    Things I liked:

this .25 cal pcp is amazing, quiet. accurate. powerful. sleek design. very well built. a fantastic value for the money. i am very impressed so far.

    Things I would have changed:

the magazine needs to be beveled on the edges on both sides of each pellet pocket to make it much smoother when cocking and pushing the bolt back to the forward position which essentially pushes the pellet in to place to be ready to shoot. I think the wholes in the mag are a little too tight for the pellet skirts. Not too bad though.

    What others should know:

i am very surprised that this pcp rifle has this low price point. once you hold it in your hands and shoot it you will understand my surprise. very well built for a fraction of the cost of comparable pcp rifles in my opinion.

    Things I liked:

Very accurate. High shot count per fill. Quick connect fill receptacle on bottle is nice.

    Things I would have changed:

I dont like the cheap plastic air cylinder cover. Very flimsy, And the Chinese made magazines are pretty cheap quality compared to Hatsan magazines.

    What others should know:

This gun is made in China.

    Excellent accuracy and power

    Things I would have changed:

Shorten the overall length of the rifle and add a picatinny rail on the bottom of the fore end.

    What others should know:

Rifle is slightly on the longer side.

    Things I liked:

It just arrived today...this is my first review of an air rifle... Up until the Gauntlet...all prior air rifles were just that puffff..and maybe some power..my Hatsan had about 30 ft pounds...but a well know youtube reviewer stated he does not review entry-level rifles...as they are too hit or miss...he owns mostly fx products....tell me about it This feels more like a 22 short...just fired it twice... as it is not overly back yard friendly...into an old washing machine...cut through the steel shell and the heavy steel drum at 10 yards...living in CentAm for decades, and plan to keep it in the bedroom...just in case...sleep easy ..but do look forward to taking it out in the field...I watch the south african air gunners with their 2000 dollar fx..shooting slugs at 70 ft pounds..this is close enough for me.

    Things I would have changed:

    nada

    What others should know:

    yes....get one pronto...price is rising

    Things I liked:

Its fast. About 890 fps 25 cal. Just about nothing else.

    Things I would have changed:

The accuracy is terrible. The windage (point of impact) will jump left to right and back again constantly. Sometimes it will walk back a forth. I have verified this with different sights and optics. As much as 6-8 inches at 75 yards. The elevation does not budge. Its always spot on. The gun is much louder then my Marauder. I have given up on the gun.. Tried every thing I can think of. Nothing stops the windage point of impact from moving.

    What others should know:

The gun is a beast to handle. Its long. Its heavy. It's hard to cock. The safety is very hard to engage when cocked.

    Things I liked:

Accurate, great value for your money, adjustable stock, over all a decent gun

    Things I would have changed:

The shroud on the tank I don't like unscrewing and squeezing to take off, it is an awesome over all gun but it is def a club to carry. The bolt is a bit tough to work but after shooting it I noticed mine did get a little worked in.

    What others should know:

To work the action a little better on the tough bolt I placed a bolt ball on mine to work the action a little quicker and easier. Over all its accurate and a good price and real fun to shoot. I've hunted with mine and had pretty good success this past season.

This rifle is very accurate, easy to set up and a real pleasure to shoot. It's my first PCP after years of springers. I love it.

    Things I would have changed:

The action, not to bad, needs to be smoother. The more I shoot it, the easier it becomes. This won't stop me from buying the .25 in the future.

    What others should know:

    I highly recommend this rifle.

    Things I liked:

I like that I don't have to pump it up each shot, and I like having a magazine with 10 shots

    Things I would have changed:

the accuracy is horrible out of the box, needed work just it get it under 6" at 35 yards. but after putting thicker o ring on air stripper inside shroud, things got better.and going through three different types of pellets to get it down to two inch. next will buy barrel band and hope that will complete shot accuracy. not much of this was a surprise as i did my research before purchase. the trigger worked much better than reviewed.

    What others should know:

I bought .177 cal. as most the places were out of .22 caliber that was my mistake there is a lot more ammo available for .22 and the noise it makes is about the same but hits with twice the energy fortunately most the shooting I do is target practice and am limited to the 35 yard range i have, so it works out.

    Things I would have changed:

I feel that I got my moneys worth with this gun. I was looking for an entry-level gun to break into pneumatics. I was tired of fighting with Springers although I did like the challenge I was ready for the next step up and I didnt regret it. Hats off to pyramid air quality and customer service.

    Things I liked:

10-10 test is the best thing anybody can add to the package if you want to save headaches. John is the Man best customers service ever. I returned the first one.the second one I asked for the 10-10 and what difference, the Rifle came lubricate, cocking effort was 100% better and I believe they put blue lock tide on the trigger adjustments screws. Thumbs up to PA customer service.

    Things I would have changed:

Magazine sucks. Is a shame a company like Umarex cannot come up with a better mag.

    What others should know:

Be prepare to invest around @ least $100 to make this a workable platform. You gonna need a regulator tester, piccatiny rail for a bipod.

    Things I liked:

Accuracy and options....this is a dream for a entry level pcp...I cant say enough about the accuracy. Now the options and upgrades that are possible are endless. Shrouds, moderators, baffels, tank, regulator....all of this can be modified or flat out upgraded by replace. With these modifications in the right circumstances this rifle can produce 60 lbs of fpe if desired....what more could you ask for....?

    Things I would have changed:

Well, I'll tell you what you could ask for is a diet. Heavy. This thing is a brick and the whole barrel without support is kind of a head scratcher...

    What others should know:

I looked at the mirauder before deciding to try umerex and see what all the hub hub was....I haven't done a personal side by side with the Benjamin flagship, but I simply couldn't see how having the Mirauder would be that much better...but at the price of the Gauntlet the fact that she is even comparable to what many call the best overall pcp is quite a feat.

    Things I liked:

Very solid accurate shooter scoped with a 3-9X32 Barska.

    Things I would have changed:

Magazine. Not sure if its me or the magazine but the barrel has jammed twice. I basically gave up using the magazine and will order a new one. The Ninja gauge is hard to read (for someone with older eyes). Not really fond of the safety. The manual push through safety like the Stormrider would have been a better choice on an entry level PCP (IMHO). No sights/Must be scoped.

    What others should know:

Hand pumping this rifle will be a workout. (From zero 200 pumps got me to 2750PSI). This rifle is a little more complex than one you pull out of the box and start shooting, a step above an entry level PCP. The bolt action is very stiff during the first few shots, but will settle out and become easier. Overall nothing truly stands out as excellent, but to its credit, everything is better than good. It a very solid PCP that requires a bit more attention to detail than some of the other entry level offering.

    Things I liked:

So far the gauntlet has performed extremely well so far. The .25 is much more quiet than I expected it to be and hit super hard. My yard is about 1/3 acre within city limits and the rifle is quiet enough to comfortably shoot in my back yard. The loudest thing about shooting it is the sound of the pellet impact. I bought the rifle to shoot 35 to 25 yards and at those ranges Im stacking pellets on pellets. Ive only used those diablo pellets so far but there doesn't seem like any real need to try anything else. Its as accurate as I can be.

    Things I would have changed:

Bolt was tight at first but has calmed down a bit after shooting it a bit.

    What others should know:

I put a bsa 4-12x on it which works perfectly for my uses. From what I understand, this airgun doesn't need a special optic like spring piston guns. The important thing that I was looking for was parallax and also magnification. The bsa wasn't expensive and came off an old .22lr I had. Works very well. I don't see a need to put an optic on this air rifle that costs more than the rifle itself.
