    Things I liked:

Over all, this is one of the excellent product.

    Things I would have changed:

It is a set-back when loading b.b. when it compare to other CO2 powered products, and I am building a shoulder stock for this pistol, and the manufacturer should also push in the BULK-FILL device, for it is a full-auto.

    What others should know:

Prepare a lot of CO2 tube.

    Things I liked:

Everything"I have the non blowback M7 but when I saw the video on the blow back I knew I had to get one.It is amazing how the full auto mode works. The gun has plastic grips that one would be hard pressed to think they were not real wood. There is even a slot for the Mauser type stock,I think it is for cosmetic purposes only.I liked the gun so much I bought an other one.Thats how much I liked it.

    Things I would have changed:

The separate Allen key co2 charger, easier loading of clip, a larger capacity magazine,

    What others should know:

It takes getting used to loading the clip,I made a loading stand which holds two clips, but I found by using a simple telescoping magnet tool and picking up as many bb's as will fit you just place the end of magnet to clip then simply push the bb's into the tight loading slot they go right in.Get the extra clip when avalible one clip is not enough.

    Things I liked:

The attention to detail is unbelievable. The weight and feel is so realistic you would think you were holding the real thing. This is a really awesome BB Pistol.

    Things I would have changed:

    Nothing.

    What others should know:

Be sure to have plenty of 12 Gram CO2 cartridges on hand. You will use up a cartridge after firing two magazines of BBs. I would also suggest purchasing spare magazines for non-stop action.

    Things I liked:

Overall I like this M712 replica. Except for the plastic grips, this pistol is all metal whereas the C96 was mostly plastic. The M712 magazine is a major improvement versus the C96 magazine. The working semi-auto / full auto selector switch is a very good feature. It's a heavy pistol, and the blowback recoil is very strong. From a bench rested position at 18 feet distance to target I got some very good 10 shot groupings. For six brands of BBs the group sizes ranged from 1" (Umarex) to 1 3/4" (Copperhead) for all 10 shots. I had two really bad shots with the Cybergun / Swiss Arms BBs, but the 8 remaining shots produced a group size of 1 1/8".

    Things I would have changed:

As other reviewers have pointed out, this pistol has a serious design and manufacturing defect. The manner in which the barrel and barrel shroud are attached makes this pistol very inaccurate. Despite the tight shot groupings, all of the shot groupings were off-target by at least 7/8" right and 1" high with the rear sight adjustment in its lowest position. I have not yet attempted any of the repairs suggested by other reviewers.

    What others should know:

I used the following BBs in my shot tests: Crosman Copperhead, Umarex Steel, Daisy Premium, Daisy Avanti, Marksman, Firepower Gold, and Cybergun / Swiss Arms. Be very careful when shooting this pistol in full auto mode! The rate of fire is very fast, and the repetitive recoil makes it kick up! When shooting full auto, make sure you have a big enough target to hit so that you don't hit something you do not want to hit, especially if you are shooting it indoors. Although I like this pistol, I am disappointed by the flawed design and inaccuracy. Umarex never should have accepted these pistols for distribution. The manufacturer should issue an immediate recall and fix the design flaw. I've rated this pistol lower for that reason. I do not recommend this pistol in its current design. If you want a Mauser Broomhandle replica, buy the Legends C96 instead.

    Things I liked:

The most fun you'll have shooting an auto pistol without paying thousands of dollars and waiting for a 6 month tax stamp (200.00). PLUS, you don't have to go to the range!!! Just the cool factor is off the charts, then its' fully functional as well!!! A must have for any collection.

    Things I would have changed:

Wish the mag held 2 CO2 canisters instead of just one - YOU WILL burn thru the CO2. You'll average about 2 mags per 1 CO2 cartaridge!!! But hell, you get to burp out 18 bb's in less than a second. Definately worth the CO2 bulk pack!!

    What others should know:

Accuracy only out to about 18 feet or so, but this is a FUN GUN, NOT A HUNTER!

    Things I liked:

Quite realistic with a hefty feel and lifelike (within reason) recoil. Too much fun when firing on full automatic. It's addictive. Very high giggles-to-bucks factor.

    Things I would have changed:

Make it easier to load BBs into the magazine. Add a 30-round magazine because the 18-rounder only lasts about a second when you're rock-n-rolling.

    What others should know:

It chews up CO2 cartridges BIG time, but the fun factor makes it worth the expense. My first gun blew an internal seal after about 10 C02 cartridges. Pyramyd Air replaced it with no questions asked and the second one seems fine so far.

