I like the adaptability from pistol to carbine. It's great for backyard plinking

The barrel should be threaded instead of the plastic shroud, I had to shim my barrel a little to keep pellets from clipping the moderator.

It's short, compact, and real quiet with a donnyfl moderator on it.

Jet2 . Light weight, compact. Left side cocking. Smooth trigger.comes with adapter for end of barrel. ( you will want a moderator thing is cannon loud). This gun worked properly right out of box.

Adjustable site. Plastic site wobbly.

Get alot of shots. 5 to 6 mags. Per fill. 2 mags. With gun. Mags. Are easy to load seem to be a good quality. Have used pellets as big as ultra shock heavy diabolo jsb match.

Get a Umarex Notos unless you want to waste your money for a hunk of cheap brittle plastic that doesn't shoot.

I received the the gun and initial inspection, it's seemed as if it was a used item. Closer inspection, I noticed it had tooling marks all through the barrel and was seeping oil through the receiver. First shots confirmed that the barrel was indeed damaged. Pellets were erratic and it was impossible to sight in with stock sights. Would not hit paper 10 feet away. Sent in for a replacement, which was a huge pain. The replacement arrived and behold, the gun was in the same exact condition. They advertise the gun having a top picc/dovetail rail, but it is just a faux rail. The picatinny slots are too small and the dovetail is too deep to mount anything on it. When trying to mount on the pic rail, they immediately broke off with next to no pressure. After contacting Kadden at HatsanUSA and explaining it's condition, I asked for refund and immediately was denied. I was told that I modified the gun (the pieces that broke). The then offed to work on it for $50/hr. This gun is a scam STAY AWAY

Top dove tail is made from plastics and should be aluminum.

This is an awesome little gun! A lot of bang for the buck, if you know what I mean. I wanted a pistol. I got a pistol and a carbine. I love the adjustable/detachable stock. The grip feels great in the hand. Comes with a couple mags. Has a single shot tray! Sights aren't bad but it's getting a better optic for carbine mode. The trigger feels great. Mine came with a male-to-male 1/2 20 adapter for a moderator, cool! No leaking issues and a breeze to fill. Just pop off the foster fitting dust cover, unscrew the lower cylinder end cap and fill her up. Didn't need the included extended QD. Taking into consideration it only has a 7" barrel it's an accurate gun with good ammo. It's easy to carry around in the field and hold enough air for plenty of shots for an outing. Six mags in the sweet spot from 80cc. I only fill it to 225 BAR so the first shot lands where I want it to every time, love it.

Ditch the 11mm for a picatinny rail and the mags are a little fiddly but not the worst for sure. They are kind of small so...

The lower air cylinder was loose on mine out of the box. I just backed it off, checked the O-ring for any damage, greased up the O-ring with some silicone grease and screwed it back on to the gun. I filled it up to 250 BAR and leak tested it with some soapy water. All is well in the leak dept.

Decent fit can’t wait to sight it in.

The gauge didn’t/doesn’t work (new out of the box), I have a compressor that has a working gauge. QC should have caught this before it shipped out in my humble opinion. It needs a holster.

They need to improve the quality, this model has a lot of issues. This is the worst Hatsan I ever had.

This model has a lot of issues, leaking air and accuracy is really bad.

This packs a punch for an air pistol. Got the .25 caliber & set it up with a red dot / side mount flashlight. I live in a rural area. Invasive & pests are everywhere. So far I have put down large field rats & European doves. I use K-hornet pellets- accuracy is great. It’s become a favorite. I rigged a sling & when out in the property it’s on my shoulder. This is a compact accurate package. My tiny wife loves it as it is compact & easy to use with plenty power for an air pistol . I imagine that I will purchase a couple more in different calibers, gift for the son & one to keep handy in the barn.

Make it easier to fill. Truly a struggle to remove the hose after filling. Some type of suppressor.

Get spare clips - get a compressor. These are a blast to shoot. Get plenty pellets!!

This is my second try at a Hatsan Jet II. Again, absolutely in love with the ergonomics...super comfy carbine,very light. Can't beat the price, sort of.

It can fire a projectile in the general direction of a target, but this is now the second Jet II that has issues. This Jet II cannot hit a dollar bill twice at 10yds. This is after being thoroughly cleaned, using a known good scope and a rest. If you got a Hatsan Jet II and it is working well for you consider yourself lucky...apparently, I am not. I have a hard time believing all the positive reviews online for the Jet II...it doesn't seem likely that I just happened to get two lemons.

