Replaced cables after only 1 year along with the string. Cables were holding up ok just decided to replace them with the string.

I’ve recently upgraded to the Ten Point Havoc RS440 Garmin zero love the bow my concern is after 40 shots with field tips and on my first shot with my broad head. The cables snapped as well as the string I called and asked if there was any warranty and sales rep said only for 30 days.

I own an older Wicked Ridge crossbow where strings and cables are harder to source. Ten point Tech was able to fill the order and mail it to me in just a few days. Exactly what I needed to start my white tail deer season here in NC.

VAPOR RS 470. cables were fine but the string lasted about 200 shots before the serving unraveled. Had to have it re served. I made sure the string was lubed with scorpion products and the rail was lubed after 10 shots. It still unraveled

I bought a new M1 turbo on 9/18/19 shot it about a dozen times to sight it in. Went to shoot it 10/10/19 before I went out and the string snapped on each end of the string. The small loops that hook to the cam both broke into.

The cables were exact replacement and got both my TenPoint crossbows back in great condition. I really appreciate the excellent customer service. I needed these quickly and TenPoint came thru rapidly! TenPoint quality and superior customer service is why my next crossbow will be another TenPoint.
