It has heft to it, it might be plastic but it feels really good in your hands. The quad rails are a definite plus, I'm going to cover them with Magpul XTM Enhanced rail covers. The included grip feels great and C-Clamping just feels so good with it, I'll only replace it with a Magpul RVG. The sights are actually decent, I mostly use the 0-2 aperture however, these might go in favor of some Magpul MBUS Gen 2's. The 14 CCW threads on the end are covered by the faux muzzle device. You can mount a suppressor, a QD adapter, and I think even a barrel extension(?). I'll definitely be getting a can. Full auto is fun, semi is pretty accurate, safe is safe. The pistol grip is great, I doubt I'll replace it unless I get a Magpul MOE-K grip. The magazine stores your allen key and that is awesome. The fact that the mag does not free-fall is a plus as you do NOT want to drop your mag. The speedloader works just don't be too rough with it, break it in with some Black Diamond Hornady BBs

The proprietary stock which really resembles the Magpul UBR would have to go. I would have opted for a standard AR-15 buffer tube further increasing customization options. That said, the stock isn't bad but it has no sling points and carrying this gun does get tiresome believe it or not. If a magpul UBR fits on to it I'd love to know so I can slap it on and have my sling point. As of now you can really only use a 1-point sling mounted to a side rail. The trigger pull is a little too heavy for my liking and has a relatively long reset. This makes accurate double-taps nigh impossible because you have to jerk the trigger to do it fast enough. I would have liked for both pins holding the upper and lower receiver to have been captive instead of just the rear one. The sights are not spring-loaded flip-up, but for the price it's a minor nitpick.

It takes-down just like a real AR. You'll get your money's worth, especially if it's on sale. Get more mags if you wish, but the speedloader makes it a breeze to get back to shooting. Glad to have bought this on Pyramyd Air, will definitely buy here again. Yes, I like Magpul.

easier method to load BB's,

the speed loader is junk and only works part time and I'm too afraid to break the plastic to try and make work.

I like the ability to use accessories for the AR-15/M-16 so that the feel of the rifle is similar to a actual M-16.

I wish the cyclic rate was similar to the M-16/M-4, currently it so fast that it is very difficult to obtain a 3 shot burst. Best I could do was 6 shots and I can normally achieve 2 shot bursts with a M-16. It could also use a better trigger as it is heavier then what is normally encountered on a AR-15 or M-16. I also wish that the magazine loader was of higher quality, even using Crossman BB's the loader would get stuck and the plunger that is pushed feels like it is going to break at any time.

Buy lots of CO2 and BB's and at least one spare magazine.

Full auto, how can you not like it?

I bought the gun and .177 bb's and very first shot got jammed into the barrel at the action. Was able to pop it back out using a hanger wire, but what's up? Tried the help chat, and it went away.so.... where to now?

This gun has been great fun for my grandson and I. He loves the full auto fire feature.

It is well designed for what it is. The documentation that comes with the product is very poorly written and the font is way to small to acutually read. This is especially true for my older eyes. So I would include full page documentation or on line access to the documentation.

The auto loader is a nice feature but does take some getting used too. It is not made of strong material so be careful when using. Patience is a requirement when using it. Buy some extra mags. They are pricey but makes the shoot time more fun. Sites are not great, but Will do for backyard plinking.

Everything about the gun except the speedloader. Realism. Rate of fire. Feel. My military friends have been very impressed.

Provide a speedloader which functions properly, or a magazine which has a spring lock so that you can load BBs more than one at a time. The speedloader that Crosman included took all the fun out of the gun when it jams almost every time you try to load BBs.

Be prepared for frustration with the speedloader. Some say it works better over time. It should work properly out of the box. Pyramid can do nothing to help. They only give you the phone number to talk to Crosman about getting a replacement.

Looks great ,handles well.

Sights are not the best, shoots way low ,but no way to adjust front sight. BB loader is cheap plastic, hard to load magazine, feels like it could break at any time.

If you are looking for a m4 style platform in a bb gun look no further this is the real deal.crossman did their homework on this nugget.looks great shoots great.even the follower on the magazine isint that hard to hold down with your fingernail.got a holographic sight for mine looks way cool.

