Things I liked:

You'll get a lot of shots per CO2 cartridge, and the gun is very comfortable in the hand.

Things I would have changed:

The trigger is a little stiff, and adjustable sights would be nice.

What others should know:

Add a dot sight, and you'll have a lot more fun with this pistol.

Things I liked:

***Note : I purchased this, along with the "two-tone metal slide" version*** The overall look and feel of the pistol was what I expected. It's light, handy, and the BBs come out of the business end a little faster than most. For a BB gun, it's remarkably accurate out to 5 meters. This model is all plastic, non-blowback so I don't feel terrible about tossing it in the back of the truck when I'm done playing "tough guy" against an angry mob of soda bottles.

Things I would have changed:

I purchased this pistol with the "10-point inspection". The inspectors didn't catch the one issue driving me batsh#t crazy with this particular pistol : The magazine consistently unlocks itself after a couple of shots. I would probably insist that the manufacturer figure out a better way to secure the magazine when firing. It's not a ding on Pyramid, but Pyramid knows full well that customers will blame them first and always for everything, including their own lousy shooting experiences.

What others should know:

The two-tone metal slide version of this pistol has been excellent thus far. Perhaps this particular all plastic version was a possible lemon...I'll be taking it apart to see what I can find, and I will pass this information on to team Pyramid.

    Things I liked:

Nice casual plinker for the money. Well made, and only a few ounces lighter than the real M9 empty. The fiber optic dots are good and bright. I'm getting over 60 shots per C02 cartridge at 70F. With Crosman Black Widow BB's it's accurate enough to put ten rounds in a 1" group at 10 meters offhand. More than acceptable for a DAO smoothbore BB slinger. Chrono says velocity is an average of 446fps. Pretty sporty. Overall a good shooter and 100% reliable after nearly 500 rounds.

    Things I would have changed:

    Nothing

    What others should know:

If you have a Crosman C11, the magazines will fit and function in the Steyr, an unexpected bonus. I mounted a UTG laser on the rail. Works well.

    Things I liked:

Great velocity performance. Velocity did not meet spec using 5.1 gr zinc coated BBs but consistently shot over 400 fps. Black color is not my favorite but looks good on the Steyr. Very light weight at 13.9 oz on my scale. Reliable CO2 cylinder piercing. Did not loose any CO2 in piercing. Easy BB loading. Good rear sights; Neon green rear sight is very visible for aiming. Love the price.

    Things I would have changed:

Trigger is not smooth and 'catches' along the way to firing point. This easily takes getting used to. The pistol shoots a little high but is consistently accurate once you practice and compensate. The Steyr is double action, onIy. I measured 6 lbs 14 oz of trigger pull. Blowback would have been nice. Steyr is one of the premier firearms manufacturer. I expected more quality in an airgun with their name on it. I would like to have seen a higher velocity reached, since this is a non-blowback pistol. There are a number of non-blowback CO2 BB pistols out in the market that deliver much better velocity, but not at this price-point.

    What others should know:

I did not track CO2 usage but I noted about 3-4 magazine loads (up to 76 shots) before changing CO2 cylinder. Shoots a little high but managed to put 5 of 5 shots in a 2" ring at 10 feet. 4 of 5 shots from 18 feet were within a 2" ring. Velocity performance is good, although I never reached the 449 fps spec. Using zinc coated 5.1 gr BBs Max Velocity= 416 fps, Lo Velocity=403 fps, Average Velocity was 410.15 fps, SD was 3.52 fps, Variance was 12.44 fps over a 19 shot string using a fresh CO2 cylinder. The bottom line on this pistol is that you just cannot beat the price. If you are on a budget, it is well worth taking the time to get more proficient with the heavy trigger pull of this Steyr. I have a pre-order in with PA for the other model (with the silver slash on the non-slide). The pistol is well worth the price.

    Things I liked:

Looks good, feels good in the hand, price okay.

    Things I would have changed:

The trigger is poor. I know it's a budget BB gun but the trigger pull is really a negative in what could have been an exceptional BB pistol.

    What others should know:

    Like I said...not a great trigger.

Excellent well made pistol, heavier than some the same size. Grip is comfortable for extra large hands, in good light rear sight transmits light to both sides of sight appearing as two green dots. Clip is steel and works well.

    Things I would have changed:

    nothing

    Things I liked:

Inexpensive and easily runs through 10+ magazines of BB's. The cheapest gun I own and the easiest mags to load.

    Things I would have changed:

    Better trigger.

    What others should know:

For the price it really is superb. Get extra mags.

    Things I liked:

I like everything about the gun except the sights and the low weight. Nice duplicate of my real Steyr M9A1 of than sights and weight. I am buying one anyway and will try to find a means to increase the weight.

    Things I would have changed:

I want to use this as an indoor practice pistol to match my real Steyr M9A!. The real pistol weighs 26 oz. while this one is only 18.72. That much weight difference and the totally different sights drastically reduces the value of this pistol as a practice tool. My Umarex copy of the Walther PPS weighs 22 oz (fully loaded and with the CO2 cartridge in place) and the real one is 20oz. Practice is feasible. While I'm sure that a rifled barrel would add greatly to the cost, I wonder how much difference it would make at five yards or less in my basement.

This is the most accurate of my Co2 pistols in a benchmark (Legends Makarov, S&W M&P R8, Umarex XBG, Umarex Steel Storm and Steyr M9A1). It is well balanced and has a predictable trigger.

    Things I would have changed:

    Nothing.

Replica, I like the looks and feel. Great fiber optics sites, although plastic, it is quality polymer. Chrono 384 fps avg.

    Things I would have changed:

A bit expensive considering no blowback, or metal. Should be more fps, over 400.

    What others should know:

It accepts my crosman 19rd metal magazines (from C11, and M&P bb pistol).
