCP rifle. Polymags are too long to fit in the 10 shot clip. I had to modify the clip so the pellets would fit. There is a single shot tray for the Marauder that works with Polymags.

    Things I liked:

WOW!!!! What else can I say. I was impressed with the quality of the pellets when I opened the tin, groupings were very nice and very close to my previous zero with cphp's so no readjusting was needed.......but it wasn't until I took my first shot at a long ear that I was overly impressed with this pellets performance. One shot from my Trail NP XL in .22 the critter dropped, no jump and flop, just dropped. Definitely the best hunting pellet I have come across.

    Things I would have changed:

More,MORE,MORE for the money and a screw top tin but I will still purchase them again regardless

    Things I liked:

Each one fits the breech of my XL 1100 exactly the same, very consistant, few if any bent skirts, these things do WORK on squirrels! Spot on accuracy from my XL 1100 and Discovery

    Things I would have changed:

At least a snap top lid, these things are too expensive and crafted too well to risk losing or damaging them

    What others should know:

Every squirrel I've put one of these into has stayed right where it fell, even with body shots that barely pass through the vitals, and didn't need a follow up. After my second kill I was sold, the XL 1100 doesn't get fed anything else anymore

    Things I liked:

Great combo for the Talon .22. I have had good grouping and consistent kills with this ammo. This ammo will flatten out on impact due to its poly tip. Out of 100 shot through the new Talon I have not found any that were not uniform in size and appearence.

    Things I would have changed:

    nothing

    What others should know:

Both the .17 and .22 work great in every gun I have shot. I would never hunt with anything else but these fine pellets. Let’s hope they keep making them for many years to come. I will gladly pay the higher price for this superior product.

    Things I liked:

Accuaracy: they are right on the money. Hard hitting: they seem to release most of their energy on impact. On a cantalope the entrance is very destructive,(cracks everywhere),the exit is tight and clean. Very good mushrooming: better than hollow points. Great hunting pellet with lot of energy released into the target.

    Things I would have changed:

Nothing; well, perhaps make them in .25cal. A bit pricey, but I guess like they say, you get what you pay for.

    What others should know:

On the lid it says "You don't play with these." Maybe it should say: "These things ain't Right!" and I mean that in a very positive way if you catch my drift.

    Things I liked:

These are great pellets. I had misgivings about the accuracy before buying them, but have learned that they are surprisingly consistent . Further, they PENETRATE. I have been hitting old phone books and softwood lumber and have not had them out shooting pests yet, but based on the penetration in wood, i'm guessing that no bony structure in the average raccoon will survive these pellets. The red tips are HARD AND SHARP, and they remain in place after the shot!

    Things I would have changed:

    nothing

    What others should know:

Treat these like rimfire ammo........these are not for playing with. I' ve been using these in my antique Benjamin, but i figure my springers would shoot them, too.

    Accurate,consisent quality. Good hunting pellet.

    Things I would have changed:

lower the price and make them shorter so they would work in my Marauders.

    What others should know:

Great pellet in my Trail NP. I bought 12 tins because of the rave reviews. I won't buy any more. They really don't do that much better than the Premier 14.3 gr HP's especially at almost 4 times the price.

I can achieve amazing groups with this pellets in my Marauder. Terminal performance.

    Things I would have changed:

A presentation with more pellets. 500 count.

    What others should know:

I commonly use super h point pellets for small game and works great up to 50 yards. Polymags will extend that range up to 80 yards for quick clean kills.

    Things I liked:

these pellets are accurate even at 50 yards. i get about 1/2 inch groups with them out of my modded airforce condor. they are very clean and i didnt find any of them deformed. they mushroom out completely even on soft targets going at 700 fps. WAY BETTER than crow magnums!!

    Things I would have changed:

screw on lid and a tin with 500 pellets. lower the price a bit.

    What others should know:

these pellets do as advertized they break bone on contact and deliver maximum energy to target. i have taken many squirrels and when i open them up to cook them they had some broken bones. the pellets are perfect for pigeons, crows, and starling. dont be suprised if they leave a large hole in your target or if they blow the heads of birds

First of all the packaging was really thoughtful and professionally done....I would never...and i do mean never hunt using any pellet but Predator polymag ....i always thought it was a gimmick, until i decided to try it in my 350 magnum .......the destruction is unbelievabe on pigeons and iguanas....!!!

    Things I would have changed:

screw lid.....cause they are worth every penny IMHO....

    What others should know:

    Things I liked:

These pellets are all they are cracked up to be. They are possibly the best hunting pellet out there. On my first hunting trip with my new Discovery, I brought home one rabbit and six fox squirrels. The rabbit was a thru-and thru body shot. The squirrels were mostly neck shots (my personal favorite quick kill spot). All were at about 25 yards, give or take.

    Things I would have changed:

These are not the most accurate pellet with my Disco, JSB 14.3 Exacts are. With the Predators, I don't get any flyers. However, the really tight groups just aren't there.

    What others should know:

Predators are definitely a must try, if you're a serious air rifle hunter!
