    Things I liked:

The look of the rifle. Accuracy.

    Things I would have changed:

Lighter overall weight. Lighter cocking effort.

    What others should know:

Like the description says, you have to sight the rifle in each time you change barrels. Also, put locktite on the barrel screw because it loosens up frequently. I've pretty much decided to leave the .22 barrel on the gun but it's nice to have the other barrel if I need it. Even though the scope that it came with is nice, I changed it to a Leapers 3-9x40. Now I call it my sniper rifle

    Things I liked:

Two calibers, .177 for 10 meter target practice, .22 for plinking shooting tin cans etc. Easy to change barrels, need an allen wrench (included) to swap the barrels, and you also need to sight in the rifle after swapping barrels, Also you need to make sure the O-ring for the breach, is seated correctly before use. I have to tighten the screw that locks the barrels in place very hard, and sometimes re tighten it after a few shots. But after re tightening the screw, it doesn't loosen again. I find the .177 barrel likes heavy pellets, lighter pellets tend to spread. In .22 it seems to prefer lighter pellets. I love the trigger, a little rough straight out of the box, but after polishing a few rough surfaces, oiling and adjusting it, it's become VERY nice.

    Things I would have changed:

    - I would find a better way to lock the barrel in place, the existing screw tends to loosen during the first 3-4 shots after swapping barrels. - Turning the safety off, and then on again, before shooting, will make the trigger very unpredictable.

    What others should know:

I like it, it's very accurate, I often have hole in hole series with it. Considering the price, and what you get, it's like two good rifles in one. The bluing on my rifle seem to be very sensitive to fingerprints, and tend to rust/corrode if I don't use some light oil/gun oil on it after every other use. Again, check the breech o-ring after changing the barrels, mine came with a spare o-ring included. I use some silicone grease to make sure it stays in it's seat.

    Things I liked:

You cant get a better air rifle for the money. Hits hard, very accurate. Scope is crap but hey, what gun doesnt need a bit of tuning up?

    Things I would have changed:

Maybe make it just a tad lighter, Thicker breach seal, and tighter cocking arm.

    What others should know:

Havnt really had the chance to test it on rabbits or other small mammals but itll kill any bird.

    Things I liked:

very good stopping power with the .22 and great accuracy with the .177

    Things I would have changed:

lock tight the screw on the barrel.

    What others should know:

this gun is great for the older shooters because of its bulk but has a great feel. i put a compact $30 mil-dot scope and can hit a 8 inch gong from 100 yards with the .22 barrel.great gun for small game and small varmints.very good gun for the low,low price.

    Things I would have changed:

    Things I liked:

This was my first break barrel, and it has taught me a great deal about shooting a spring-piston rifle. Good weight, solid feel and very powerful. At 25 yards I am blowing right through a 3/4" piece of pine board.

    Things I would have changed:

Scope was unable to handle the recoil and broke about 250 pellets into the rifle's career. Recommend a better quality scope become standard, at least a variable power.

    What others should know:

Experiment with different pellets, mine prefers RWS superdomes.

    Things I liked:

Feel, power, accuracy, 17 cal is really accurate, it has practically the power of a .22 but is alot quieter then a .22 firearm. Very consistant too.

    Things I would have changed:

Maybe the screw that holds the barrel in, it comes loose sometimes.

    What others should know:

A little hard to cock, its 31LBS cocking effort, so its not for small kidos, and each time you change the barrel you'll need to sight it in.

    What others should know:

a good gun for long range shooting to stoping power.

    Things I liked:

The rifle packs a whollop of a pumch to your target. I'm pleased to say the .22's hit hard. It's a little awkward to caulk, but within time and practice and a little muscle build up, the rifle is a good value for the money.

    Things I would have changed:

The scope isn't much to talk about, so I'm going to change that when I have a moment, said that, the overall rifle is well worth owning.

    What others should know:

I like shooting H&N sport silver points the best in this gun.

    Things I liked:

This is my first air rifle since I was a kid over 30 years ago. I decided I wanted an air rifle to take out the squirrels abound the house with out disturbing the neighbors with my .22LR. I read reviews and figured for $100 what do I have to lose. I am impressed. I shoots great, very accurate and packs a punch. I was able to shoot .5in groups at twenty yards after sighting in the scope, which is mediocre, but clear. I will definitely be putting on a mil dot soon.

    Things I would have changed:

It is heavy, and is a little tough to cock. This is not a gun that a kid could use.

    What others should know:

I don't think you can go wrong for $100.

    What others should know:

this air rifle has met my expectations.i have taken 5 squirrels in the week that ive owned it and 5 crows,i have reached out and hit targets at 70 yards but i believe i was lacking effective take down power.it is a bear to get used to how hold sensitive it is but leaves you feeling accomplished when you become proficient

    Things I liked:

Great gun, my first rifle and a spring piston at that! Feels like a real firearm with a fairly heavy recoil and has good power. You do need to be relatively strong to cock and fire repeatedly.

