Fit perfectly.
What others should know:I got it for my sig mpx. It worked good, fit good. The stock fits over it the same as it does with a 90gr co2. No problem.

Works great. No leaks, no issues. I ordered this at the same time I ordered an Air Javelin. Very easy to use. Follow the instructions included and you are good to go. As a reference for Air Javelin users I get about 35 shots out of an 88gr co2 cartidge. But with this adapter using 2 12 gram cartridges I get about 7 good shots which is perfect when I don't want a long shooting session. Seems to be built like a tank so no problem there. If you have hundreds of 12 gram cartridges like I do then buy this and you won't regret it.
Things I would have changed:Nothing.

Using 12 gram CO2 cartridges instead of higher priced 88-90 gram cartridges
Things I would have changed:The end cap screw effort needed to puncture both cartridges
What others should know:Use a dime or similar sized coin in between cartridges to ensure both cartridges get punctured and greatly reduces the screw in effort required to make this adapter work correctly. Also put a drop of light weight oil on top of cartridges when installing them.

Easy to use when you can't get your hand on 88 gram co2!!!

None. I only used it one time. The second time the whole content of the 2 CO2 cylinders emptied in a matter of one second. It leaked through the cap and there is nothing you can do. I repeated the operation and obtained same results.
Things I would have changed:Please, make sure that these type of accessories are of good quality and reliable.

Its a nice concept and its removable but you still lose some of the co2 by removing the unit from the weapon.
Things I would have changed:Maybe a new two part design to eliminate the internal voids as much as physically possible.
What others should know:12 gram and 90 tanks hold about 900 PSI, so Ive read. A 90 gram tank fires about 240 rounds + or - a few rounds at 70F. in my SIG MCX. Two 12 gram tanks give about 75 + or - a few shots in this rifle under the same conditions with the adapter. It takes 7.5 twelve gram tanks to equal one 90 gram tank. If you buy the 40 pack of 12 gram tanks for $25 thats .63 cents a tank. 7.5 twelve gram tanks is the equivalent of one 90 gram tank. Can not buy a half tank so, 8 twelve gram tanks is roughly the same as one 90 gram tank. .63 cents per tank times 8 is $5.04 One 90 gram tank is $7.50 if you buy the 24 bulk pack. Bottom line, using the 12 gram co2, the savings is $2.46 but swapping them out 4 times to get the same as one 90 gram tank.
The adapter is currently $32.95 and would need to be used or refilled, at least 14 times to pay for itself in savings. Buy the way, this adapter does not fit in the MCX if you want to use the slide on stock that covers the tank. But it does without.

Great option to use 12g CO2 for cost savings versus 88/90g CO2 canisters. And, my primary reason, it gives you the option of shorter shooting sessions. You must load two 12g CO2 in the adapter, but you can use one or two full 12g CO2 capsules. I'm finding that with one full-one empty 12g CO2, I'm getting a good 65+ shots. I put the full 12g CO2 in first, the empty in second. Read the manual, follow the step-by-step procedure they outline and you'll be A.O.K.
Things I would have changed:A socket or ratchet tool to help hand-tighten the adapter, especially useful when using this in the Walther Lever Action.
What others should know:I took my adapter to the local hardware store and found that a 1-1/16 inch (27mm) deep socket fits perfectly and the deep (long) socket gives enough depth with the end cap on. I can now hand tighten the CO2 adapter in my Walther Lever Action rifle for a good seal. I wrapped my socket with cloth tape for grip and do not use a ratchet tool to not over tighten.
