When the adapter is installed properly it works well with the 25 round bar magazine. See specifics in the next section.

This adapter is included with this rifle and must be used in conjunction with the long bar 25 shot magazine. You must carefully insert it into the breech end of the barrel before attaching the bar magazine. I say carefully b/c you must make sure the adapter port aligns with the barrel port when inserting it. Or, the magazine BBs will not feed into the rifle. The gun designers should have color coded the adapter port and the barrel port or placed alignment marks on these parts to make the job easier.

The instructions included with this rifle do not address the above problem, and are very brief. I hope this will save all you soft air gunners a lot of time and frustration. Good shooting!