At this time, I can't say what I like or dislike about this product. It was defective out of the box and I returned it for replacement. I hope that when I receive the replacement, it will work and give me a better opportunity to review.

    The looks, weight and feel

    Things I would have changed:

Quality control is not there. Gun is a great conversation piece or wall hanger and that is it.

    What others should know:

My first gun would not lock and stop firing after last bb and would blow out all my co2. I sent it back for a same replacement. The second gun was also no good, leaked out every co2 I pierced and never got to fire the gun once. Also the barrel installation is sloppy and a poor design. Sent back for refund. I do recommend this gun. PA is super with refunds or exchanges.

    What others should know:

The first gun I received would not lock and stop firing after the last BB and would blow out my co2. I returned it for another and the second gun had a defective seal in the magazine. It blew out and wasted three co2 cartridges in a row in minutes. Sending back for a refund after two bad guns in a row. PA is super with refunds and it is not their fault.

    Things I liked:

This pistol is awesome, it is the most realistic bb pistol i have ever owned. The only way you could be any more acurate is to buy a real c96, it evan disassembles like the real firearm (no screws except for the hand grip). Do your self a favor and buy one you wont be disapointed

    Things I would have changed:

The only thing this gun needs is a higher capacity magazine. Its cyclic rate is so high its hard to do bursts without doing a mag dump!

    What others should know:

Buy lots of co2, this gun is adicting.

    Things I liked:

It is really heavy and a lot of fun to shoot, it drew a lot of attention at the range and everyone was asking where I got it.

    Things I would have changed:

I would make the front sight higher and the rear sight windage adjustable because mine shoots six inches high and two inches to the left with the rear sight all the way down, but does group good at 15-30 feet.

    What others should know:

Just the same with the barrel screw, lock tite and once I got used to the loading it was not bad. I have no idea what the button on the right side of the receiver is for. Make sure the button pops up on the selector after changing from single to full and back.

    Rating 4.04.0 4.0

    Things I liked:

Heavy and well detailed. Every feature works as original. Reasonable trigger, great safety and full auto fun! (Though I wish the rate of fire was slower, it really rips.) Grips are the best fake wood I have ever seen. It is the best replica air gun of this model to date. I ordered a spare magazine, both mags are gas tight! Collectors, grab one without delay!

    Things I would have changed:

Like someone else has said, the barrel retaining screw on my gun was loose when it arrived. A small bit of blue Loctite will help. (Do not use red thread locker.) Only snug-up the screw, do not over tighten. My gun shoots high, even with the rear sight fully lowered.

    What others should know:

If you lock the magazine follower down, it is easy to overload the magazine. If you do, the gun will fire the first BB, but then fail to feed due to the follower hanging up in it's slot. (The Tanfoglio Witness does the same thing if overloaded.) Also, loading the BBs through the sharp lips of the magazine can get downright painful. Perhaps using a speed loading tube would help.

Love the look and the heft. I have not yet fired this gun, see below.

    Things I would have changed:

The detent to hold down the magazine follower, see below.

    What others should know:

I can not hold down the mag follower so as to load the mag.The small tab on the follower will not stay in it's notch, it keeps snapping back up. I bought an extra magazine (costly), and it doesn't hold down either. I'm sending them back for replacement. Hopefully I'll be able to shoot this thing! Can't wait!!!

    Things I liked:

This is the coolest bb gun I've ever owned! The weight is very solid and realistic. The finish is identical to the Tangfolio Witness. Detail is second to none. The grips look like real wood. I wanted to make a set of Walnut grips but am in no hurry as these look perfect. First shot through the chronograph was 371 fps and second 369. It seems to be very accurate at my 10 meter range. It loads the bb's in the square notch when the spring is held all the way down. The full auto mode it way to much fun.

    Things I would have changed:

    Nothing!!!!!

    What others should know:

When I received the pistol I noticed the outer barrel had a little wiggle to it. I noticed a tiny set screw on the underside that holds this barrel on. I tightened it gently and it was indeed quite loose. It tightened the barrel right up. However,it loosen right up within a few shots and the pistol started to shoot high. ( the barrel dropped) I made a tiny (about the size of a pin head) brass shim and double taped it on the lower side of the outer barrel sleeve, lifting the barrel as high as it could go and making it fit very tight into the frame as well. Degreased the threads and tiny allen bolt. It shoots a perfect 1 1/2 inch bulls eye at 10 yards with the rear sight adjusted all the way down. If nothing else just be sure you use gun tight on that tiny bolt or you will loose it.
