This pellet has different ballistics by cal. .25 hits like a truck inside 50yds, not so much at 100. The cut outs at the front have this pellet loosing %25more energy as a dome at 50. The .22carries much harder impact at 100 and is still straight. The .177aeems to have a better BC (smaller cutouts) and the pellets tear through a cookie sheet at 100yds. This is the same sheet that was stopping everything else!! Ok I'm cheating the rifle used is the Gamo magnum swarm .177, and yes it's that much stronger in the smaller diameter. The sheet had been stopping a .22Gamo magnum and a Hatsan125 in .25(both over 30 ft lbs) except HnN Hornets. It's not a true hollow point in that they don't splay open, but instead the end kinda tears open leaving some nasty edges. I have over a dozen weapons in multiple cals. they all like this pellet from a Crossman 2100, Benjamin, Gamo (7difmodels) Hatsan(6difmodels). If you care about a clean dispatch with less chance of collateral damage, this is a good pick.

They look nice and were packaged well as is typical with items your order from PA.
Things I would have changed:The small head (.172) and long body and then relies on the (.179) skirt to center to bore. The small head does not bore ride on the tops of the rifling lands, like I believe is the intent. I would not have purchased 4 tins.
What others should know:I have shot around 3,000 pellets out of my Hatsan Flashpup airgun, using 6 different brands and 12 different weights from 7.0 to 11.57 grain (H&N, JSB, Crosman, Winchester, GAMO, Vortex and Sig). I have used many power levels and fill pressures trying to make these Hades stabilize acceptably in the gun. I have cleaned and slugged my barrel, checking for defects. Some times I can get 5 or so to group about 1" 25 yards and other times it's like 5" groups at 25 yards. It is bizarre how consistently inconsistent these are. Sometimes I will get three distinct groups around the target center, one for each lobe on the head. The part that confounds me is that I have found some of the cheapest most basic Crosman, Vortex, and H&N domed or HP pellets all perform flawlessly at various velocity and fill pressures. The heads on these .177 measure not larger than .172. The pellet relies entire on the skirt to center in the bore which makes it fly like an unstable pointed pellet or slug.

Over 10gr, shape of the head
Things I would have changed:Wider flair of the base
What others should know:I attempted to find a sweet spot for my 177 Talon SS for this pellet. It falls out of the barrel. After the 3rd complete discharge of the air tank due to a pellet that removed itself from the barrel and got stuck causing the discharge I stopped trying it for that gun and will leave it for the springers.

My Air Venturi Avenger does not like this pellet. I could not get any good groups. It was so bad that I thought my scope was off. Tried and tried to adjust the scope to no avail. Installed a different scope and same problem. Put my original scope back on and tried a JSB pellet of the same weight and they worked well. Held nickel sized groups. Bought 8 tins of these pellets. Don't know what to do with the other seven that I haven't opened.
Things I would have changed:Make these pellets more accurate. Flyers went everywhere.
What others should know:Not sure why these don't work well for me. If they work in your gun, let me know and I will sell you my other seven tins for what I paid for them.

High quality pellets from a reliable manufacturer. Refer to the uploaded photo, the expansion is amazing! It expands to double the size of the pellet.
Things I would have changed:Nothing to change other than maybe price.

The Best Pellet I've tried, and like most air gunners, I've tried ALOT. Best accuracy and a good HARD hitter.
Things I would have changed:Cheaper price.
What others should know:So many choices but all the best accuracy pellets I have are the more expensive ones.

I can't comment on any aspect of this pellet that I found positive.
Things I would have changed:The pellets are packaged in a tin which does not have screw top and could be easily spilled. The pellets appear to be barrel sensitive because of their sizing.
What others should know:The pellets do not seat properly in the breech of my BSA barrel until
I use a pellet seater then they engage the about 1/4 inch inside the breech.
Without doing this the accuracy is not consistent but even when engaged the
pellets tend to spiral at point of impact.
I have used other brand pellets both lighter & heavier than these pellets with
better results and no evidence of spiraling.

These have great potential to be an accurate pellet for my Weihrauch HW95. However, most of them from the tin I ordered fit too loose in my barrel which results in a highly inaccurate pellet most of the time. They are the loosest pellets I have bought and I cannot believe they are even 4.50mm. They fly all over the place. When I can find a number of them that seem to fit more tightly, those are quite accurate. So far most of the tin seems to be undersized.
Things I would have changed:Offer these in a slightly larger diameter like a 4.52mm
What others should know:I will not buy more of these until I can be assured that the tin has pellets that will fit better. Perhaps the tool/die used to manufacture these needs some wear to produce a slightly larger pellet.

The "cut out" at the top of the pellet. This change helps the accuracy and consistency of the shots.

What others should know:I have a cheap Walmart airgun (name on the side is Barra) and it is hand pumped. Prior to purchasing I tested various pellets with the gun first and found these to be the best with this airgun.

The JSB pellets arrived carefully packed in a foam carton. The pellets in the tin looked to be carefully made and inspected.
Things I would have changed:Before using any of these JSB Diablo Hades .177 10.34 grain pellets in my Diana Model 34 I carefully cleaned the barrel. The first 5 pellets had a spread of nearly 5 inches. It was so bad I thought something on my rifle had become unsecured. The next 5 pellets were no better. I paid nearly $17.00 for a tin of 500 pellets and they are unusable in my Model 34. After firing several more groups of 5 I gave up. I then sent 5 Crosman Premier Ulta Mag 10.5 grain Hollow points downrange. The first three went into the same hole and the remaining two created a total spread of less than 1/2 inch. I then sent 5 Crosman 7.3 grain Hollowpoints I had in my ammo box; again a respectable 1/2 inch total spread. I gave the JSB pellets one last chance; a disappointing 5 inch spead again. These pellets do not work in my Model 34. The cheap Crosmans were great.
What others should know:$17.00 is an expensive lesson on pellet selection. I will continue to use the Crosman Premier pellets. The JSB Hades 10.34 would not work in my Diana Model 34.
