NP elite powerplant for 110 bucks WOW may i have another sir, tell you what guys and gals, if you like slinging pellets as i do this is the best value and very accurate hard hitter that we all strive to come across, just put 50 more through it and now have 120 on the clock total, so about half way through break in appx. and shes a shooter. chrono comin up, shootin cphp just for break in but am sure this will be a great hunter with h and n baracuda hunters 18 gr for the right results in the field and blastin stuff...
Things I would have changed:leave mag well off, wrong spot for resting rifle on its center balance point when resting on support device. very small gripe for what an accurate powerhouse this gun is, good job crosman
What others should know:keep tightening the screws as you go during break in, will loctite after break in, and please clean barrel before 1st shot.

The old school AR style stock, SBD moderator works well- it is quiet. Gas piston firing impulse is pretty smooth.
Things I would have changed:The polymer sights are crude but work. Out of the box accuracy at first was appalling 2-3" at 10m with both irons and scope. I could barely keep it on paper at 10m for the first 200 pellets. But it is starting to settle in now after 400 pellets or so. The number of "fliers" is going down gradually as I continue the break in. Trigger pull is gritty and I haven't been able to improve it by adjusting it as much as I tried. It takes some getting used to.
What others should know:.22 advertised as 975fps with lead. The lightest lead .22s I have are H&N Excite that are about 12.5 gn- they chrono'd at 710fps for me, the standard Crosman 14.5 gn clocked 660-670fps for me. Bear in mind I have only fired this gun a little less than 500 times so it is not fully broken in yet. Ergonomic stock, backyard friendly quiet, smooth nitro piston cocking and firing sequence, gritty 7lb trigger, crude sights, grossly underperfoms fps claims.

Everything. Price, accuracy, quality.
Things I would have changed:Metal sights instead of plastic.
What others should know:Buy this rifle before they go back up in price. I have the .22 and it thumps hard out to hundred yards and it is accurate to hundred yards maybe further. Easy to cock for thirteen and up a little heavy but that's needed for accuracy.

Very nice little hunting rifle. yes is will drop larger game like turkey and coyote. very quiet rifle and easy to cock. 22 cal with 1300 fps is pretty right on.
Things I would have changed:adjustable stock, my son is fine prone but not able to hole standing.

Accurate, solid built rifle. Looks great and shoots great.
Things I would have changed:For the price, nothing.
What others should know:Buy this today. This rifle is very accurate . I bought it without scope and installed a quality Simmons scope. If you're looking for a small game rifle that packs a punch , this is the one. Very impressed with penetration on hard targets.

well made, a bit heavy but not too bad, good sights...after shooting it twice to clear barrel, shot 3 pellets @ 10 yards, hit 1 in. low, 1 in left, but can be adjusted out with standard sights I'm sure. I will use this for pest control at 10-15 yards, freehand, so plenty accurate for my needs. Also has what appears as built in sling ability, but I'll not need them. Quieter than my (stolen) Gamo Used my old pellets, which worked well in my Gamo and then worked as well in Diamonback. First time with pistol grip and I really like it. Several others complained about sights but I feel confident in them for my uses (rats, squirrels, coons, etc) but not for target shooting perhaps. Trigger good out of box.
Things I would have changed:I'd like it with less weight on front end, but for my use not a big deal
What others should know:Because of pistol grip, have adjust my cocking routine a bit, but should get used to it soon. Is a bit heavy to cock, but not too bad

This rifle is just awesome. I love the accuracy and design! My grandson and I are both getting dime size groupings from about 40 yards out. Looking forward to going squirrel hunting with him, with this gun!
Things I would have changed:Nothing
What others should know:To all of the air rifle enthusiasts out there, buy this gun!

Just about everything. I have owned over 20 rifles in my lifetime and this one is the best of the best
Things I would have changed:Maybe a little lighter, or include a sling, and keep the scope to yourselves. What a piece of feces, Many other cheap good ones out there for a pellet gun
What others should know:Its heavy , get the sling from GAMO

I have the 177 version. It is a fantastic value for short, mid and long range shooting. Quality construction, ease of use, ergonomics, not pellet picky, quite, very powerful and accurate at all distances. I particularly prefer long distance shooting at 50, 100 and 100+ yards. Works great with Crosman 10.5's at under 50 yards. Works great with H&N Baracuda Match 10.65's at long distances even up to 150 yards. Make sure you fit it with a magnum power capable scope. Let's see how it does over years of use.....
Things I would have changed:Nothing, except sell it as a no scope option
What others should know:This is a really surprising air rifle in terms of operation, accuracy and power. The trigger is not bad even if you just use the adjustment screw. Gun is not pellet picky but it is definately true that certain pellets work better at certain distances than others. This gun gives you the option for more money set aside for a good scope to go with it.

I mounted scope immediately and it sighted in quite quickly at 20 yards. I will wait till I get over the break in period to make really fine adjustments to sight.
Things I would have changed:Nothing at this point. Have only run about 80 rounds through it.
What others should know:The gun is heavy for kids but great for adults. Very accurate out of the box. It does not have the occasional errant shot or two that my other pellet guns have had. Could be that the heavier .22 has something to do with it.

this rifle suits my requirements. I like Crosman as that repair parts are available and keeps the rifle in top shape. I ask, would you buy a car that cannot be repaired?

Design, power, and being non picky For pellet so shoots anything from crosman to JSB to H&N slugs.
Things I would have changed:How the sling swivel hit the barrel when cocking it with a sling on. Not a deal breaker tho!
What others should know:Awesome airgun for 150$ if you airgunning on a budget 150$, this platform gets you a powerful accurate 22 cal rifle.

I dont Know why this gun isnt Sold out. I bought one put a Tasco 3x9x40AO scope on it. Quarter size groupings all day at 35 yards. Love the look of it and the power it has. I was almost shooting through a 1x4 pine at 35 yards. This is one of my favorite .22 brake barrels hands down!
Things I would have changed:It has the crosman/Benjamin trigger. which I have grown used to from owning and shooting them since I was young. But some people have a problem with it.
What others should know:You should buy this for the price and the power it has. You cant Beat it. And change the scope.

So much easier to cock than my Crosman F4, .177 that I got from Walmart. I bought a Bug Buster scope with it and knew right away that I wouldn't like it because it was too short. You can only go so far back when your rear ring is utilizing the stop pin. Returned it. Put on my Centerpoint 3-9x32 so, the elevation adjustment for the reticle got stuck. I bottomed it out, so it's my own fault. Finally I put my Winchester 2-7x32 on it and now I'm on target. All I have to shoot is Crosman ammo, waiting for JSB to be in stock. That and the bearing trigger mod and i should be real accurate. Also, I grabbed a UTG AccuShot one piece mount. I'm getting one for all my scopes. I tried uploading a pic of my targets at 15 yards...
Things I would have changed:Make the open sights easily removable/upgradable. Take a lesson from the RC hobby.
What others should know:It's a bit heavy, but that can be a good thing. Practice with it.

I am amazed at how much accuracy power and quality I received for a hundred and fifty bucks. This gun has the third generation nitro piston which barely flinches the gun when fired. Couple that with the third-generation silencer that barely makes a whisper. And you've got everything you need entry level. I'm sure for $1,000 I could get more accuracy somewhere but no Target or Vermin so far have been missed buy me using just the hard sites. The trigger pull is very adjustable and I'm the guy that likes a 2 lb pull and I'm happy with it.
What others should know:Do not buy this for a kid who is irresponsible... Unless you like paying for broken windows and talking to cops..
