    Things I liked:

Well I had to send the first back because it could and would not shoot straight, my guess was a bad barrel. The new one shot fine. Not one complaint and would recommend any collecter to get one or two depending on shooting style.

    Things I would have changed:

Testing should not cost anything and will make sure the item shoots as it should.

    What others should know:

The 7.5 inch barrel is very accurate over the 5.5 inch barrel.

    Things I liked:

Really like this Revolver. Nice weight and balance. Nice power from it too. Mine was dead on out of the box. Nice amount of shots as well. I bought 30 extra "cartridges" and can just about get 72 shots out of one 12 gram cart. Depending on how fast I shoot. Great gun and looks good in my holster. Purchased Gun and carts from Pyramid Air. Great packaging and great service.

    Things I would have changed:

Send extra "cartridges Six just isn't enough!

    What others should know:

You'll want to buy extra cartridges. It's a hoot to unload and reload it.

    Things I liked:

It is a great replica and both the BB and pellet ones I got are still working after a lot of shooting.

    Things I would have changed:

    nothing

    What others should know:

Very good replica, it will click 4 times (COLT) if you start by pulling the trigger and then with the hammer held all the way forward.

I loved the balance and look of this pistol. Even looks great in the holster.

    Things I would have changed:

I'd like to see a choice of grips.

    What others should know:

This pistol is very accurate. Make sure to buy extra shells to add realism to your shooting experience.

    Things I liked:

I ordered one of these, and liked it so much that I bought another just so I could have a set to go with the holsters and leather belt that are available at Pyramyd Air. Weather you shoot them or just have then for display... you will enjoy them for years to come. These look and feel like the real thing! Fun to shoot and a joy to hang on the wall or with a belt and holster to hang on your bed post.

    Things I would have changed:

For the money... nothing really. But if they made it where the hammer closes all the way and with heaver made grips, it would be just about perfect... and it would be worth paying more.

    What others should know:

Get the belt... holsters and plenty of extra bullets that Pyramyd Air offers.

    Things I liked:

This is a beauty. Beautiful finish, feels so nice in the hand. Trigger may be the best of any gun I own. It literally is a Colt SAA chambered in .177. If you like single action, this is a must have.

    Things I would have changed:

    Nothing

    What others should know:

You don't have to take the cartridges out to load. You can just load it like the real thing. Plenty of room to get pellets loaded into the cartridges. Remember this is a fun gun. Its for plinking or just a display piece. Enjoy!

    Things I liked:

The spirit of Colt lives on in this replica pellet pistol. The feel. The weight. The action. The handling. Even duplicates the "sound" of the mechanics of the Colt. Very comfortable to shoot. Easy trigger pull. Amazingly accurate with both lead BB's and pellets. Excellent reproduction.

    Things I would have changed:

Offer it in a package with a holser/belt....

Excellent replica, just like all Umarex high end guns. Working on my wife for the 8" army.

    Things I would have changed:

    Not a thing!

    What others should know:

I've been buying all top end Umarex guns and they are all of excellent quality and built to last. Pyramid has also been excellent to deal with.

    Things I liked:

The weight, balance, action are all pretty exacting to the original colt. The performance is excellent. No jams. Easy loading cartridges. Fairly accurate at 25 -30 feet. The grip snaps into place and locks tight over the co2 cartridge. The safety location was a good idea. Yea, I love this gun.

    Things I would have changed:

I understand why the hammer has to sit-back from the cylinder. It would be nice to design a way so the hammer sits flat to the cylinder. I purchased four of these pistols as gifts and everyone tried to push the hammer flat to the cylinder. Outside of that, great pistol.

    What others should know:

Order an extra set or two of the cartridges. I created a "cartridge holder" similar to the old civil war holders and it works great with reloading.

    Looks...weight...pellet-firing...rifled barrel...

    Things I would have changed:

Gun could have better grips...or at least a selection available...wood/horn/faux ivory. I wish a .22 were available. I own the Colt BB model...still works great. This pellet version? Not so much.

    What others should know:

I bought this for my 85yo father on his birthday, February 2017. I recently asked him about it and he told me it no longer worked. He said it had fired six times flawlessly. He reloaded, but no more pellets were discharged. I checked/replaced and the CO2 cartridge was working. The shells were properly loaded with .177 pellets, but it was almost like the breach was clogged (with pellets?). I used a .177 ramrod but no matter what I tried I could not get it through (some obstruction?) down into the breach. Moreover, the gun fires when the trigger is pulled, but no air whatsoever comes out the barrel. By now I'd have to go thru an ordeal with Umarex, and it just isn't worth my time & trouble for a $100 gun. I wish my dad had told me about this defect in time for me to have returned this pistol to Pyramyd!