    Things I would have changed:

The trigger and sights would be nice in metal rather than plastic. Maybe lengthen the barrel to increase accuracy even more and lower the cocking effort.

    What others should know:

I wanted something to reach out further than my Crossman Mark I but didn't want to spend a lot. This rifle is a great value to say the least, dual calibers and lots of power. Made in China or not, the fit and finish are pretty good and it even looks like a real rifle. I've only used Crossman Premier HP and Hunters in it and, after about 1000 rounds, I'm grouping in a 1/2" circle at 10 yards. I did find that JSB Match Diablo Exact Jumbo Monster, 25.39gr, don't group well through this gun but do work well in the Mark I. This morning I got a squirrel with the Beeman, one shot kill, at about 40 yards. You do have to watch to make sure the barrel screw stays tight, but that's about it. I've only used the .22 barrel so far and it sighted in easily with both the open sights and the included 4X scope. I did shim the back end of the scope to keep the elevation spring a little tighter. I didn't buy this from Pyramid, living in NJ is a pain, but have bought ammo and high mounts for it from them. Great service and a great site!

    Things I liked:

the accuracy is phenomenal, after one day and 200 pellets i am grouping within a half inch at twenty yards.the optics are substantial.the trigger is fully adjustable.

    Things I would have changed:

the weight.it helps with recoil but becomes burdensome when humpin thru the woods.the plastic open sights have a good picture but are flimsy.

    What others should know:

loctite is key.i decided on the 22 and loctited that in,and also the scope mount screws and have had no problems.ive killed 8 squirrels, and several invasive bird specie in the matter of forty eight hours of reveiving this weapon.

    Things I liked:

An update here ... I have since purchased another RS2. I have also got a shot at a squirrel at about 20 yards. I was using the .22 barrel and Crossman pionted pellets. A one shot kill of course. The little beast was struck low and to the rear of the ribcage and exited the shoulder on the other side. The exit wound was the size of a 000 buck shot.

    Things I would have changed:

The sights seem a bit fragle for really roughing it but I figure most will scope a rifle like this.

    What others should know:

This past summer my first rifle got soaked in a river rafting accident. I cleaned the thing as best I could when we made camp, but a proper cleaning had to wait until I got home. I really wondered what this would do to my gun. As of yet, nothing. It still shoots as it always did. Othere than checking the barrel set screw now and then and the usual oiling, this gun needs very little.

    Things I liked:

Nice big-game rifle feel. Good looking stock. Easily tuneable/tweaked trigger. Smooth cocking and shooting cycles. Fairly quiet for the power level. Ball bearing detent for barrel lockup makes for a smooth break and lock. Basically free cheapo scope included for a lesser airgun.

    Things I would have changed:

It could have been built somwhat lighter, as it gets tiring to shoot offhand for prolonged period, especially with a scope and mount. Not so bad before I added optics though.

    What others should know:

The trigger can easily be tuned up using all the standard tricks until it is quite good. The gun will shoot around a 1.5" group for 20 shots at 30 yards with most domed or wadcutter pellets of 7.5-8 grains, but it is very hold-sensitive. If you find that spring guns do not agree with you because of your hold, or you want something that you can hold like your .300 Win Mag (i.e. a "hard" hold), I would look to a pneumatic of some sort. The cocking effort does not seem to bad for me, but I am a large and strong guy. I think that the rifle will be too hard to cock, have too much length of pull, and be too heavy for smaller shooters to handle. Of course, these are all expected attributes of a magnum velocity springer that will fit large shooters. Given the power, accuracy, fit-and-finish, and dual caliber nature of this rifle, I think it is the best air rifle deal out there for someone who needs a seriously powerful springer and wants a full-sized rifle feel. The added weight also reduces recoil and enhances accuracy and stability. Having said all this, though, I find myself shooting my cheapo Beeman P17 the most. For the price of these two airguns, you will have an awesome pistol/rifle combo that will let you experience the different behaviors of a spring-piston rifle and a single-stroke pneumatic pistol.

    What others should know:

I can't believe the quality vs the price. Amazing. Like most people, I'm not a fan of the plastic sights, but when you consider everything else you get for such a low price, it's no big deal. I gave the scope to my son and installed a Williams peep sight. Probably one of the best air rifle bargains out there. Except for the price, I can't believe it's made in China.

This air rifle is solid! It is powerful and dead on accurate. I shot the head off one of those little green army men from 15yds with the .22 barrel. The rifle is heavy and made very well. The wood stock is beautiful. I kind of like the single shot safety reset thing. Fun fun fun to shoot!!! Way valuable for the money.

    Things I would have changed:

It is a bit difficult to cock. I forgive this because of the power that gets generated, but get ready to beef up your muscles shooting this gun!
