    Things I would have changed:

Add .5 L bottle rated at 4500 psi with 2200 psi regulator! Shoot it all day !!!

    What others should know:

This will be your go to gun ! Reliable accurate and you get a ton of shots ! This is a 100 yard gun ! I love the stock much better than wood . No worries just enjoy it !

    Things I liked:

Quite, 96 to 100 decibels. Accurate shot grouping. Value. Easy to disassemble and re-assemble.

    Things I would have changed:

I would like Umarex to sell parts, but I called them and they do not sell parts. I messed up the tank block threads because I had 3000psi in the tank. I should have taken care to apply lots of force on the pressurized tank as I threaded it into the tank block.

    What others should know:

The Umarex Gauntlet does not come with sights. It should be ordered with 11 mm scope or sight mounts, or with a 11 mm to Weaver scope mounts. I ordered the Center Point Dot sight and learned I also need to order a 11 mm to Weaver adapter as well.

    Things I liked:

Better than I expected! Very accurate no recoil. I have always shot a Springer and now I am sold on these PCP guns. From 1500 psi back to 3000 with a hand pump only takes 5 minutes.

    Improve bolt action.

    What others should know:

My entry into the PCP world from break barrels. Purchased the 25 cal on sale. Had to wait about 2 months. Well worth the wait. PA's data on the 10 for 10 showed an average of 870 fps using 26.1 grain. Cleaned and sighted in about 4 shots! Took me a bit to get used to the non-kick and smoothness to properly shoot it. Too use to break barrels. Love it! I did replace the suppressor which reduced the noise level but other than that I am using it as sent. Fifty yard accuracy spot on. Love the power. Bolt has gotten smoother after 100 rounds. Have watched all the tune up videos. and I am leaving it alone! Its great right out of the box. Can't be beat at this price!

    Things I liked:

Accuracy! Shoulders easily and gets on target quickly especially with the adjustable cheek stock. Ability to upgrade tank easily is a bonus!

    Things I would have changed:

Bulky...I believe a more streamlined stock would take this gun up a couple levels. There is no rail for a bi-pod or even attachment screws. I removed front grip, drilled holes and added rail.

    What others should know:

    Definitely worth the money.

    Things I liked:

very accurate, easy to load, Mrod magazines fit, very quiet, easy to modify, low price.

    Things I would have changed:

I modified mine, put an AR stock, made my own hand grip, fore stock and stock adapter, I put a 500cc 4500psi Carbon tank on it with a 1500 psi regulator, now I get over 250 shots per fill from 4300 to 1500 psi at 900 fps.

    What others should know:

the gun likes JSB 18's, Benjamin and Crosman 14.3's, Mrod mags fit, the cocking is tight at first, but after putting about 500 rounds through it it gets easier, you can adjust the regulator with different thickness Belleville washers, I got from McMaster Carr, you can adjust the hammer spring with washer shims behind the spring, (not the spacer), to get more power. after market Carbon fiber tanks will fit if you get rid of the front plastic, I put a 500cc tank, I get over 250 shots per fill, use a 1500 psi regulator and you will get about 900 fps.

    Things I liked:

Unlike my .177 Gauntlet that didn't have a barrel this one does and it's a tac driver at 50 yards, Very Happy I purchased this because I'm a hand pumper and filling my Avenger .25 is too much of a work out.

    Things I would have changed:

    NOTHING!!!

    What others should know:

During the China Virus I purchased the .177 Gauntlet at the Awesome price of $225, it didn't have the barrel band like this New .22 Gauntlet has and the .177 was shooting almost holes in holes at 50 yards. I purchased an extended tank from Hajimoto with the reg set at 1400 psi so when the .22 Gauntlets came back in stock I had to buy the .22 because I already purchased the Avenger .25 which is another tac driver at 50 + yards. I buy ONLY from PYRAMYD AIR, because of the customer care service that is Fantastic and how they back what they sell. Anyway this .22 Gauntlet is Dead On target and it loves the crosman hollow points.

    Things I liked:

I like the way the rifle looks and feels in my hands, I recently mounted a 4-12-50 scope on it and cant wait to sight it in. I also like the adjustable trigger it was an easy adjustment.

    Things I would have changed:

I would not change anything at any his time, unless In the future there will be an updated wooden thumb hole stock available for it.

    What others should know:

I also purchased a high pressure hand pump, to fill it it took me about 20 minutes from zero pressure to 3000 psi and I am a decent sized guy at 6 ft and 250 lbs.

    Things I liked:

My first air rifle (after the Air Sabor). Surprised at the accuracy, but you need a scope and 11mm rings. A little heavy, but maybe that's standard on PCPs like this. A lot of gun for the money. Provides a lot of shots per charge.

    Things I would have changed:

Needs to come with even open sights as standard or a package with a scope.

    What others should know:

I bought the .177 cal on sale. Not sure at this point if it's really strong enough to hunt anything.

    Things I liked:

I like the adjustable comb, the trigger and the sound moderator.

    Things I would have changed:

A side lever action would improve the shooting experience.

