Purchased this air rifle in May 2020. Already put about 150 pellets through the rifle. Very satisfied. Right out of the box, the iron sights needed very little adjustment. Mounting the scope was very easy. Sighting the scope needed a lot of adjustments. After several volleys of three shots and adjustments, the scope sighted nicely. Me and the three boys (ages 11, 13, & 18) set up a target range and been having a good time shooting empty cartons and targets. The 11 year old really liked the scope and how easy the rifle fit into his shoulder. The 13 year old did not like how much effort it took to open the rifle in order to load the pellet. Both boys were able to open/load the rifle on their own after they figured out how to use leverage to their advantage.
Things I would have changed:If I were to change anything, put a more powerful scope on the rifle. The scope is adequate but could be just a bit more powerful. Maybe even put a laser on the rifle??
What others should know:Great quality for the price. Have put just under 200 rounds through the rifle. No issues and still accurate & precise. Purchased this product after seeing/shooting the same rifle of a friend at his house.

Seems solid and well made. Accuracy is good, not great. Fun to shoot. Scope seems OK as an included item.
What others should know:Scope and open sights not nearly POA/POI. Took some pellets and time to get close. I think it's a very nice package for the money.

I like everything about this rifle. I own a half dozen different air rifles and this is my favorite by far. The accuracy is outstanding. I've shot one inch groups at 50 yards consistently and for a Springer that pretty impressive in my book. The power is there on every shot. Coupled with the right optics this rifle is my go to hunting rifle.
Things I would have changed:Only thing if anything would be to lighten it up a bit

Solid construction, nice wood stock, comfortable to shoulder, has good power, and seems to be pretty accurate, I havent broke it in fully yet so that's why the 3 stars on accuracy. Over all a good affordable air rifle.
Things I would have changed:The barrel on mine has a slight bend to the left causing the sights to be over adjusted and making sighting in a problem with the open sights. With a scope this is not noticeable.

Its accurate once it breaks in. It took a while. I have gotten a many a squirrel with it. Mine is also very hold sensitive. For the money it does a great job.
Things I would have changed:Iron sights are terrible and the trigger is harsh. If I could choose it would be a better trigger.
What others should know:It's a good rifle that will do the job once you get used to it.

Best value rifle on the market. Very balanced with power, value, feel, build, but excels in accuracy. The stock scope is not bad at all. I casually take 35 40yd headshots. Has enough power to shoot through 2.75" of drywall. With gamo red fore 15.3 gr I get 1/2" groups. I took my longest kill at 183yds with crosman premier 14.3gr pellets. It's extremely quiet and has easy cocking effort.
Things I would have changed:Maybe the trigger. A little trigger would really help and maybe a little power. This gun does have a lobbing action in that anything after 50yds requires precise ranging.
What others should know:A must buy.p

Awesome begginer rifle. I bought this at walmart brand new and this gun still performs accurately after 2yrs. Accuracy, power and performance!
Things I would have changed:Multishor
What others should know:Keep a little silicone oil on moving parts. Use silicone oil only. If you use petrolium based oil you will ruin this gun. I use silicone oil on all my guns even the co2 guns.

Once it was well broken in it became very quiet! The shot cycle is gentle for a big gas piston gun. I'm getting about 740 fps with 14.3 gr. fodder. That's a solid 17 foot pounds of energy. Mine is accurate enough for head shots on squirrels to 35 yards with 14.3 gr. CPDUM but it shoots even better with Benjamin Discovery HP's. A powerful, accurate, sub $150.00 air rifle that shoots cheap easily available ammo? Heck yeah!
Things I would have changed:Replace the trigger adjustment screw with a longer one so that it actually works. Ditch the ugly and imprecise iron sights. They don't work and the gun looks better without them. The scope is better than a lot of people think but this gun needs a scope with a mildot reticle to compensate for the howitzer like trajectory. The gun is accurate enough out to fifty yards but the trajectory makes precise ranging critical. The trigger is heavy but seems to be improving with age. Sling swivels would be nice
What others should know:I bought this gun to replace a 25 year old B-3 that finally expired. My last .22 air rifle was a Crosman 1400 back in the 80's so this is quite a technological leap for me. From my some what antiquated perspective Chinese air guns have made an amazing improvement in the last 25 years! Those of you with fine European air rifles may sneer but I'm here to tell you these guns are a tremendous improvement over what we had 30 years ago! (Think Slavia 618 or a BSA Meteor). At 35 yards she needs lots of hold over so get a mildot scope and make a range card for different pellets. I bought this gun for target practice but it is so good it has gotten me hunting with an air rifle again!

Build quality is very good accuracy out of the box was literally spot on
Things I would have changed:if Umarex or Ruger reads this change the plastic exterior of the barrel moderator to a more durable aluminum or steel at least make it easier to replace
What others should know:The moderator suppressor is made of polymer/plastic do not use it for leverage while cocking mine prefers heavier 14 to 16 grain pellets