    Things I liked:

Based on the other reviews I was expecting to like this CO2 pistol quite a bit. Especially since I own a match set of original Colt SAA. And aside from the sub par grips it feels good. The weight and everything, it feels solid in the hand and despite being listed as "not a target pistol" it's remarkably accurate. I'd love to recommend this pistol but I can't. In fact, I would go as far as to beg you to buy something else. I have been shooting air rifles and pistols since I was 5 years old. My first air pistol still shoots if that gives you an idea of how I take care of my weapons. This blew the seals after 2 co2 cartridges. I contacted pyramid and was told to send it in. That was months ago and nothing since. Then I get this little e-mail requesting that I review the products I purchased that day, this gun and 2 sets of Shells. So I am killing two birds with one pellet, so to speak. As I am reviewing both item and seller in the same rant, continued in "Things I'd change"

    Things I would have changed:

The saying "They don't make them like they did in the old days" really has meaning here. The two Single action army pistols I own were crafted in the 1800s and they still fire today. And they are just as inaccurate as the day they were made. So when I bought this replica I had high hopes. This though? This is ridiculous. The seals were gone by the end of the second CO2 cartridge. It wouldn't seal at all. So I contacted the company and explain the situation. They told me to send it in and it would be evaluated and repaired or replaced. That was months ago. I haven't heard anything since. And I know why. In the email I sent where I explained the problem I also explained that I didn't have the box anymore. I was told to send it back in any box and they would replace it. So I sent it back with My order number name and address.

    What others should know:

Not only did it not work long enough for me to give an informed opinion. I gave the best review I could based on my experience with both the gun and company. I honestly can't recommend either.

    Things I liked:

It's very well built and I'm sure many people will love this gun. There truest is no feeling like pulling back the hammer on an single action revolver. The gun good weight to it and I was impressed by the groupings it produced.

    Things I would have changed:

My gun shot well for a few days but the seals between the shells and and the rest of the gun began to fail causing the pellet not to fire and a big white cloud of CO2 exploding in my hands. It had to return my gun for this reason but I'm sure the odds of this happening are very low based on the other reviews I have read.

    What others should know:

All around good gun but beware of problems that can occur with the shells. There's no shame in returning a defective product and Puramydair made returns an oddly easy process.

    Things I liked:

Fit and finish were excellent. The revolver has the size and heft that feels very close to a powder burning Peacemaker. The trigger is excellent and the lock -up was tight and precise. The CO2 cylinder seats easily and the wrench in the grip works great.

    Things I would have changed:

I replaced the black grips with imitation ivory which I ordered directly from Umarex. I prefer the look of nickel and ivory and would have liked that as an option. The issue with this revolver is the accuracy. The best group I could shoot with the pistol "out of the box" was about 2.5 inches at a measured 5 meters from a bench rest. Not the best, but the real issue was that the group was 3.5 inches high and 1.75 inches left of the point of aim. After extensive work with files and emery paper, I was able to shrink the group to dime size at 0,5 inches above the point of aim at 5 meters. This is too nice a revolver to be so far off the mark in terms of accuracy "out of the box". The fact that with work it will consistently hold dime sized groups indicates that the extra care in manufacturing to line the sights up correctly is worth doing.

    What others should know:

I purchased a Western Justice holster and gun belt along with the revolver and have been very pleased with the gun leather. This is a high quality pistol and well worth the price and would be perfect if the thing would shoot accurately out of the box.

    Things I liked:

Excellent visual quality and workmanship with a good strong metal heavy feel. Nickel plating makes this a great addition to my collection. CO2 held its seal for several weeks between target practices.

    Things I would have changed:

Provide different options for handle. In order to get Ivory grips, you have to give up the rifled barrel for a different model with smooth barrel. John Wayne Duke model only comes with BB and smooth barrel version

    What others should know:

Great fro plinking, but not expected to be a great target gun.

    Things I liked:

I like the feel, weight, look, and action, as well as the rear loading pellets and the grips(i hate the look of the pearl grips).

    Things I would have changed:

This gun is horribly inaccurate, i have shot over a thousand rounds out of this gun and the groups did tighten but not significantly enough. When i first shot this gun it was at a 3' by 3' target, the first 100 rounds out of this gun were so inaccurate that i was missing the pellet trap at 15'. For those who aren't so good at math, that's 9 square feet this gun missed from 15 feet away. And as the Mexicans say, that is "no bueno". This horrible grouping did tighten however, i now get around 8" groups at around 15', i can hit a tin can with about 1 in 3 shots. I have not tried every pellet out there but i have tried, Crosman magnum 10.5 grains, crosman 7.9 grain hollowpoints, and beeman 7.7 grain wadcutters. The best groupings come fro the beemans at around 6". $150 is a bit much to pay for a gun that can't kill a soda can at 15'. However good looking this gun may be you better know that this is not for target practice. I feel as though i have bought a Lamborghini with a Prius engine.

    What others should know:

(Trigger Warning: This speech may offend those with thin skin). I consider this gun to be my only functionally retarded gun. It works, but not like it should. I would not buy this gun again due to its complete inability to do the one thing a gun should do, shoot
