This UTG dovetail-to-picatinny/Weaver adapter has a great low profile on my Crosman 1377 and 1322 steel breech Air pistols.It is very well made and has two set pins in the top which secures to rail if needed and prevents mount shifting which is not a problem with these air guns due to low recoil . The locking pins would be very helpful with breakbarrel Airguns.
Things I would have changed:Not one thing
What others should know:I will be buying more of these mounts , great product and a great alternative for mounting red or green dot sights on the Crosman Pistols with steel breeches.

The matte finish looks nice.
Things I would have changed:It does not work/fit Picatinny mounts as expected. The 11mm bottom section fits the bottom fine. The top is wrong. I have tried to slide 11 different make and model Picatinny scope rings to this - not a single one will fit. (tested the same scope rings on other weapons with P-rails and all worked) Pulling out the dial calipers - seems the rail it too thick (tall). The angles on the sides are off. Without access to a metal planner to take the extra metal off the top - the unit I received cannot be made to fit.
What others should know:It's not every expensive - but - it should at least be close enough the average person could make it work. The unit I received was a total waste of allot of my time. Took me a long time to figure out why the quick releases were not going back where they should. Wasn't until I grabbed a fixed normal scope ring that I discovered this base is out of tolerance.

Perfect fit. Fits great on my Crosman 1377 with the steel breech. I have purchased before but I had use on another air gun so I purchased another. Wonderful way to add Weaver or Picatinny rings/optics. It has a nice tight snug fit thanks to the 3 allen screw/bolt tightening system.

What others should know:I mounted it on a gamo maxxim 22cal, properly torqued with some loctite and roughly 300 shots later the stop pin sheared after stretching the threads and also destroyed roughly 1/3 of the locking surface. very disappointed and will be looking for a different type of adapter that will last and stay where it is supposed to

What others should know:This rails length is minimal for proper scope location. It is locked in by the vertical pin so there is only one spot that it will sit on the dove tail. That does not leave much adjustment room to mount a scope and get optimal eye relief.
