This is a great 1911 style replica pistol. The addition of this pistol brings my collection of 1911s up to a total of 14. Yes! I am a 1911 collector :-). Great Coyote color. Field takedown is realistic. Weight is also realistic. Very comfortable handling and the blowback has enough power to feel realistic. You WILL feel the jump!!

The only thing I would change is to put adjustable sights on this pistol. Accuracy is hampered by having to compensate so much while shooting. The four star Accuracy rating is due to the inability to use the sights properly, since they are not adjustable.

Data was gathered using Caldwell Crony. I lubed the slide with Molly before using. Performance was measured using a 6 shot string. The pistol met spec with a Max Velocity of 309 fps and an average of 303.6 fps. The SD was 2.8 fps. Shot count averaged about 3+ clips to depletion of CO2 (about 54 shots). Full blowback performance was solid with power to spare. Very impressive velocity for a full blowback CO2 pistol. Accuracy was hampered by consistently shooting about 2-1/2" low at 10 feet and aprox 4.5" low at 18 feet. With compensation I could hit the 2" ring 2/3rds of the time, but that much compensation is difficult. I will have to figure out a way to change or adjust the sights to make this pistol usable for plinking. Its a shame this pistol does not have adjustable sights. It is a fun shooter but having to compensate for the sights is frustrating. This would have been a 5 star rating if it were not for the sights.

I like the 1911s , they have interchangeable parts (including magazines) and field strip is similar to the real one. This one has all warning texts well positioned out of sight, the safe is short and locks in position avoiding being activated by an unwanted movement of your thumb. It has a relatively smooth trigger, nice white dot sights, looks good and feels good in the hand. The accuracy is fair. I mean FAIR when the POI (Point Of Impact) is not low and requiring just little adjustment in any direction. POOR when the POI is low and/or requiring significant adjustment in any direction.

The position of the picatinny rail doesn't allow the use of a standard hard shell holster (Matrix). Since most replica air pistols don't have good accuracy (few exceptions), the replica industry should consider offering an option to install a reflex sight or at least an easy full adjustable rear sight in order to follow the evolution of this sport. There is nothing more important in a gun than to allow the POI to hit the P.O.A (Point Of Aim). A laser fixes this problem on pistols with poor accuracy, but then you can't practice other kind of shooting.

The 17-BB magazine allows to anchor the follower when loading. Clean the barrel before shooting the first time to improve precision. With the usual 60 rounds/CO2, the 4th magazine is weak, you may consider using more magazines to give recovering time (I used 15 BB / magazine).

This is a good replica to practice with, has a good blow back and keeps the slide back on the last shot. Using four magazines in a rapid-fire sequence, it allows the shots of first & second set of magazines to land inside a 3.75-inch circle at 19-20 feet and out of 15 shots, 13 to 8 shots inside the 2-inch bullseye. The spread increases a little after the second magazine set. I used the Hornady Black Diamond.

Until the day this industry produces an accurate pellet pistol with good trigger, good blow back and having the slide locking back on the last shot, this BB pistol is a good option to practice when you don't want to go to the range.

Excellent fit & finish. Looks and feels like the real thing. Don’t expect much from it as far as accuracy. It is wha it is. It’s great good looking, good feeling training pistol. Go shoot your 1911 3-4-7 days a week instead of every few months or less.

This pistol is better than I thought it would be. The innovative magazine design and the fact that the manual of arms is freakishly similar to a centerfire 1911 makes the overall experience outstanding and familiar all at the same time.

There's just enough recoil to remind you to use your fundamentals. But the ease of shooting makes you want to stick with it all day. Next time you have a day off, get a box of CO2 cartridges, bottle of 6,000 BBs, and bring enough aluminum cans to wear yourself out feeling like a kid again.

Overall, it is a good purchase. Though when it is cold out the CO2 will bleed out after one shot. You will need to eject the clip and reinsert it and re-tighten the cartridge

This gun is great for training with my grandkids. I plan on purchasing another one. I really like its balance and feel.

The Sig Emperor has an authentic feel to it. Controls feel good. Blowback is crisper than others I've used - I like that. Accuracy is not exceptional,but decent. CO2 usage is good. I wish there were magazines available. A good replica BB airgun.

Make it in a rifled barrel pellet model.

Fun to shoot, easy to use, nice heft although the grip safety didn't work.

This is a very realistic copy of an actual 1911. The fit and function is just like the real thing. I am averaging 2 inch groups at 30 feet. I can recommend this.