    What others should know:

This is a big rifle and it just fits inside my largest case. There is a sharp parting line at the rear of the trigger guard that you will want to address right away - easy to fix. If your scope sits over the loading port, you will want to use the magazine - the single shot tray is hard to use. My rifle does well with JSB pellets - Crosman Premiers are hard to seat - YMMV

    Things I liked:

basically the AR15 of the airgun world, the modifications are endless and you can customize it into a 1000$ rifle.

    Things I would have changed:

the weight is harsh compared to the Hatsan Flash but with the added power it's worth it, not good for walking all day in the woods though.

    What others should know:

The JSB .25 caliber slugs will not fit in the stock barrel, they jam.

    Things I liked:

This inexpensive air rifle is amazing for the price. Being regulated means it is very consistent shot to shot for about 60 to 70 rounds. I bought the .177 version because it's for target shooting and plinking. With the single shot magazine I get quarter inch groups at 50 yards with most pellets. It's rough at first for cocking but smooths out with use. The trigger is excellent when adjusted properly.

    Things I would have changed:

Better quality control, and a distributor who cares about customer service (no reflection on Pyramid air, who have been great). The 10 shot magazines are poorly made and tend to damage the pellets, making consistent accuracy impossible.

    What others should know:

The first rifle I received had a defective regulator. Pyramid just replaces the whole unit rather than send repair parts, no problem with that, they sent a new one promptly. The second rifle had issues as well: inoperable magazine, loose shroud and various screws also not tightened, missing cosmetic spacer, and scratches on the shroud. I called Umarex customer service and had a disappointing experience. Fellow I spoke to not only seemed to be not knowledgeable, but only suggested returning yet another gun instead of supplying replacement parts. I had previously emailed customer service about replacement parts and been given his phone number. If this had been one of the $1,000 plus guns they distribute I would have been livid. As it was, I decided to live with it and do repairs myself. I'd check to see what brands they handle before ordering one of those. Pyramid will make it right but it should be good from new.

    Things I liked:

Accuracy with cheap ammo! I am getting 3/4" groups at 50 yards with Gamo Tomahawk 7.9gr. Solid stock and decent trigger.

    Things I would have changed:

Needs a barrel band. I fashioned one from a small piece of rubber washer hose to act as a spacer/grip and 2 heavy duty zip ties around the entire fore end. Barrel doesn't budge.

    What others should know:

Good value, great entry level PCP rifle.

    Things I liked:

It has excellent balance, and great grouping at 25-yards. It is a truly good PCP rifle for the money.

    Things I would have changed:

As with a CO2 Umarex rifle I purchased earlier, the rotary magazine is trouble-prone in allowing stacking of one pellet on to another if the bolt is not exactly managed. This requires ramming a rod down the barrel to dislodge the pellets. I do not recommend using the rotary magazine unless your luck is better than mine. On the other hand, the Umarex rifle comes with a single pellet tray which works perfectly.

    What others should know:

I ordered the bundle which included a Athlon 4-12 x 40 scope. The scope is terrific, easy to zero, and spares the shooter from having to use a spotter scope to see where a shot landed. I highly recommend the scope. It is very clear and easy to judge groupings.

    Things I liked:

First of all I have a .25 gauntlet. I alos have a beeman 1317 single shot .177. the first one went back for leaking air. the second one (out of warrente ) leaks Replaced all o rings still leaks. Now the gauntlet .177 it is great Does Not Leak ithas been holding over thirty days. What I like best is I stoped shoting it after 80 shots and it stillwas above 2000psi. I usualy shot down to 1800psi on my .25 and 1500psi on .22 and .177. I did not put it over a cronograph yet its 30 to 40 temps.

    Things I would have changed:

I will add a barrel band on it but to be fair it is extreamly accurate.

    What others should know:

I yrdered mine when on sale for $179.99.That is a deal. I got the $10 for 10 option a good Idea to prevent geting a gun that leaks. I did not buy my beeman 1317 from Pyramid air. My mistake will not happen again $10 for10 or $20 for 20 with scope worth every penney.

    Things I liked:

For the price it's going for this purchase is a no brainer and can't be beat. Purchased mine with the 10 for 10 deal and that will be the only way I will buy from P/A, rifle is a tack driver. I'm using a hand pump and always thought I was in pretty good shape until After pumping up my gauntlet.lol

    Things I would have changed:

I don't understand why they don't sell it with a barrel band instead of customers having to buy aftermarket ones elsewhere, it's a MUST have for this rifle.

    What others should know:

Pretty unlimited with what extras there are like bigger tanks and many add ons, but like I said for the price of the .117 it can't be beat and I'm very happy with my purchase.

    Things I liked:

Accuracy, power, weight balance, adjustable trigger. I have the .177 and it's bullseye on target at 20 yrds without even trying with Air Arms Field Heavy 10.34 gr pellets and UTG 3-12x44 SWAT AO scope.

    Things I would have changed:

Cocking effort is stiff and gritty. It's smoothing out though. Barrel band to prevent POI shifts from bumping the barrel. I have installed the Hajimoto stripper and baffle stack. Hopefully that stiffens things up.

    What others should know:

I got this on sale at $180. I couldn't pass that up.