This is the closest I can get to the real thing. Great fun to shoot, well made, and accurate.

I didn't have much luck with the speedloader that came with the SBR so I made my own 25 round speedloaders out of plastic straws and foam earplugs, they work great.

Good ergonomics, reliable functioning gun. Feels like an M 16, but cyclic rate is much higher on full auto. Gas cylinders loose power quickly, which means you should only fire a few short bursts before allowing temperature to normalize. Accuracy is as-expected for a BB rifle, kind of minute-of-pie plate at 50 feet.

My speed loader was defective from the start. It fed BBs with much difficulty, probably due to flashing on internal parts. After forcing it to feed a few times, the stem snapped, rendering it useless. Crossman has put me on a backorder list for a new one at no cost.

The resemblance and action of this bb rifle to the actual DPMS SBR is absolutely incredible. CROSMAN really stayed true to the look and feel making this bb rifle one of my most favorite Airguns to date! My most favorite part of this bb rifle has got to be shooting it in full auto mode. Not only is it fun letting this thing rip in full auto but the shot placements are extremely accurate! The power of this bb rifle is also pretty impressive, as well as the amount of shots you get. I hope CROSMAN eventually sells extra magazines in the near future Ill buy an easy 10 of them regardless of price. If CROSMAN sells extra magazines I guarantee the return rate of this bb rifle will definitely stop or simply keep the return percentage down, due to the fact that the magazine is the weak point of this Airgun.

Theres that little metal tooth on the magazine that the bolt catch is supposed to catch, I would of made it stronger maybe by giving it a better springs. The only other thing that I might have changed then again maybe not is making the bolt catch out of metal. These two pieces are pretty significant, especially the amount of abuse they take when shooting in full auto in particular.

IMPORTANT! BEWARE OF CO2 LEVELS! If you are using two 12 gram CO2s your first magazine should be shot in semi auto. Do not shoot your first 25 rounds in full auto! The EXTREME power of the CO2s will keep your bolt catch from actually catching, putting your bolt catch as well as that small metal tooth on your magazine under a lot of vigorous vibrations and violent strikes, which will only lead to failure. Also make sure not to shoot in full auto mode when your co2 levels are too LOW the same exact thing happens! JUST DO YOURSELF THE FAVOR and be AWARE OF YOUR CO2 LEVELS!

The speed loader broke after 2 days. The magazine broke after a week.

I would not buy this until they get the quality problems solved

Tons of fun. This is not a precision, shoot-a-flea-off-a-cows ass-at-a-hundred-yards competition rifle. Its for fun only, and this SBR lived up to that expectation.

....it lived up to that expectation, at least, until two days and about 500 rounds after I got it in the mail, and it started dry firing on me. One of the CO2 pins became recessed into the mechanism, and it was no longer able to pierce the CO2 cartridge. Pyramid was low on stock and couldnt replace the mechanism. End of fun. This was my first(and last) C02 gun I will buy.

Pay attention to the double cartridge Co2 mechanism. It fits two cartridges, and one side is supposed to go in first every time. I done remember if that was specified in the directions, but it is labelled on the cartridge holders which side goes in first. It took me several wasted C02 cartridges before I finally figured it out. Duh.

This is a great B.B. gun, feels almost like the real thing. The best part is it breaks down like a real AR15. I posted a few videos on Facebook me shooting this gun. Everyone loved it and wanted to know where I got it. I said the one the only Pyramid Air!

The magazine, dont really care for the way the Co2 are utilized.

Get this gun!!! The look, the feel, the weight, it's all perfect! It has power! and I added ALL my mods to the rails!

The auto loader gets jammed a little bit, so its not the best situation. The nub you draw back on the spring isn't possible to load BB's by hand but either way, its a small annoyance for a great gun.

This is lots of fun to shoot, I have added a tactical rifle scope, laser dot site and bypod for stability the attachment rails are the best, the feel and weight are perfect.

This is not a tack driver and the BB loader is not very good. Functions as designed and lots of fun to shoot. Neighbor hood sound acceptable. Get spare magazine and make this airgun your own two thumbs up.