Don't waste your time and money. It is a shame, this gun fits like a glove. I wish Hatsan had put a little more effort into this. I am grateful PyramydAIR has a generous return policy.

I love the form factor of the Jet II, I love the feel and how ergonomic it is. I love the price. It doesn't shoot straight, but it is consistent if you can figure out how to aim it.

1) It does not shoot straight. I have already had my first Jet II replaced by PyramydAIR, and it has exactly the same problem. It shoots so far low and to the left that no amount of scope shimming can compensate. I think this is because the barrel cowl isn't straight so when you mount the scope it doesn't line up. Regardless, brand new, out of the box, a nearly unusable product. 2) It is cheaply made. Yes, it is only $250, but I would have paid more for a better made version of this. I am kinda shocked and will likely stay away from Hatsan in the future.

I returned my original Hatsan Jet II for a replacement, but the replacement had the same issue. Maybe this is a bad run or quality control missed something. Regardless, dealing with PyramydAIR is always a pleasure.

Comfortable, accurate carbine or pistol.

It is loud. Maybe some metal for rigidity in the receiver area.

I like the look and feel as well as my grandson whom which this was for. Unfortunately this is the second one I will be returning due to slow leaks.

How compact how light the gun feels also has good power in 22 got this gun and many extras to go with it dirt cheap bullseye bucks Black Friday deals etc couldn’t pass it up been looking at this gun for a long time

Once. You figure out how to stop all the air leaks the gun has and the foster fill fitting sticking open it’s a fun gun for nailing rats happy I purchased it

Was looking for a portable carbine/pistol conversion that's powerful yet small enough to fit in my hiking pack. This fits the bill. Came with 2 magazines, replacement o rings, a fill adapter, and a moderator adapter. Filled it and took it out to test as soon as I got it. 3/4 inch groups at 25 feet. For me, Hatsan products have usually been hit or miss. But this one was a bullseye. It will be my pack gun for backup, my main gun is a Notos when hiking the back country. But this is a good emergency backup. I'm impressed with the power.

The sights could be lower, and a moderator would be a nice addition to the in box accessories bundle. Bigger magazine capacity. I do have a few spare sortie mags, and they fit great, so I'm not really worried.

I hear a lot of complaints about inaccuracies, this can be remedied by cleaning and/or polishing the barrel, as a lot of new airgun barrels are filthy from the manufacturing process.

The size and weight, good accuracy at 15 yards but falls off fast at distance.

Larger mags, better shot count, to have two pressure tubs it should hold its air better.

I have several Hatsan's PCP's and they all are very good, this one however I, to do all over again would not by, way to much money.

Hard to say what I like about it. Received the gun and aired it up right away to find a leak. This is my second Jet 2, my first Jet 2 also had malfunction, so I returned it. Unfortunately, this second one was leaking, and I will be returning it for good. (Never even got to shoot it/sight it in...) Love how small it is, stock attachment can be taken off by clips.

Bigger tank for more rounds... I get it, it's made to be small & lightweight but not really worth it having to air up after 3 mags, 4th mag is pushing it- lower FPS.

Don't get me wrong. I have friends who owned this Jet 2, I've shot it and its accurate. Just my luck to received two bad ones in a roll.

Things I like, a little over 20 ft lb of energy, 30 rounds plus per fill, easy trigger adjustment, flip up open sights.

I would like to be able to change the grip to a vertical smooth sided grip as found on a 1911.45.

I find the jet2 starting out at 250 bar will give me 30 shots and still be at 125 bar, with a 25.39 jsb pushed at 623 ft per second equals 21.88 ft pounds of energy. Most of my shooting is inside of 30 yards at that distance 3/4 in bulls eye are easily achievable. Has 50 yd a 16 oz soda can has no Escape. I lightened up the trigger and it still has a little creep, but that is so soft has to be easy to pull with a clean and predictable break. Also if you decide you want more than six shots in your magazine I have found that the Hatsan sortie magazines fit beautifully thus giving me 10 rounds per mag three mags per fill. This one is a keeper.

I actually prefer the use of polymers for basic construction (when practical) and I believe Hatsun did a great job designing and building this model! I will have more to add, once I've had time to put it thru it's paces, and that is why I only gave the gun a 3 on accuracy. From review of YouTube films, written reviews and personal experience, I have no doubt that this little shooter will be more than accurate enough.

The only changes I would make would be to alter the size/shape of the grip. While I like the style, my hands are XL and I find the grip to be too small for me. I'll get used to it and will make it work for me. Again, for the price, the Jet II covers all the bases!
